Club Bali Mirage - Nusa Dua

the cleanliness of the room and quality of service needs a lot of improvement while the condition of the hotel needs some renovation.

Good location, service, breakfast, room and pool. Bad smell in bathroom and food in dinner.

Over all it was a good experience. But feel that the bathroom should be atleast like a 4*. What we found was a normal bathroom like a 3* one. Other wise location wise is good and food at the Chop-Sticks and Hotel was good.Thanks.

The location was great. The Hotel was beautiful, if you could see past all the kids! Doors were slamming all night and all day. Free internet a joke. Families were using both terminals at one time to check Facebook!! Hotel should provide free WiFi and limit time on computer provided. No coordination between front desk and activities. Didn't even know about activities planned. Elevator still out. Inexcusable!! Place demonstrated a lack of management interest. Food was very good, but designed for all inclusive. Staff was great in Restaurants. Forget about quiet massage on the beach. The bale was next to a watch vendor and towel station and they jabbered all the time! I paid a bargain rate and got what I paid for. Other hotels were a bit more expensive but demonstrated more concern.

The hotel is nice, but Nusa Dua is not so... Very expensive WiFi, should bee free in a hotel like this. Nice rooms, good breakfast.

We had a great experience from check-in the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast was great, the egg lady was fantastic, rooms were cleaned well, overall a great experience.

Hotel & Staff are all Ok. Generally a nice stay. The only downfall is getting a pool seat, when people place towels on chairs and are not even using the pool!! They should make this a rule not to reserve chairs...

...although abit tired around the edges, the hotel was clean, with the staff generally attentive to your needs, resulting in a pleasant stay ...nice grounds & pool area ...breakfast variety changed every day & quality very good ...disappointments were lateness of cleaning rooms & not always well, mgt failing to act on complaints & deal with noisey guests [acouple sleepless nights] and drinks around pool especially beer [yes only one choice] very expensive in comparison to nearby hotels ...Hotels.com pricing for our stay at this hotel was significantly better than other net offers

Hotel is clean and staff is helpful and good service. Improvement may be needed to keep the room feel better, replce TV, towels, bed.....so to let the room as graded as 4 stars.

perfect stay for the price you pay!!! All inclusive recommended, otherwise the beverages are quite expensive!

The staff were very friendly. The location was good. The food was good. The all inclusive deal represented excellent value for money. Would recommend to others.

Lovely hotel although in a very quiet area of Nusa Dua. Staff were lovely and always tried to help out with any problems.

This hotel is probably the best hotel me and my family have ever stayed i would give it a 10 out of 10 for everything...............Superb

The hotel is great. Service is awesome, room spacious and clean. The beach may be disappointing as it is not that clean. The buffet is not the best spread but enough for small appetites.

A very comfortable & beautiful hotel with its own beach. A superb spread of breakfast and a very warm & hospitable staff. Although the rooms could do with some renovations. We unfortunately forgot a small bag in the locker provided but the staff was so cooperative & helpful in returning it to us. I truly appreciate the help extended.

This hotel is old. But fasilities are good. Location is near the beach. Workers are very friendly. What`s more, price is very cheep.

You get what you pay for! The rooms smell of mildew and mold. I woke up in the morning to a squealing sound coming from the bathroom. Sure enough there was a mouse trapped in the bath tub trying to get out. I called the front desk and they sent a man with a small broom. He smashed the mouse and took it away wrapped in toilet paper. They did not apologize for the incident nor offered to upgrade us. Too far from the airport. The breakfast buffet was the only plus. I would pay a little bit more and stay at a 5 star hotel or more. Not worth pinching pennies so far away from home.

The rooms were below expectation, pool was small and the beach was not as nice as many of the other hotels near by. We will not stay again and will be willing to spend more to get more. :( On the other hand breakfast was good. :)

The hotel was excellent. It was right on the beach and good shops on the street facing. The hotel pool was excellent (but turned swimwear green!). The food was excellent, good variety and vegetarians were catered for brilliantly. The room was beautiful and staff come around in the evenings to spray the room for insects. The staff and service at this hotel were brilliant, they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We were short changed by a money changer in the street and the hotel staff were brilliant in helping us deal with it. Would definitely return.

酒店位置方便，出到沙灘有很多水上活動，附近亦有很多食肆，舒適，清潔，下次會再住。

Bodde tre netter på dette hotellet. Bra hotell, men man finner billigere dersom man vil ha det. Benoa har flere glimrende restauranter. Bumbu Bali rett over gaten for Mirage er virkelig å anbefale! Styr for all del unna parasailing! Det er altfor mange i luften samtidig, og med mange båter på sjøen så vi flere nestenulykker.

Dejligt hotel lige ud til vandet samt rigtig stor og god swimmingpool .godt fjernsyn eneste mangel free internet.der er internet men det koster.

房間整潔可是門鎖及廁所都有設備壞掉，酒店也能即刻為此修理。早餐不錯選擇不少，沙灘清靜但退潮時不太好看，看錢包渡假的好選擇！

Jag var nöjd med hotellet, tyvärr var personalen i matsalen mycket orevlig., ville att man skulle betala för ett glas vatten. Kaffe fick man bara dricka 2 koppar Hotellets läge var bra samt rummen var fina.

ビーチもあってなかなかこんな値段のホテルは見つからないと思う。サービスもよかったが、残念なのは部屋にはいったとたんカビくさいにおいが。部屋も暗め。

Cet hotel est confotable, avec pescine et donne directement sur la mer. Attention la plage présente beaucoup d'algues, l'eau un peu fraiche et surtout très bruité à cuase des sports mécanique sur eau ! c'est bien pour ceux qui cherche ce type d'activité ! un peu éloigné des sites touristiques à l'interieur de l'ile ! Inernet Wifi payant est très cher 10$ l'heure !

Hotellet levde absolutt opp til forventningene, og lå sentralt i Nusa Dua. Området forøvrig var ekstremt stille. Glisne restauranter og tomme barer, som alle stengte kl 23. Svært lite å finne på om man ønsker å se andre mennesker, og oppleve en sosial atmosfære.

Balineserne som jobber på Club Bali Mirage, er bare så søte og forekommende. Smilende og blide. Oppfylte vårt minste ønske. Eneste negative er at hotellet nok er litt nedkjørt rent vedlikeholdsmessig, men stab og mat veidde opp for det. Vi stortrivdes.

Schysst och lugnt hotell med väl varierad frukostbuffé. Rummen och hotellet i övrigt var jättebra med en härlig pool och poolarea. Det enda som inte imponerade var den tillhörande badstranden där vattnet var ganska grumligt och ungarna gillade inte heller sjögräset och algerna på botten.

幼児2人づれで　デラックスルームを予約しました。 まだ子供が小さいのでツインに二人づつ寝れば十分と思っていましたが、リクエストはしていなかったのに、3つベットが入っていてゆったり寝ることができました。 子供が2人いることへの配慮だったようです。 ホテルの設備自体は、かなり古い感じです。リノベーション中の部屋もあったようでした。 でも、清潔でしたし快適に過ごせました。 スタッフは、多くはないですが、仕事は皆さん気持ち良くされていて、不便やこれは・・と思うことはありませんでした。 朝食も、品数はそんなに多くないものの 新鮮な調理したてのものが出て来ていて おいしかったです。 プールもビーチも楽しめるし、コストパフォーマンスのとても高いホテルだと思います。 子供たちも大満足でした。

Very nice resort. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The area could have been better, this is an all inclusive resort thus it is meant to stay in the resort. There is nothing to do outside. No nightlife and no bars. A few stores and restaurants. If you are looking for more than a relaxing vacation this is the perfect place.

Club Bali Mirage酒店位置在nusa dua北部Tangung，位置有点偏，周围是几个5星酒店，这个区域的酒店都有独立沙滩，也许是季节不对，这次去岸边都是海藻，海水也不清澈，看不到鱼。酒店周围饭店、便利店很多，很方便，这个区域吃饭比较贵，味道一般。 Club Bali Mirage的性价比很高，泳池漂亮，早餐到10点，种类不太多，足够吃饱。客房设施有些旧，还算干净，住着比较舒适。

Et ganske fint ophold på et fint hotel. Vi blev up graded til et værelse med udsigt. Beliggenheden er tæt ved stranden, men lidt langt uden for Nusa Dua centrum.

Vi ble møtt av en hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening, de gjorde umiddelbart et godt intrykk og var hjelpsomme hele veien. Vi valgte kun frokost på hotellet, som var grei nok men heller ikke mer. Rommet bar preg av slitasje, som resten av hotellet forøvrig. Uteområdet lå pent til ned mot stranden og var forholdsvis usjenert fra øvrig trafikk. Det var en god del støy på strandområdet, da nærmeste nabo er et "vannsportfirma" dette innebar stor båttrafikk og et rimelig høyt støynivå fra roperter og annet. Selve stranden var skuffende, 70 x 30 m med en masse søppel drivende inn fra havet hele tiden. En "strandpatrulje" gikk riktignok der hver dag i et tappert forsøk på å hold orden, men uten å lykkes spesielt godt. Bali har et søppelproblem! Det luktet forøvrig diesel rundt bassenget, så der klarte ikke vi å oppholde oss. Konklusjon: Å oppholde seg bare på hotellområdet i en 14 dagersperiode hadde ikke vært bra tror jeg, men som en base for å se seg omkring på Bali, ligger det veldig lagelig til, et greit hotell til en grei pris!
