Hotel attached 2 Cleveland Clinic great convenience. 4 a intercontinental I would have though the rooms would have been better. All amenities were there, staff very accommodating but run down. Get car Svc/cab in advance for sure very reasonable but a must. Hotel Rest 45 excellent, cafe good food poor service over & over even when not busy. I'll stay again bec location.

Stayed for two nights! Great location and property...The restaurants are first class and Club 42 is worth the time, effort and money! Excellent food and service! Highly recommended!

Pretty awesome. I think the only negative I would have to say the water cooler in the work out room was empty at 11:00 Am that Saturday morning.

All good experience. Desk, room Svc, restaurant but valet best. Cabs very difficult in Cleveland so use valet 2 set up drop/pick ups. Hotel Restaurant 45 great, cafe closed and room service food fair. Rooms need help but clean. Good stay, attached to Cleveland Clinic great.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Spent 2 nights in town for Indians game. Hotel was beautiful, super clean, everything was top-of-the line. One of the best gyms ive seen at a hotel. Hotel about 3 miles from downtown so we took the "Health line" bus ride which was cheap and easy. On the downside, you can't walk around the neighborhood its clearly dangerous and run-down. Breakfast buffet at hotel was very good but VERY expensive $18. Also, you must valet park your car which is $24 per day.

This is an excellent hotel. It is elegant but not stuffy, comfortable for guests of all ages. The restaurants are good and the location is convenient to the places I need to visit when I am there. Also the valet parking offers the opportunity to take your car in and out, always returned quickly and courteously for a reasonable fee. I have stayed in several hotels in Cleveland and this is by my favorite.

way below the quality and service I expected from this hotel chain. review your charges upon departure. unless you are going to the Cleveland clinic I certainly will not recommend this hotel

The service at this htel was excellent, but the rooms could use a little update (lots of scuff marks on the walls) and fees for parking, internet access, etc., can be significant. Restaurants in the hotel are also excellent, if a bit pricey.

Positives: Clean, comfortable & nice with a nice gym and generally good service. Cons: $10 / day for wifi??!! Ridiculous. Unless you're only staying for hospital visits - theres absolutely nothing in walking distance.

I thought the rooms were outdated a bit. The housekeeping left a little to be desired as some minor items kept popping up. I figure for the price paid it was not a very good value. If you don't have a car, there is not much to do in the area and I wouldn't want to have to walk anywhere by myself. Basic business or leisure traveler, I would not stay there again.

Your hotel is very convenient to the clinic.If it wasn't so convenient , I would probably try another hotel. Our room this time and the lst time were not as clean as the room we stayed in on our first stay. Dirty carpet and walls. The beds are too small for 2 people to sleep in. The light in the closet is annoying, it continued to go on and off even when we are just laying on the beds. The lady that checked us in was pleasant but the man that checked us out was not very pleasant, never smiled. Felt I was bothering him.

nice hotel. will go back there.

The hotel, plus Table 45, make for an unbeatable combination when visiting Cleveland. This was our first visit to the Intercontinental, and we look forward to staying here in the future.

Some amenities were missing. There was no complimentary breakfast, but that was not my complaint. Internet connection costs $10/day. Now that's cheap. Almost every other hotel in the country offers free WIFI. Get with the plan!

This hotel next to the Cleveland Clinic has a modest fitness area with none of the modern equipment most useful to people over 60. The hotel has suggested exercises nicely mounted, but the exercises are not appropriate for the average Cleveland Clinic person likely to be using the hotel. Fitness area did not have anti-biotic wipes.

Everything about this hotel was superb--it was the oddest thing, though, that my room, otherwise perfectly done, did NOT have any washcloths. I made do and did not call the desk--I'm sure it was a minor oversight.
