Nothing special. Mediocre breakfast. There was a sewage smell for part of the time we were there in the hallways. Nice and close to the jail. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds where really hard and the shower head was broken got water everywhere not up todate TV or appliances

Our room was in the back of the motel, next to an outside exit and all the vending machines..... very loud and not at all restful.

My family and I stopped for the night on our way to Pennsylvania. The hotel was pretty clean, staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect for our family of 6. We checked in late at night and was surprised to see such beautiful scenery around us in the morning.

We have stayed there 3 times now and have been satisfied all 3 times. Recommend the King rooms over the double queens tho and sometimes the breakfast is better than others.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby and breakfast room were nicely decorated and spacious. Our room was very comfortable.

The stay was good, however the booking service we went through was a nightmare. I'm still trying to get things worked out with our group. Your staff tried to fix things for us but was able to. I believe the service was hotel.com. I tried to book rooms for 4 of us. I ended up having to pay for everyone. I will not go through or make reservations with any motel that I have to use a booking service for. Your website sent me to the booking agent for reservation......

Great play to stay at a good price.

there could have had more variety for the free breakfast (no bananas) the was the only reason I did not give the Inn a 5 in the overall rating.

I had a great stay here. It is not luxury by any means, but they were very friendly and accommodating. My room had everything I needed, bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom had good water pressure and was pretty clean. I would recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere affordable and convenient to the airport and downtown.

My one disappointment about the room would be the heating/air conditioning unit. There was no way to just leave the fan running. The problem with this was there was no "white noise" to mask noisy neighbors and the occasional loud vehicle. Consquently, I got no sleep. I would stay here again, just bring my own white noise machine or fan.

The management and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Travelling with children can be difficult and the staff was amazing in their helpfulness.

Thinking how nice it would be to have a king sized bed, my husband & I looked forward to our stay. When the king sized bed is broke in the middle and you both have to sleep in the "hole" and can't move - it was terrible!!

I had booked 5 rooms for my group that drove 11 hours to get down to Missoula. When we arrived, it took almost 15 minutes just to check in to our already prepaid room. I had booked the rooms under various names prior to deciding who was staying in which room. Some rooms had to be switched, and so were not under the correct names. So, I checked into a room that wasn't under my name, although I made all the reservations and had already paid for all of the rooms. Then, I was told by the clerk to "have some patience since you're the one that screwed up!" Worst service I've ever received. This was slightly made up by a hotel employee the following night that was very accommodating when we had an ice cream cake for our team the following night. Also, the hot tub was not very hot, but the rooms are spacious.

I had to call the front desk twice to complain about the people partying next door. Finally, about 4 am I was able to sleep. I was at the front desk at 8 am to switch rooms since the neighbors would be there again the next night. Apparently, there had been many complaints and should have been kicked out. No discount on the room for inconvenience of NO sleep but the next night was better since we switched rooms. When we pulled up to the motel to check in, it looked like there were hookers outside. I asked the front desk about them and was informed there was a Drag Queen Show at the motel. My 16 year old daughter asked what that was??? Not impressed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok. I've stayed in worse. Bathroom was clean. Sheets were clean. Shower was good. Carpets throughout hotel were gross. Never took my socks off. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, but covering had stains that looked like blood. Eww. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

The motel was fine. The. Lerk initially was of helpful with the conflict t of. Of getting info from hotel .com. It was. It an easy process

I was impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is not very close to the center of things, but that was fine with me. It is a bit hard to find - I was very glad for the help of my GPS. My only complaint is with the parking. I believe a lot of casino customers were using the hotel parking lot. I had to park a long way from the entrance nearest my room.

The place was filthy. Not a particular good location either for convenience or neighborhood.

This Hotel was centrally located had a great bar to watch the games and the out door patio was awesome. The out door pool was the warmest hotel pool I have ever been in. Usually pools are freezing cold.

We stayed here one night during our travels. Pool was warm. But that was it.

Convenient location, close to 93 north. Excellent breakfast and fairly easy to downtown dining. Roon was clean and good size.

The front desk manager was extremely rude, and even though we booked a pet room threatened that she would call animal control if we left our room without our dog. We had two phone calls from the front desk one at midnight and one at 4:30 in the morning, both were for the wrong room. Even after asking the hot tub was no warmer than the pool, the internet was down, and room stunk. The bar/pool areas were nice, but this place certainly wasn't worth the rate.

The Internet worked once for about 3hrs in the 5 days I stayed there. They never got it fixed despite repeated calls.

Hotel was reasonbly priced and conveniently located. Staff were very helpful and professional. The reading chair lacked adequate lighting; bathroom stool was slow; bedspread was questionable regarding cleanliness; hallway carpets were dirty.

The entire place has an intense smokers smell and was filthy(carpets draps etc.The bed was fine but the room has not been updated in decades.Worst place I have booked so far. 1 star maybe.

Rooms were nice, staff was great. Little pricey...

I had stayed here before and I was disapointed. However This Hotel has Improved. The beds were very comfortable. The room was bright and cheerful. I loved the easy chair. A nice spot to rest your tired feet or read.I will book this hotel again.The bar and grill were wonderful a great place to meet friend.

The hotel was a little difficult to find from I-90. It was a satisfactory place to stop on our road trip and was clean & quiet. The folks at the front desk were helpful & friendly. The breakfast was what you would expect which is mostly cereal and pastries. Not a lot of options for anyone with dietary restrictions. Overall it was perfectly fine.

The Hotels.com rate was very competitive. Enjoyed the pool area a great deal and found it to be clean and quiet. It was very busy when we arrived and only one person at the desk to handle phones and in-person customers.
