Baymont Inn & Suites Ft. Leonard/St. Robert - סנט רוברט

Our stay was great. Very personable and friendly staff!

The employees at the Baymont Inn and Suites were awesome, there was a blunder on our part and they still bent over backwards to help us out!! The continental breakfast was more then what we expected, a nice surprise!!! I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean and neat. Staff were very polite and helpful.

I plan on staying at Baymont whenever it's available. It was comfortable, clean, great TV channel lineup, good atmosphere, excellent service, reasonably priced with a good breakfast, even though eggs and meat weren't available. I guess if I had to choose between Baymont and another comparable hotel that makes these items available on their breakfast buffet, that would be the deciding point as to where i would stay. Otherwise, I was impressed with Baymont.

This was one of my best hotel experiences. The staff was really friendly and helpful. If you forgot things the hotel provided you with them, such as shaving cream or razors. They also served a free complimentary breakfast that was quiet good.

Clean room, comfortable beds but cold pool and Internet stinks. Called the front desk every night and they would reset the router. It would work for maybe 5 minutes then boot you off and you may or may not be able to get back on for another 5 minutes. Most nights not. They blamed it on the number of guests but we tried mid day with only two cars in the lot. Not happening. Not overly friendly. Would not stay here again.

The service was great! Very clean, smelled really good. Friendly staff. Definitely a must if one is in your area.

Didn't love the continental breakfast or how room service started at 9:30am on a Saturday... My mistake for forgetting to put out the do not disturb sign. Overall it was a pleasant hotel and a comfortable stay.

My only issue was that wifi was spotty. It wasn't reliable on the second floor.

I was really pleased with this hotel.I was at the Baymont Inn for five nights while visiting my son at Ft. Leonard Wood. It only took 5 minutes to drive from the hotel to the base. I also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool . I would book here again.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and were always asking if we needed anything, or would just say good morning, when passing in the hallway. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, and the beds comfortable. The location was great, as it was close to Fort Leonard Wood, where our son was graduating Army BCT. We would not hesitate to use Baymont Inn & Suites again, for future plans!

Room was clean and good for the price. Service at the front desk was not very friendly. The one elevator was slow so we used the stairs. We got what we paid for. We did not pay a lot so was an average hotel stay.

I thought it was a really nice,clean,friendly,and close to the Army Base where I had to go see my son Graduate from. I would have no problem staying there again or recommending it to family or friends!! Thank you Baymont!

We stayed for 2 nights and got checked in fairly quickly. We had 3 rooms and the staff had tried their best to get us as close together as possible. I thought they had did good with the hotel being booked. The pool was warmer than most my kids have been in and they loved it. The staff for the breakfast area was very nice and attentive to our needs. The eating area was clean and cleaned as soon as someone left. My dad liked the butterscotches that were at the front desk. Overall very friendly and clean for as many people coming in and out of there. Staff was friendly.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff was wonderful! We would highly recommend this hotel!

was a nice place to stay and good breakfast, very clean only complaint is the beds were getting old and you need new pillows and not very quiet

The hotel was clean - which is most important to me. Comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. Stayed for graduation visit at Ft. Leonard Wood - location couldn't be more perfect!

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and friendly.

Very close to the Military Post that my daughter was stationed at as well as close to many shopping and eating venues. My family made great use of and enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

Goodplace, good price,ghreat access.

The bed was made up with sheets that were not clean, i.e., there was blood on the sheets. There were blood stains on the carpet in front of the sink. We reported this to the front desk and they could care less.

Really enjoyed our stay at Baymont, very clean an I would recommend it to any one, even stayed at another Baymont on our way home.

Clean is my top priority and this was. The staff was very nice and thank you Theresa for the lovely continental breakfast with a smile and helpful information about the area.

Loved the service, as soon as I arrive they was waiting for me, I just signed the check in and they gave me the room key, I instantly could go to my room and enjoy.!!!

I was very pleased with my accommodation at the Baymont. The Customer Attendant at the front desk when I arrived was excellent in her assistance and PR. There were 2 things I would like to inform you about. First is the beds. There is a metal part of the bed that sticks out on the sides. I hit my ankle bone on it. It bruised it. May I suggest a padding over them. The second was a skunk by a lamp post at the corner of the hotel the morning of my last day. I would recommend the Baymont Hotel to anyone visiting Ft. Leonard Wood or traveling thru Missouri. I thank you all.

Had to wait alittle awhile to check in because there was no room ready for us. Staff was on break but I would stay there again.

Was there for boot camp graduation. Very convenient to the base. Clean and polite, helpful staff.

Everything was wonderful. The only issue I had was the bed was a little too soft/uncomfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent bed linens and pillows. Quality amenities, including fridge and microwave. HD tv for the kids. I enjoyed the exercise room. My teen chose this hotel for the free breakfast menu. Close to the base so we could visit when our service member was off duty. Laundry facilities on every floor along with snack machines, all reasonably priced. Quarters at the front desk. Will use again for our next visit.

The hotel was very clean the staff was very polite and friendly. If i am ever in the area again I will definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant stay!

Great place to stay for Army graduation!

Only had one issue with our stay and that was when we got to our room it was not clean. Their records showed the room as a stayover from the previous occupants and it had only been surface cleaned. When we told them it was not clean they immediately got the personnel in and flipped the room fast. Very friendly manager.

This hotel is perfect for visiting family members stationed on Fort Leonard Wood. It is not far from the main gate, close to some restaurants, in a good section of town. The only complaint I could stretch to making is that they could use a little more space in their breakfast area. It wasn't bad but it could get crowded easily.

Satisfied . will come back again ............

Needed a room to prepare for a ribbon cutting ceremony we were doing at the Fort Leonard Wood museum after traveling from Fort Leavenworth, Kansas on a tight schedule. Called ahead before booking room to confirm an early check-in and explained that we would need the room before 3:00 to have time to get ready for the ceremony, which began at 3:00. We were told "yes, a room will be ready upon arrival". Well, we ended up having to change and get ready in their lobby bathroom because they did not have a room ready and all the housekeepers were on break at the same time. We were told a room was ready shortly after we'd finished dressing so we were at least able to unload the car before the ceremony started, but we would not have had time to be ready had we not used the lobby bathroom. The front desk clerk was not very friendly and was uncaring until after she saw that we'd dressed in the bathroom. The room was nice and we rested well that evening after a hectic day.
