They are remodeling the first floor and have vents open which really aggravated my allergies even though I was on the second floor. The room we stayed needed a good vacuuming.

All I can say awesome it was all over even outside the building the team it was the best in keep in this facility sparkling /now a good wise idea(not that was anything bad is just a suggestion) is to bring more choice to breakfast like in the this facility Im now @Miami 7401n.w. 36th.woao the varieties of choices for breakfast are healthy ,fresh,and delicious .you found yougurt,diferent kind of fruit,bread,bagels,brand company grap muffins,varieties of cereals....just great .I'm glad I choose La Quinta no matter what I'm please so far for your.exellency hope I never be disapointed at anyone .GOOD JOB WELL DONE ,.HAVE A BLESSED LIFE!!

I paid 69$ for one day and its worth the money. Not many decent hotels in ft lauderdale provide a stay for just 69 bucks. The rooms were clean and the service was ok and it was just 8 miles from ft lauderdale airport.

I stayed with my parents for one night. Was very impressed with how clean everything was and the receptionist were very courteous and friendly. Break-Fast was included, IMO food was fresh and they had plenty of options. Bed are not too soft or hard (in between). Place have many restaurants and shops near by and area is safe.

I;ll be back !

We stayed only 1 night to attend a local event in Ft Lauderdale the following day. The area isn't the best and the hotel itself is old and kind of falling apart but they've tried to mask it with some paint. But all in all the price was good and we weren't expecting much. The ice machine was broken but other than that, it served its purpose. The room was clean and the staff was courteous.

the airconditioning was subpar. it barely kept our room cool.

My stay at la Quinta inn was very good. It wasn't too far from anything (I.e sawgrass malls, bowling alley, restaurants) etc. The hotel is in a quiet location as well and I felt safe there. I would say that they can offer a wider variety of foods for breakfast and renovate the eating area so that there is more space. Also even though the room we got was non-smoking our area still smelled highly of cigarettes.

We stayed here on the first night of our vacation prior to boarding our ship. On the first night it was great...no problems. At the end of the week, we stayed again before flying home...not so pleasant, one of the rooms on our floor had a dog that barked for almost an hour straight. No a pleasant experience.

Room was very clean, staff was extremely courteous and very helpful, bed and pillows were fresh and really comfortable, bathroom was spotless, not the best neighborhood, but this hotel was a very good value considering I visited two friends at other hotels within walking distance and they paid a lot more for much worse. I would definitely stay here again.

Dont expect a ritz carlton or a gourmet breakfast. It is a clean neat and most important cheap room for a nite or two. No more than that unless that is your standard

We had a good stay for 3 nights. Nothing exceptional - good value for the money.

Check in took over 10 minutes ... no one on the desk at 7.00pm for 9 minutes then one minute check in. Breakfast space very small and had people lining up out the door into the corridor. Carpets and furnishings starting to show wear. Not a good experience.

need better stuff for breakfast

We checked in when our flight got in at midnight. We had requested a non smoking hotel room. Our room smelled like it had a casino or night club going in it. The smoke smell was so bad we could hardly stay but they had nothing else to move us into. The carpet had stains. The bed skirt looked like it had some sort of stains all over the side of it. Very Very dirty. The continental breakfast was the best part. Couldn't wait to leave. Hotels.com was great and is giving us a 50% refund on this stay. :) We also heard from our shuttle driver that we stayed in a very bad part of town before our cruise.

The room I reserved was not available I got a room that cost lessand they could not tell me the cost.

Hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Area doesn't appear too good as the hotel had a security guard sitting in the back of the parking area, Adult video store across the street. Wouldn't stay at this location again,

front desk personal was terrific

1. Shower rod was just about to pull out of the wall. 2. Requested a "Non-smoking" room, but got stuck with a stinky smoking room. They couldn't find a non smoking room for me. 3. Rooms are noisy, as you can hear everyone across the hall and next door to your room. WAS NO BARGAIN.

Carpet was disgusting, when we asked the front desk for a 24 hour pharmacy they said there is a computer look it up on the internet. I paid for non smoking but smoking was all they had and the room stunk bad.

enjoyed it. clean room, good service it's not too close to downtown lauderdale, but was cheaper than hotels that were a good deal

i was satisfied with my stay. i stay in hotels probably 6 or 7 times a month. for several years i have avoided la quinta's because of poor prior experiences, but i stayed at this one and i stayed at one in manahattan nyc last month and both experiences were great and the prices were fantastic. i recommend this one if you can get it at a good price. staff was friendly. hotel was clean. breakfast was limited but it was free and it was good. free wireless internet and free parking (very important to me and not always available). i can't complain. nice place. i would stay again

When I arrived I was told that they had over booked. My rooms were not available. When I asked to get a Corperation Repersentitive on the phone The mgr came up with two rooms that were acceptable . Our stay was uunevetful from after that . I was glad to leave the next morning.

Hotel is average at best. Shady neighborhood. Very far from everything. Morning front desk staff not very accommodating. However, rooms are at least clean, decent space, and low price

Breakfast was useful, but many must vary.

Not bad for the price. Crime alert area. Incidentals not supplied.

There is not laundry or Gym Not good if you staying for more than 3 days

I was overall pleased with the room I booked however my only problem was the bathroom was practically in the door.as soon as you walk in you're by the sink. The hotel service was great they make sure you get what you need

The room was fine, but the hallway smelled highly of smoke. The breakfast was not really appetizing. In fact, we chose not to eat any of it. The coffee, however was good. That is all we had for breakfast before heading out.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable...easily could of slept all day. However once you step into the hallway, cigarette smell all over the place.

There are families living there? Also, they seemed to be selling drugs & other things. My first & last time at this hotel. The manager was great. But, the first room was dirty. To have live in residents & overnight visitors like my family not good at all.
