Sea Pearl Villas Resort - קאטו

I can't rate this hotel enough. The entire team were courteous, helpful and always friendly. The assistant manager went above and beyond personally recommending trips and then booking them for me. The clubhouse pool bar staff were so friendly and we always had a giggle. The hotel facilities are second to none, it's a shame more guests don't make the most if them. The clubhouse pool and spa are beautiful and it's good to make use if the 2hour happy hour 4-6pm! Food was lovely, from breakfast to room service and the many restaurants. The Seafood buffet is great value and has great views over to Patong town/beach. The only one point to note is the free shuttle bus finishes at 8pm, it'd be great if this carried on to at least 10pm. However cabs are cheap enough.

We weren't as impressed with this place as we were with the previous hotel we had stayed in further up north 'the Residence'. The service provided at front desk and by the concierge just didn't seem very welcoming or helpful. The concierge on the last day of our stay 29/4 was completely different and very warm and happy in comparison.. just different people. Had it not been for him our stay there would have not been good at all. No one except for him seemed to be happy or helpful. Wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely place but poor service. Things like tea and coffee were never replaced in the room. Breakfast room service just never arrived. Dirty dishes left poolside for over a week! If you complain they just look at you and smile.

I must say, this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The hotel is surrounded by a mountain and is just 10 mins drive from patong beach. Rooms are spacious and maintained very well. There's a swimming pool for every 4 villas. Got upgraded to a suite, even better !!!

Pretty norm. Some staff are awesome, some are turn-off. They just look at you with that kind of unfriendly look. Breakfast was normal. Nothing special. Jacuzzi is abit dirty. Only plus point is the Shuttle bus and quiet environment. But be warned, the room smells weird all the time.

We booked a 3 nights stay in Sea Pearl Villas Resort, since we opt for late check-in, the deluxe room are fully booked and we were automatically upgraded to 1 bedroom suite, what a blessed! The room are as big as an apartment with living hall, big balcony, outdoor Jacuzzi (too bad no hot water). With the honeymoon setting on the bed, it’s better than our first honeymoon room, too bad the quality of the mattress doesn’t meet our expectation (our mattress back at home are better). The bathroom as per review by others, take a quite sometimes to heat, and the bathtub water kinda rusty. Even the room located near the road-side, it’s hardly to hear the sound of traffic outside (or maybe we only stay in our suite between 11 p.m. – 8 a.m. only). The location of the resort on the high ground make it surrounding of the resort are really breathtaking, we wish we could spend more days in the resort. The breakfast spread are average, too bad there are no “Halal Food” signage for food selection, thus make it difficult for us as a Muslim to really enjoy the foods on the bar (even the 4-5 stars hotel we went previously have those kind of signage as they received majority of international guests, and yes, Sea Pearl Villas Resort’s guests are majority international). On the last night our stay, we called the receptionist for a wake-up call request at 4.15 a.m. but no one call to wake us up, luckily we set our alarm, or else we could miss our early flight.

fantastic hotel, location a bit out 10 mins taxi but cannot walk as on a main road without pavement. $12 taxi to patong beach from hotel each way.

Sea Pearl Villa is a must stay in Phuket. This is the only hotel to stay if you want luxury, clean enviornment and easy access to patong beach or jungcelon mall. Absolute must !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very nice jacuzzi room which was comfortable and clean. TV reception was poor but wifi worked everywhere even it meant continuously re-entering the password details. Road noise was intrusive in the room on occasion but did not stop me sleeping and this would be a problem for only some rooms. Main pool area is small but not busy. However the staff need to be more attentive and engaged at the pool area - no cleaning up of the area during the day or even overnight so returning to same empty glasses. Free shuttle stops at 8pm every evening which is a bit of an issue given distance from centre of Patong and should ideally run to 9 or 10pm.

The room was very large, and well appointed/designed. It could have used better lighting (a little dark in areas). The shower was very large/nice, but water took over 5 minutes to heat up and my friend in another room did not have hot water at all, they had to move him to take a shower. The outdoor hot tub is nice, but is not heated, so it might be good for a hot afternoon cool down, but is not what you would normally think of as a "hot" tub. The hotel is about 10 minutes up the hill from Patong beach, so it's a bit inconvenient as you cannot walk there and the tuk tuks try to charge you more saying it's "up the hill" as if it burns more gas. The restaurant upstairs was very nice and the free internet is fast. Overall, the staff speak relatively little english, so other than one or two people at the front desk, it's difficult to get help. The other venue I stayed at was Le Meridien, which has about similar quality rooms, but overall is a MUCH better resort, as it has a private beach and many more amenities, while being the same distance to patong beach.

Thanks for my friend's recommendation of Sea Peral Villas Resoert. I had a romantic and fantastic trip in Phuket with this hotel.

A beautiful resort. Pool access room was good value for money. We had the pool almost entirely to ourselves in most part of the days. Only fault on the hardware was the bathroom basin built too high. My kids had problem brushing their teeth, even myself at 5ft had to tip toe to wash my face properly. More improvement needed on the software. Service level not on par with that experienced in most other Thai resorts that we have been to. Staff tend to be expressionless, leaving us wondering if they understood what we have ordered. At other times, they tend to be missing at the same time, eg saw a lady and an old man struggling with a wheelchair when they arrived at the resort and there was no one at the concierge. It was full 5 mins later that 4 staff walked slowly (looks like just returning from lunch) towards the concierge area. The resort has much potential if it could invest in improving on its service level.

This hotel provides free shuttle svc to shopping n beach every hour,super convenient. But ends 8pm which to me reasonable. If u plan to back late, take the tuktuk taxi 300bht. I wld like to commend on the romantic decor n nice birthday cake for me.

Sea Pearl is located up the hill of Patong, providing a much more serene and lavishly green surrounding than the resorts within the heart of Patong. Hourly shuttles allow you to enjoy the heart of the city and nightlife, as well. Service was friendly but communication was difficult however staff is responsive to your needs. The resort itself is gorgeous, offeriing all of the amenities you would come to expect from a higher end resort, however, the jacuzzi is useless and only offers cold water. Another complaint we had was that the resort was a ghost town given the time of year rand perhaps prices should have been dropped to attract more tourists. Our room safe was not bolted in and there were no onsite cameras despite round the clock security in the areas. Breakfast buffet was decent but did not include freshly brewed coffee and eggs. I recommend this resort but during slow season, I would not recommend it to party goers.

Situated 10 mins away from the party side of Patong, close enough but far enough away too. Hotel was incredible and wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Nicely designed hotel with cascade swimmingpools between villas/units. Minus- you have your own jacuzzi but without warm water. Nobody was using it, that is a pitty, it is on your balcony but it is rather for decoration. Breakfast very everage. Hotel is outside the city center -last shuttle ride is around 8 P.M. You have to take a taxi- but it is inexpansive.

The advantage of this hotel is beautiful, delicious breakfast, quiet environment. Drawback is that only half of the employees are friendly, the other half do not know know how to smile. i was being asked for my room number twice, in the hotel area, it made me feel like i was a suspect. Only one shuttle bus per hour and the last one departs at 8:20 p.m. from the town to the hotel. Need to make it twice per hour and extend the service hours. room service was poor, the room is still dirty when i got back at night. There was a shoe print on the coverlet. In an afternoon, i went back to my room after swimming. i saw the room keeper put all pillows and blankets on the floor when he was tidying up the bed. He didn't have any sense of hygiene. For the jacuzzi, there is no tap, let alone hot water. Actually, we soaked in the same tub of water for the 4 days. when we checked out, we were forced to pay for a bottle of water, coz it was open, but not by us. Those people didn't check it clearly before they let new customers move in and made me the scapegoat. it was not much money, but it made me very disappointed. 這家酒店的優點是美麗的，美味的早餐，安靜的環境。缺點是，只有一半的員工都是友好的，另一半不曉得如何微笑。在酒店區範圍內,我被問了我的房號兩次，讓我覺得我被看為犯罪嫌疑人。每小時只有一班免費車開出，最晚一班在下午8:20從鎮離開,前往酒店。需要加密班次到每小時兩次，並延長服務時間。客房服務差，晚上回來時,房間仍然很臟.有一天我發現在被子上有一個鞋印。在一個下午，我遊泳後回到了房間,看到打掃的服務員將所有枕頭和毯子放在地板上,他沒有任何衛生意識。至於按摩浴缸，沒有水龍頭，更不用說熱水了。事實上，我們四天都浸泡在同一缸水裏面。當我們付款離開的時候，我們被逼支付了一瓶水，因為它被開了，但不是我們的所為。這些人沒有檢查清楚便讓新客戶搬進去，讓我的替罪羊。雖然沒多少錢，但它讓我很失望.

Die Anlage ist schön, aber relativ weit weg vom Strand (ca. 20-30 Minute Fahrt) und die Zimmer brauchen schon kleine Reparaturen. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit einem privaten Pool, was sehr schön zum Verweilen am Abend war. Das Service ist aber mehr als miserabel. Die meisten Angestellten sprechen sehr schlecht englisch. Das Organisieren von Ausflügen oder Transfer zum Flughafen entwickelt sich zu einem Drama. Auch das bestellen im Restaurant ist sehr schwierig (wir haben entweder Sachen doppelt oder gar nicht bekommen). Das Frühstück ist ziemlich reichhaltig, aber ohne Abwechslung (bis auf die asiatischen Gerichte). Die Taxifahrten, die von dem Hotel angeboten werden, sind 10-20% teuerer im Vergleich zum Taxis am Strand und sogar 30-40% mehr als Tuk Tuk.

Hotellet er super lækkert, med rigtig god service fra personalet. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med egen jacuzzi, men blev automatisk opgraderet til et værelse med udgang til pool. Poolen lå bare helt ned til en meget trafikeret vej, med meget støj, så vi bad om et andet værelse. Vi fik et andet værelse uden problemer. Værelset var et lidt ældre værelse, men stadig lækkert, der lå længst væk fra vejen. Værelset havde egen jacuzzi, som vi også havde bestilt. Det var super lækkert med egen jacuzzi på terrassen, og der var en dejlig udsigt. Den store pool være rigtig lækker, dog lå den også tæt på den trafikerede vej. Vi havde stort set poolen alene i to dage. Morgemaden var lækker. Den første aften spiste vi på Blue waters club på hotellet. Maden var ikke særlig god, og vi fortrød i høj grad vi havde valgt at spise der. Den anden aften spiste vi i restauranten hvor vi også spiste morgenmad. Her var maden til gengæld super lækker! Vi ville gerne have spist der begge aftener. Hotellets beliggenhed er lidt væk fra Pathong stranden. Men der kører busser hver time fra hotellet og tilbage igen, og det fungerede rigtig fint. Spaafdelingen er super, med meget venligt personale. Vi ville helt klart booke hotellet igen, hvis vi kunne få et værelse væk fra vejen.

Big, lovely resort, which offers a lot of activities during the day such as aerobics, poolactivities, cookingclass, massage lessons etc. Lovely breakfast and internet icluded in the price. The resort is locatet quite far from Patong beach, however there is a free shuttlebus running every hour until 20 p.m. The room we had was nice and spaciuos, but it seems as they made som cheap choises when they buildt the resort as it seems a bit "worn" compared to similare hotels.

Muito bom. O Hotel em si é muito bom. a localizacao que é distante da praia de patong. Uns 2km. Mas o hhotel vale a pena!

Vi blev uppgraderade till en helt suverän svit och trivdes fantastiskt bra på rummet. Anläggningen är superfräsch med fina pooler. Däremot är restaurangen inget särskilt - frukosten är helt ok men i övrigt är det halvdant - inget fel men eftersom det är tre gånger så dyrt som att äta "på stan" så förväntade jag mig något bättre. Man måste ta buss eller taxi till och från stan/beachen vilket funkar bra.

這是一間非常出色的渡假村，環境優美，寧靜。早餐豐富，多選擇。我們這次訂了三間房間，共住了五晚，每間房間乾淨，寬敞，裝飾佈置亦有不同特色。部份房間景觀更能欣賞芭東的景色。而會所設施亦有提供多種玩樂選擇。酒店各員工處事亦非常有效率，笑容親切，態度誠懇。縂括而言，入住這間渡假村是物有所值的，強力推介!!!

Nykyaikainen tyylikäs, hyvin varusteltu hotelli, jonka laitteissa (suihku, kassakaappi, ilmastointi) toimintaongelmia: Ilmastoinnista levisi viemärin haju koko huoneistoon. Vesi ei ollut tarpeeksi kuumaa. Kahden huoneen swiitissä oli tilaa. Hotelli sijaitsi ylhäällä kukkulalla, josta hyvät näkymät Patong beachin yli. Ei omaa rantaa.

両替もできないし、空港への送迎もなくホームページと違う　　　ホテル内にショップがないため1時間に１本のバスで買い物に行くため中だけで過ごすにはよいが海や買い物には不便　タクシーもドライバーがいないと車があるのに送ってもらえなかった

良好，早餐豐富，房間整潔。提供免費專車來回巴士前往巴東海灘。HONEYMOON的話更免費UPGRADE房間，以及有漂亮的佈置(大床)。不過洗澡的水不夠水力，馬桶水力也不足。

酒店在半山，离海滩和闹市有点距离，虽然有班车一小时一班不过最后一班晚上8点就结束了。酒店设施不错，早餐也算丰富。总的来说还是一个不错的选择。

不錯的渡假村。

度假村非常大，村内的环境非常好，环境相对独立，周围吃饭，购物不是很方便，但酒店提供的每小时往返芭东海滩的免费巴士基本解决了一切问题。阳台独立露天的SPA池，加上外面多处泳池，简直不用出门就可以在度假村享受全套度假体验。早餐也不错，种类丰富。下次一定还住这里。

We stayed in 2br suite for 3 nights. Rooms are clean with modern decoration like a home. 7 swimming pools in the hotel. One for pool access rooms(normal customers can't access). One in the Club, it's far from your apartment. Others among different part of the hotel. Small but enough. Breakfast is ok. GYM room is good. U can park your car near your block. Most of the guests are Chinese and Korean. Bad sides: Jacuzzi without hot water; No compliementary birthday cake(even passed one day only from the check-in date); Rejected our booking for the compliementary 15mins head & shoulder massage(passed one day); Helicopter svc was told(via email) that can be booked during our stay and no need advacne booking. Finally, we were told that the svc was not available when I made walk-in booking - Very Disappointed. Very different to turn right out to Patong direct from the entrance during rush hour. I never try to turn right back to hotel from 4029, it is very dangerous. Room audio system is bad, sounds only from the TV.

das Hotel ist wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel am Patong Bech, super Zimmer und einen sehr nettes Personal. Einziger nachteil der Jakuzzi auf dem Balkon ist nicht mit Warmwasser...
