The location was perfect and the room was great! The kids enjoyed the pool as the water was warm instead of some places where it is freezing cold. They offer a complimentary breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was decent but the dinner wasn't that great as our chicken cacciotore was cold. We got one of the rooms with a refrigerator, microwave and stove top so I think next time we stay here will just cook our own food.

The stay was great! Food was awesome! Only complaint was my kids having to see an inappropriate calendar every trip to eat or swim located in the kitchen. And room service did not always fully clean or resupply .

Staff was very personable... The signed card with candy on Xmas morning by the staff was a plus... Hot breakfast was really good also... Was impressed with the place... Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fine for the most part but not great. In particular they still have wired internet rather than wireless. Not a huge deal, but inconvienent. They broke down breakfast about 15 minutes early one day as well. There were just little things that I wasn't crazy about, otherwise it was satisfactory.

Had a great time at this hotel, was easy enough to get to, and still get around the Springs. The service was good, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again next time.

Everything was fine except that something was sprayed in the room and my nose and eyes watered for two days. It would be much better to open the windows in order to air out the room instead of spraying it with chemicals.

Our stay in Colorado Springs was relaxing and enjoyable for the entire family. We enjoyed the food, gym, laundry service, pool, and all the staff treated us well. We stayed in the 2 room suite and it was wonderful. No complaints except all who worked in the hotel could not come home with us and care for us in our own house. We certainly did feel at home.

The hotel itself was nice. I really liked the option of having a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite, with a full kitchenette. It was like having our own apartment. The layout was perfect, as my 81 year old mom was traveling with us and she was able to have her own room. Negatives - ellevators not very convenient and required long walks to get to room. Also, there was no wireless internet, except in the hotel main dining area. The advertisement said that internet was available. We travel a lot and have not ran across this old fashioned type of internet (ethernet cable in room) in several years.

Awesome hotel! Clean, comfortable, great breakfasts, super nice staff. Our suite was spacious & well appointed. The shower had great pressure & the beds were heavenly. This hotel was a true pleasure. I look forward to staying there again.

Check-in was a breeze, the hotel is very nice inside, the breakfasts were pretty good except the French toast. Extending my stay was a hassle, the staff with the exception of the GM was fantastic! GM was rude. Maria who did the breakfast was awesome.

Very pleaseant surprise. Quiet clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very curteous and attentive. Will definitely look up on my next visit to Colorado Springs.

In general I like the Homewood Suites with the free dinner, nice rooms etc. I booked this trip to be near the airport because I had a 6:15A flight the next morning, and I paid 50% more than some other nearby hotels. I was disappointed in the following: 1. Shuttle was broken. Had to pay a cab $8 to go the 2 miles to the airport terminal. 2. Even when not broken, the shuttle service does not start until 7:00A, so that would not have helped anyhow. 3. No ice machines in hotel, since there is a fridge in every room. But guess what? You have to start the icemaker in your fridge, and then wait. As if I am going to wait for ice to form to drink a coke. The front desk got ice from the kitchen for me. 4. I had reserved a room with a single queen, but at the last minute my 16 year old son joined my business trip. I asked to be switched to a room with 2 beds, and you would have thought I was asking for a million dollars. They wanted me to contact Hotels.com and re-book. As if I felt like doing that at 9:00P while dead tired. I spoke to the manager, and only after finding out that I am a Hilton Rewards member, they moved us to a room with a single King. 5. No restaurants within walking distance. So, if you don't need a shuttle, don't need local food, don't need a room change, and don't need instant ice, it is a great place.

This place was great (minus one issue). And the price wasn't bad either. Very comfortable and great accomodations/amenities. We were a bit concerned about noise when we booked since it was near the airport, but never heard any noise. The breakfast buffey was great as well. The only issue we had was we awoke to the smell of something hot in the middle of the night, but as soon as we turned off the air conditioner and opened the windows instead, it was fine. Minus this one issue, the place was great and I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

never heard an airplane the whole time. great pool temperature, great hot breakfast. Uncrowded on the weekend when we were there. 10 minute drive to the Broadmoor.

Accomodations were great. All of the employees we had contact with personable. The contintenal breakfast were satisfying and the dinners during the week were unexpected. They were a nice suprise. The mountain view was beautiful.

Very helpful at front desk. Can't say enough about the service. The hotel itself: food was marginal and the pool was closed for a couple of days. But really can't complain because of the price paid compared to other locations (good $20 cheaper per night). In general, the Colorado Springs airport is not really very conveniently located, but that is also not the hotel's fault, just more of an observation about the city in general.

The suite was laid out great considering the number of people we had. Each room had its own control for the air conditioning which was convenient. The beds and pillows were AWESOME!

staff checked a family member's incoming flight info and called the room to let me know of changes; then arranged for the shuttle driver to go to the airport at the required time for passenger pick-up, ignoring the scheduled airport service time. Everyone was fabulous in this effort. The hotel is very nice as well!
