Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa - סנטה רוסה

The only disappointing thing about our stay with that we could not stay another night the hotel was completely booked.

The staff was great, even when I asked to switch rooms due to the proximity to the "smoking" rooms. They made the transition quick and painless, even helping with my bags. The restaurant on site is great and there are a number of other coffee and dining options within a few blocks.

We stayed at the Hyatt in Santa Rosa for one night. I was with my wife and son so 2 Queen beds were in order. My comforter on my sons bed sheets was dingy and dirty, almost gray in color, to prove the point he swatted the comforter with his hand and a cloud of dust was propelled into the air. Our sheets were not as dingy, both mattresses were badly worn and the next morning we all agreed it was like sleeping in a funnel since the middle of the mattress on both bed dipped down in the middle. Another negative was a $15 charge for wi-fi was excessive,

The hotel room was beautifully furnished with elegant contemporary furnishings and updated finishes. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The walls were insulated well, we did not hear our neighbors at all. I was a little surprised that our bathroom was missing a granite tile trim used a crown molding in the shower. Our room had a view of the beautiful countryside. I appreciated the requirment to use the room key in order to activate the elevator. It provided added security against unauthorized hotel visitors. We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Pool wasn't heated so our April stay didn't include swimming. But the fitness center, while small, had what you need for a workout. We liked how easy it was to get on and off the freeway. We also liked being able to walk into the little historic district of Santa Rosa. We never ate at the on-site restaurant, so we can't comment on that. Overall, very nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel! The staff were wonderful and courteous. You had the feeling they really liked their jobs. Thanks for a great stay.

Service, staff etc were all great. The bed felt like it was about 10 years old though and made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Great location for Sonoma valley - central to everything.

Outstanding property and would stay again.

Overall, we were disappointed with the location and overall condition of the property. Also, being charged for WIFI access and morning coffee was excessive and non-competitive.

The room was clean and quiet. The location was close to shops and eateries.

We always enjoy staying at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek. My favorite hotel in Santa Rosa.

The Hyatt just has the best service, and accomodations in Santa Rosa. The Brassarie restaurant is very good, and a nice bar. This is the only place I look for when visiting Sonoma County.

Clean room, spaceous bathroom, good shower, an abundance of convenient lighting and mirrors, and amazingly dog friendly. Wish list: mini fridge and microwave.

We stayed in the king suite. Wonderful room with a great view. I do a lot of traveling and this hotel is well worth the price!

Simple and quik check in process with friendly staff. Perfect location off the freeway and easy walking distance to all of downtown Santa Rosa and the mall. The onsite restraunt and bar were more than adaquate for the facility. Fare hotel rates for the area.

Everything was great except for the bed which was not laid out properly and had a lot of bumps making it uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were very efficient and friendly!! Will always stay there when we visit Santa Rosa.

Wonderful hotel and staff at front desk did excellant job and very helpful at all times, recommended great places to see and eat.

The room was pleasant and comfortable and the overall state of the hotel was nice. Given its title and the way it marketed the property, I expected the hotel fitness facility to be superior. It was not. Not clean, faulty equipment, no wash cloths for used equipment.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location for Santa Rosa. The only negative was the high price for room service. The breakfast was decent but not special for the very high price. Staff was very professional and welcoming.

They need to replace an old mattress. Poor quality sleep.

this might be the ticket for you if you are into getting or truly want a kelp and cucumber concocted facial or one of those hot stone massages. did not have time to indulge in the spa but it looked rather inviting to my back and shoulders. the grounds were kept up to the point that every time i peered outside, the crew were constantly mowing or gardening something. the room was your generic hotel room, nothing out of the ordinary. bathroom was set at an angle into the wall so it made it a seem a tad more spacious but that could be an illusion. got a king size bed and it was really cozy and inviting and probably the saving grace of the room. the room contained no mini bar, a coffee machine with coffee mugs and two flavors of coffee but no coffee pot ......... so i had to make two calls to room service just to satiate whatever needs that were running through my stomach. the food was average at best which stemmed from a fairly mundane menu. it is too bad downtown santa rosa or railroad square does not have anything appealing enough to get out of bed for. if anything came out of this experience..... is that i discovered flying goat coffee just across the road from here. definitely worth the walk across third street just for a small cup or two

Nothing fancy, in a nice little town. Reasonable at $150 or less. Not so much at over $200. As I write this I'm at the Radisson Fisherman's Wharf for about the same money.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and my first time at a Hyatt. First, the hotel is right across the street from downtown and close to 101, but those are the only bonuses. Upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly and did not show any warmth towards us as guests (which is in stark contrast to the great experience I recently had at a Hilton). The lobby of the hotel is large but not very pretty or inviting. Our room had two beds, and was very small with lackluster decor and no fridge. Two out of the three lights in the room did not work. The bathroom door was a sliding door and didn't close completely. Also, when we came back to the room after checking in and leaving for a brief period, there was a horrible smell that resembled dirty dishes or something else. It was so bad we had to open the windows and keep them open all night. Also, the neighborhood that the hotel is in is not that great. In all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I probably will not stay at a Hyatt again unless I absolutely have no choice. Totally not worth the price.

Although the hotel is older, it is in excellent condition, and the continental breakfast was excellent. Although there was not hot food, there was fresh fruit, yougart, hot and cold cereal, juices and a good seleciton of breads and muffins. The surrounding area on two sides was beautiful to look at, bay water, and open flatland/marsh-type area. Unfortunately, on the side between the hotel and the road (Highway 1), it was dirty and trashy. This pobably is not the hotel's property so there is little they can do about it, but I imagined it with green grass and it would have really updated the surrounding area. Our room was beautiful, looking out towards the pool, and surrounded with green grass and trees. There were, however some rooms that opened directly onto the parking lot, and I would have been a most unhappy camper to have been staying in one of them. It was a great location - on Highway 1, and adjacent to the 101 freeway, relatively close to the beach as well as the golden Gate Bridge. For our needs, the Lakspur was PERFECT. They even had bicycles available (with helmets) for riding in the area, which is very flat, unless one chooses to go up into the hills, which surround Mill Valley. THANKS for the stay.

Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful, & the hotel itself is decorated tastefully. Great coffee/breakfast bar in the lobby in the morning which converts to a regular bar in the afternoon. Nice looking restaurant on site (which I didn't try) called the Brasserie. My hotel room was roomy & very clean & clerk was very accomodating when I asked for a room nearest the pool & spa & extra towels, delivered in 5 minutes. The spa staff also were very friendly, too, & the facility & therapist top notch! The workout room had what I needed (next to the spa) in a very nice courtyard with a fire pit, & I could work out after dinner. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable & safe at this hotel because it isn't huge. There was an unexpected walking park next to the pool area, too (not exactly part of the hotel) but felt like it. The only issue is that the hotel is hard to find; however, it is conveniently located in a funky section of Santa Rosa where you can walk to antique dealers, retro clothing, bohemian shops & coffee bars & small restaurants. Ate at Kham Loomi (thai) & was VERY pleased overall with service & food. Also, a mall happens to be located a few blocks down so it was great when the airport broke my luggage & I didn't have a car & had to walk only 5-10 minutes to buy new. I would definitely stay there again.

It was nice, the room was a bit smaller than what I expected for the price, the bed was ok but not super comfy and they had a top sheet on the mattress instead of a fitted sheet which kept coming loose and bunching uncomfortably. But it was clean and staff were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was great and again the restaurant staff were fantastic. Pool was nice but too many kids taking it over ,4 at least of which I suspect were a local family and not actually guests of the hotel!!! Overall I would recomend it but was expecting a bit more going by the price. Great location.

Our stay was very good. We didn't walk to downtown, but the location seems to be good and within walkable distance. (we drove everywhere due to time constraints) The beds were good size and very comfortable. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom door was a sliding door (big one) that didn't have a lock on it. Also, once you close it, it slides open too.... it was a challenge to go to the bathroom or shower and knowing that the door is sliding open.

The stay was very nice. The hotel was great. The only problem we had was the safe wasn't working right and when they gave us a mini frig to comp us, it didn't work either. Otherwise the hotel rating for us would be a 4.9.
