I have stayed at a few Country Inns for business and this one is pretty typical. Clean, comfortable, functional. I forgot that Hotels in Kentucky can't serve beer/wine during their happy hours, so that was a little disappointing but out of their control.

the check in process was a little long. had several people ahead of me and only one person doing check-in. he was working hard but had to answer phones and do the check-in. Hotel had complementary snacks at arrival (hotdogs, nachos etc. one free beer. also my wife liked the free breakfast bar.

Lied to us. Did not have sleeper sofa

Very nice hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

Over all, my stay was was satisfactory. There was one incident with one particular staff member who mistakenly printed a bill and slipped it under my door. Since I had already paid for my room through Hotels.com, I called. The person who answered the call assumed I was part of a bowling group who had booked 12 rooms. She was rude and not willing to look into the mistake. Luckily the daytime desk clerk was extremely courteous and helpful in resolving the matter.

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed. Our room was clean, quiet and near to the National Quilt Museum and the River Front. We also appreciated the 5:00 snack offered Monday thru Thursday.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the pillows were terrible. I woke up with a stiff neck both mornings. The hotel is right off I-24 and right next to the Kentucky Oaks Mall complex - if you're looking for somewhere moderately priced and fairly quiet despite all the surrounding activity, it's a great choice. Overall, a very good experience.

We have stayed here previously when we came to Kentucky for college move in and events. The room was comfortable and well kept. Good breakfast with multiple choices...Krispy Kreme donuts if you get thre before they run out. Friendly staff.

very comforting and is sitting in a very good area for outside shopping. the continental breakfast was just great. we will definitely reccommend .

We were very impressed. The beds were comfortable and it was clean (not quite like home but all in all - pretty clean). The room had a refrigerator which we needed to cool things overnight on our long travels. The breakfast buffet was fantastic although the eggs, bacon and potatoes could have been hotter. We were surprised at the variety of foods set out. We will definitely start here again on our way through.

The only trouble we had was with WiFi access. The signal was very weak and we kept losing the signal. However, the room was clean and comfortable and the front desk was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Front desk service is outstanding. Rooms are spacious and clean. The evening and morning food is more than adequate for quick traveling turn around. Food and shopping in the area are abundant and convenient

All great - good buffet, clean room, nice toiletries, close to restaurants.

my stay was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the places I needed to go to. The food was a blessing for breakfast and also when I was there in the afternoon.

Friendly staff. Lobby attractive and inviting. Enjoyed the evening snack and great breakfast buffett. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel had nice amenities. Thanks for a great stay.

It was the first time we had stayed at a Country Inn & Suites...we were delighted!!!

Had horrible experience trying to checkin. I'm handicapped and we tried to check in 2:30 and front desk clerk said every room was dirty and there wasn't one room available. Finally she called housekeeping and housekeeping said they had a whole block of rooms available. When I asked for a handicapped room she indicated that there wasn't any handicap rooms available in that block and refused to even check.

This hotel was very clean. The hotel staff were nice but not overly friendly. The location is very good. There were many good restaurants in the area. The firness center was closed during our visit. The pool is small but clean. This hotel is family friendly. Our room was super clean. The only complaint about the room would be that the door to the bathroom did not latch, meaning the door could be simply pushed open and not locked. The breakfast was good. I liked the oatmeal with raisins and granola and brown sugar available. (they should add walnuts or pecans to the selection) The sausage was very good too. There were no cookies available at the front desk when we checked in at 6:45pm but there were some when we checked out and the chocolate chip was very yummy. Overall it was a good stay.

Excellent

We've stayed here twice before and it's a clean and comfortable place right off the Interstate. We were given a room this time near the elevator (room 211) and it was a bit noisy until 10 pm, but quiet afterwards. Our earlier rooms were quiet. Interesting Mexican restaurant nearby, and Panera Bread. We'll stay here again.

ON ARRIVAL, WE WERE GIVEN A KEY TO OUR ROOM, A SUITE, WHICH WE DID NOT EXPECT, WE LEFT FOR AN HOUR, AND CAME BACK AND SOME LADY WAS IN THE ROOM SLEEPING, OOPS, WE SAID SORRY, AND THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL, JUST THE CLERK, , SO WE WENT AND GOT A KEY TO THE CORRECT ROOM. AND WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE THERE FOR 5 NIGHTS AND EVERY OTHER THING WAS PERFECT, AND WE WILL RETURN FOR SURE.

Loved the hotel I know it's off the interstate which really the only reason for not liking the location. Although the inside of the hotel,pool,and lobby area are very nice and looks like a lot of detail went into building it. I know I will stay again.

The stay was great. Very comfortable beds, nice amenities, & very nice staff. More than worth the rate. 4 star at a 2 star rate.

I figure all the hotels around this exit are roughly comparable; this one's always a little cheaper so we always stay here. Nice enough place. One weird thing is that there are signs up saying NON SMOKING HOTEL but our room smelled like smoke and had an ashtray and a matchbook with the hotel logo on the bathroom. Not sure what's up with that.

two of the exterior doors did not work for entry. When I talked to the desk clerk, the response was "yeah, we know". On a lighter note, there were no cookies.

Had a great experience. Both my wife and I mentioned that we would look for other Country Inn & Suites after this stay. The rooms were nice-- large, clean, and comfortable. The pool may be small for some people's tastes, but it was great for our family. Also, the location is super. Two thumbs up.

Not a very easy hotel to get to. It sets behind another hotel, and with the lights and traffic, it got a little frustrating getting to it. We did get our cookie. :)

The manager on duty went over and above helping us when the airconditioner unit was out in our room. Providing us a upgrated room. Also giving great recommendations for dinner. We had a great stay.
