Upon arriving at the hotel we could tell it had seen better days but there were several people fixing things around the property and thought it was a good sign. The room had a musty odor and the TV was at least 20 years old, most of the channels were fuzzy, and the drapes were stained and did not work properly. The bathroom was filthy. the sink had hair in it and the rim of the toilet had dried feces and urine on it. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves and decided we would skip the housekeeping services for the rest of our 3 night stay and got our fresh linens from the front desk. The heated pool was clean and we were looking forward to spending some time swimming but the indoor pool are was cold and the heated pool was NOT heated. When i spoke to the front desk i was told they had just turned on the heat and i could come back later; the next day the pool was still cold and we never got to go swimming. I would not reccomend this Hotel to anyone.

Upon registration, Allan, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We asked for a first floor room, and he was very accomodating. We rested for awhile in the room, went out to get a bite to eart and went to the beautiful heated pool. Much to our disappointment, the pool was NOT warm at all. We tried the next morning, and the pool was still too chily. Breakfast was very nice with good variety. Towels could be a little longer. Allan was able to point us to some very good restaurantes while in Hyannis that were very good. The Tugboat Restaurante was wonderful. Our over all stay was very nice. But, as my friend is a snorer, I will pray for a suite next time! I want to thank all the staff for being so pleasant and helpful.

The hotel had a moldy smell and curtains and carpet were torn. The indoor pool wasn't open. A worker walked right into our room while we were in there without knocking and didnt even say sorry. Kept the latch on the door and chair against it all night. I stayed here because of the price but wouldn't stay again.

We were in town for a wedding and did not want to spend $200/per night. We booked with your hotel because it was not far away from our event, but our hotel was dirty, crumbs not vacuumed, dirt on the bathroom walls and in the shower and dusty everywhere. I realize we did not spend much, but cleanliness is another factor. Would never refer others. Our sheets and towels were never changed.

For the price it was perfect. Staff was helpful and polite. Only complaint was the pillows could have been nicer.

This was a little busier area than I usually stay so I was disturbed by airplane activity as well as the trains. The room was very clean. The mismatched furnishings were a bit off-putting; seemed very tag sale decor. The huge bathroom was nice but why wasn't the hair dryer in there instead out by the dresser I wonder. I did not use the indoor pool, nor did I take advantage of the free continental breakfast.

Chose this motel because location and price was right. Very good deal for the money. Less than 10 minute walk to the fast ferry and lots of eateries nearby. Coffee and hot tea available at the desk 24 hours. Indoor and seasonal outdoor pools. Nothing fancy but basic comfortable bed, clean towels and in room fridge.

The motel was easy to find and in a central location. Reasonably quiet even with Main Street in front and an airport out back. It's an older example but is in good repair and reasonable in appearance. Room was clean and odor free. It appeared to have been refurbished recently. TV and fridge were operational. Bathroom was adequate with lots of very hot water and good water pressure. Bathroom and bed linens were clean and fresh. We were there in off season so the pool was closed. We left before the breakfast room opened ( 8 am) so cannot comment on the offerings. Would stay there again.

this is my second time in this hotel. We love this hotel for their services( very friendly and resourceful) , comfort, and location. The heated swimming pool is a plus in the area. We really enjoy staying in this hotel.

This hotel offered the same amenities and good location as other higher priced hotels but at a lower price. Walking distancee to downtown Hyannis and the harbor area. The continental breakfast was a plus although the Cheerios were stale and the OJ tasted somewhat watered down. A good variety of food was offerred. Nice indoor and outdoor pools.

Room was very spacious and very clean. Definitely worth the money. Would stay here again.

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATIONS GOOD VALUE.CLEAN COMFORTABLEROOMS AND CLOSE TO ALL ATTRACTIONS IN HYANNIS

This is not even a one star. No security bolts on the doors and my chain security lock was broke. The room was moldy, dirty and poorly furnished. No extra blankets or pillows. beds were uncomfortable. the blankets on the beds were stained with unknown organic substances. AC was modly smelling and loud. bathrooms small and somewhat dirty, towels frayed. The breakfast was 8-10 very small and much too crowded to use and poor choices. I did not bother to try because of this. Had i been with my family i would have walked out the minute i saw the lack of door security -anyone with a key could walk right in - nothing to at least bar the door from being opened by someone outside. No signs to post do not disturbe were available and room service was at it very early. This could be a good place but they need to some paint and remodeling.

Location was good, guy at the front desk was nice, but MAN does that place need a MASSIVE cleaning. I'm really not sure what else can be done. It's just GRIMEY. I ordered a non-smoking room but it smelt like the last person smoked two packs in there. Would never go back to this, would spend the extra $30 to get a nicer room up the road.

Breakfeast... was not very satisfied, specialy coffee

I thought it was a decent motel. My room was clean, bathroom looked newly done. Convenient walk to ferry and shops. The pool was great, clean and refreshing. I would stay here again.

Pool was nice. Morning breakfast was basic.

Good continental breakfast

Basic accommodation. Breakfast a joke with small Dining room inadequate for number of guests and serve yourself food of limited choice.

The room could have used a good vacuuming, so right off the bat it makes you wonder what was cleaned and what was overlooked! There was long brown hair in the bath tub and since I have red hair and my husband has white hair, it clearly didn't belong to us. Breakfast was served till 10:00. We got to the breakfast room at 9:40. There were no muffins, bagels or fruit left and there was no staff from the hotel present in the room. So we had a cup of coffee for breakfast and had to find a restaurant so we could actually have breakfast. Our stay was a last minute decision and we were only there one night, which was a good thing.

In center of Cape Cod in Hyannis, on great street for walking. Many restaurants and shops including, at least four ice cream places. Room was extremely clean and the hotel was well manintained. Hotel towels were flimsy. Need to upgrade their towels. Has decent free continental breakfast but breakfast room becomes very crowded. So need bigger room and should open earlier. Doesn't open till 8! But considering cleaniness, location, rate and free breakfast would stay there again.

One of the box springs in our king bed was completely broken down. Otherwise, worth the midweek summer price.

This hotel was outstanding in the fact they had a breakfast room set it up for its guests.My only criticism is the room was a bit small and they need to provide bigger foam plates but the food was great.This saves a family alot of money over a weeks stay.Everything in Hyannis from the restaurants to the hy;ine Cruiselines to the islands was within a 15 minute walk.I will definitley go back again next year

Upon driving into the parking lot, it sounded and looked like spring break with all the twenty something's hanging around drinking in the outdoor pool and blaring music from their cars in the parking lot. When we walked into the room, it was clean, we had to turn on the ac, which functioned well. There was a nice offering for breakfast of an assortment of bagels , muffins, watermelon, juice fountain and a coffee fountain, sausages and hard boiled eggs , and two types of cereal with 2 % milk and a staff person there to refill whatever was necessary. The only thing lacking was a sufficient amount of towels. We were two adults and two children under five and we made do with the two bath towels and two face cloths. I did not call to ask for more and perhaps would have received more if I'd needed more as when I calle about tr lack of parking, the guest services person was polite and have me another option for parking . Overall, pleasantly Pleased and The beds are comfortable. Thank you Americas Best Value!

We got there and the hotel looked very nice from the outside, but once inside the room we were taken aback. The room had an odd odor and the wall paper was stained and old. It was disappointing, so much so that we left and went to another hotel.

Our stay was good. The staff very friendly and quite helpful. The only downfall was the towels. Hard and like towels from a gym! Also you should scrub the sides of the pool they needed cleaning. Beautiful area. Thanks would come back again!

While the room was old and tired looking, the location was great to downtown and to the ferry. We were able to walk everywhere.

Awful room.. had a moldy odor... Comfort blankets appears old and probably have never been change..room are not update at all.. TV is old... phone are old... overall not a clean room... we ended up leaving and did not stay that night.. I will never come back ...I dont recommed either....

Great for the price! Pleasant patio, clean bathroom, clean linens, satisfying breakfast, affordable rate. Bring your own fancy shampoo ;)

We had a GREAT time, great restaurants & bars.

Everything was good. Backscreenwindow frame had vent and bathroomscreenwindow had a hole I fixed like my house. I asked toothbrush They said You do not have any.I was going out to buy meantime I stopping by office. i asked She gave to me. Breakfast was o..k

For the price we paid, it was not up to the mark. But considering the location and neighborhood. It was a decent place to stay overnight and travel around the places.
