Overall, everything was great. They shouldn't charge for valeting when people staying there.

The only complaint, not mine, was the shower turned cold for the second user. The food was very tasty, but the waitresses could have been a bit more prompt with their service.

The hotel and staff take very good care of there guest.

The food and service in the restaraunt wasn't the best but everything else was great.

The rooms were so nice and comfortable and the continental breakfast was amazing! It was better than anywhere I would have *paid* for breakfast. I have absolutely no complaints. Our stay was one of the most enjoyable.

Awesome...plan to stay here next time.

While tearing apart the bed for my wallet before we left, we noticed 1 adult bedbug. Please do your best to take care of it sooner than later.

very nice hotel, although slightly spendiy . very pleasant but wireless internet didnt work after first night and room never got cleaned after second night.

Nice place to stay, close to all the casinos and street events. Hotel employees very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited, but doable. Was upset that they advertize a hot tub but when we called to find out the location was told it was not in use due to some county regulations. Need to take that off their advertisements for the hotel.

The hotel staff were fairly stoic upon arrival, crackers in the sides of the chair and when we opened the drapes, they fell down. Room was quiet and roomy.

This hotel is right downtown Deadwood. It was close to everything and very nice!

Overall, I am very impressed with Hampton Inn's. We stayed at Hampton Inns throughout our vacation. The continental breakfast is EXCELLENT! By far, the best continental breakfast I have ever had. Everything else was great! My only issue with the hotel was the parking. Somewhat inconvenient as it was across the street and down the block. However, the staff was very accomodating. I would definately stay at this Hampton Inn again.

We had a wonderful time. The breakfast was very good and cared for very well by the staff.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the hostess was so friendly and accomodating. Our grandsons loved the pool, water temp was very comfortable. They also enjoyed the gunfight skit that was right in front of the hotel and the free cookies afterward in the casino. The buffet in the restaurant was very good also and hotel provided coupons at check in for discount at buffet and drinks at the casino. We were within walking distant from the shops of Deadwood Main St. Only negative was having to park the car halfway up the block the first night, but we moved it closer the next morning.

We liked the hotel. It is very clean, has a great pool, but no hot tub as the website indicated. Breakfast was a hot buffet with lots of options.

Awesome Breakfast

You can walk to most of the downtown area, but far enough away that you are away from noise and traffic.

We did not have a single complaint. We really enjoyed our stay. We had no idea where to stay when we booked our vacation but we certainly made the right choice with the Hampton Inn. Breakfast was very good, our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Love staying downtown with easy walking to other sights in Deadwood. Parking is a little problem because of space in the city. A great base to see the Black Hills!

Parking was not user friendly for seniors unless you were willing to pay $5 for valet parking. Food on the buffet in the hotel was very poor quality TV set up in such a way that it was complicated to just get a regular TV channel Chairs in the room were not comfortable. The person who was the evening shift valet was very helpful. But. all in all the experience at this Hampton Inn was very disappointing.

The hotel service was okay, not real friendly but civil. We were there on a Wednesday night and were very disappointed that all of the restaurants closed at 9pm and none of them have menu service. Overall the town was completely dead, only a handful of people in each casino. Definitely wasn't what we were expecting as far as a night out on the town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Four Aces. It is conveniently located in Deadwood. It is just a short walk up the street to all the stores and lots of casinos. We had our children with us for three nights during fourth of July. They enjoyed the pool. My husband enjoyed the casino at the hotel. The hotel offers a great breakfast with so many choices: waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon, cheese omelets, fruit, cereals, muffins and more. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was crowded in the parking lot across the street so we used the valet. Super cheap and very very convient. The hotel is an easy day drive to MT. Rushmore, Crazy Horse. Keystone and Rapid City are full of kid friendly activities. Fourth of July in this area was so much fun. Lead, the town a few miles from Deadwood, had a parade, fun activities, food booths, live music, and awesome fireworks on the fourth. We were very pleased withnthe hotel. Very clean and comfortable and friendly people.

We were just passing through on a Tuesday and stopped for the night. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean; we saw no evidence of pests. The free breakfast was much better than average with several hot food choices. Parking was limited and cramped for a Tuesday night but free so weekend parking may be tough to come by.

all history and casinos. If you want history, this isn't the hotel for you. If you want creature comforts, it is recommended....especially since it is slightly on the outskirts of the bar/casino areas. Don't even bother to look at the buffet in the attached casino, however...head to the Deadwood Social Club

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was good and the location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. And Deadwood is close to all the sights in that part of the state. We will definately stay here again. Enjoyed the breakfast room food and staff. Always bringing out fresh food and checking to see that we had everything we wanted. Nice casino area. Very clean.

We spent 7 nights there. The hotel was located near many attractions and major highways. All of the hotel staff were very freindly and helpful when asked a question or a recommendation. The compilmentary breakfast that was served every day from 6 AM to 10 AM was one of the best we had. All the attractions that are located near by were awesome and a must see
