Had a great time. Not crowded this time of year. Good rates.

The customer service at the front desk was very good. I booked this hotel when I discovered that all the rooms in the conference hotel I was attending were sold out. It was very near the conference hotel, within walking distance and it was located very close to restaurants and other stores. The room was very clean and comfortable and I had a kitchenette with a sink and microwave, if I had chosen to buy food to prepare. However; the common areas, the hallway and elevator floor could have been vacuumed and cleaned better. There was free WIFI, but my one disappointment was that there were not enough convenient electrical plugs for my laptop. It was somewhat of a challenge to find one. I had to move the bed side table to plug into an already full outlet. Also, because this was off season, the hotel was pretty quiet. I was so busy working that I didn't take time to explore the hotel more. I would however stay there again,

Convenient location, but an older hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at the carosel I can't think of any thing bad to say about your hotel.

Hotel was nice and rooms were clean. Wasn't to happy with the construction workers one floor above us working at 7am. Other than that everything was good

If your going to OC to spend time with your significant other go somewhere else. Kids are everywhere. Strictly a family hotel. Its loud! Wanted to go to the hot but no kids were jumping in and out of it like the swim was an amusement park.Roooms are not up to dat. The pillows were awful and the mattress you can feel the spring. i wish i could get my money back.

the one thing i would have change is the bathroom door. it wouldn't close all the way and it wouldn't lock.

We enjoyed the ice rink, pool and access to the beach. We did not enjoy the parking and schlep from it to our room. The wi-fi needs improvement. It needs to work equally as well in the room as the atrium.

Our time at this hotel was horrible. When we first arrived the room was completely dirty. Toilet and bathtub was gross and had stains. The balcony door was broken. When we walked on our balcony they were doing construction so we had wires hanging as well as ropes. We talked to the receptionist about the problem and they tried to find us a cleaner room but everyone of them were just as bad. The receptionist were completely rude. They talked about us while we were there in their little office not realizing that we can hear them. We chose this hotel due to the pool and the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi was closed which made it seem like things were continuing to go down hill with this place. Another point was other people were having problems and everyone was talking about how bad this place was while we were there. Then they charged completely different price then what was on our receipt. Overall it was a horrible experience and we will not return at all.

We went during Easter break. There wasn't alot open, but the kids enjoyed the ice skating rink, indoor pool, and arcade.

Great value for a beach hotel. Not the cleanest but not the dirtiest. Great ocean front room with a terrific view from the balcony. For the price it was an excellent value.

Because I know the town so well, that was not an issue. The room was dirty and old, the heating unit was clanging and banging each time it came on. Needless to say, I was up all night. the extra blanket was old and itchy and the pillows were lumpy. I couldn't wait to take a shower in my own bathroom.

Everything is close by.you can park your car and forget it until time to go.I just wish in the hotel rooms besides a microwave you had someway to cook.like a stovetop burner.I had a extended stay weekend

The hotel was OK for an overnight stay. However, they didnt have a business center where I could print off documents and the staff wasn't allowed to print it on their computers. This is not a good thing if you are there on business. My room faced the skating rink which was noisy until 11 pm, between the kids skating or hanging out and then the ice smoothing machine blaring. Rooms were clean but showed a lot of signs of wear. The hotel was on the beach so it was nice for a quick walk.

The rooms were old and cold. The fire sprinkler pipes are exposed in the rooms. The windows and sliding glass doors need new seals. The beds are old and the linens are late 80's early 90's

Upon arrival was greeted by friendly staff. Room was ocean front with a view of the ocean once you looked past a building witha a rusted, dirty blue roof and several dumpsters. Seemed like overlooking an alley. Ice skating rink in front lobby directly under our room. I wish someone would have warned me that the loud music would play till 10:00pm..Staff was very nice and attentive to us.. Fridge did not work, but staff responded quickly and fixed it...

It is a memorable place of stay.

The Carousel is an outstanding value off season. The front desk was very friendly with accomodating for our early checkin. The indoor pool, sauna, ping pong tables, ice rink, game room, snack island and bar resturant are great places to spend the dreary winter months. Had a great time, would love to stay in the summer but the prices are rather high as most of ocmd tends to be!! green turtle right across the street for food and adult bevs.

My family had a great stay over a long weekend. We were a bit sad the ice rink was closed but enjoyed the pool and the warm weather allowed us to play in the surf. Overall the trip was great. Our room did not get refreshed during the day and the carpets need replaced but the hotel is fun for all! My family will return.

Checked in Friday after playing golf earlier that day hotel was clean. Saturday morning was woke up as a Band began playing downstairs at 8 AM. Sunday morning woke up at 9AM to hotel cleaning staff screaming int he hallway to one another. Monday woke up at 8AM to construction just outside our window. No hot water for shower on Monday either. I wish the hotel would of said something regarding the construction being done and when asked about the band they stated it was the music from the Ice Rink which it was not

Decent place - only problem in spring/fall is the fact that AC/heat is either one or the other...and duringmy 3 day stay in nice warm (high 60's/70ish) weather, the room was unbearably warm. OK during the day if you leave the sliders open, but nasty at night with door shut and locked. Rooms was quite nice though and staff good.

I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. A LITTLE PRICEY FOR OCTOBER IN MY OPINION, BUT OVERALL A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. LIKED THE ICE SKATING RINK, BEEN COMING TO OCEAN CITY OVER 35 YRS NEVER KNEW YOU COULD SKATE AT THE SHORE IN YOUR HOTEL....COOL

Our stay was very nice......We wanted a close lil overnight stay for just the 2 of us since we dont get a chance for vacations and this was perfect for us and it was good location for us.

So the beds could've been softer, the bathroom had 2 hairs in it, overall the hotel could use an upgrade. This will still be where we stay with the kids from now on. From the tiny Carosel and stupid quarter rides in the lobby, to the little bar/concession stand with cotton candy, to the 24 hour arcade, and my son's personal favorite the ice rink...the simple amenities in this hotel made our trip. The 24 hour arcade and the ice rink being open until 10 was a life saver for the older kids when the baby had to go to bed. The room had a fridge, sink, and microwave which will now be a must have for hotels for us, very convenient. I had no issues with the staff, all courteous and helpful. We didn't take advantage of the indoor pool (the ice rink was the main attraction for the kids) or the indoor or outdoor bars, but we hope to on our next trip.

Good place to take the kids. For late September the weather was nice.

The hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Close and convenient to activities. Service staff was very helpful in providing inmformation and directions.

Needed to be in Ocean City for an event and wanted to stay close to the venue. Had never stayed there before. Place was an overpriced dump that caters to young folks who pack as many people as they can into one room. I suppose it would have been perfectly fine, had I been 20 years younger and looking to party all weekend.

I will never return.

There are better places in Ocean City that are closer to the boardwalk and events and cleaner! Very basic, very minimal in presentation. I was not impressed and regretted booking here as soon as I walked in. Pick somewhere.

Service was great as well as the location! However could use some improvement in bed comfort and cleanness.

the hotel was fine if you enjoy having large amounts of Bass pumped through your room at all hours of the day and night.. the bathroom was basically a nightclub.. other than that the hotel was great

Just recently stayed at the Carousel in Ocean City,Md. Very friendly staff. Good location. The room was basic but very clean and had what you needed.Not plush but very good. I actually liked the shower.Plenty of pressure in the water.No curved shower rod if thats important to you. Not me. Great fitness center and pool.Very nice TV in the room. Matttress on bed was not the most supportive but adequate.

First of all the ice rink was closed down. The hotel as so old and dirty looking. The rooms where dreary and the beds felt like a board. Not worth the money

It was a very good stay. I would to there next year.
