Not happy at all for the price I paid. Check in to hotel..only to find out the pool was under construction, never mentioned on site. Next room they assigned had a view of the roof AC unit. Went down to front desk to ask for a new room...with a actual view. Moved to new room...went downtown had a great dinner. Then woke up to maid service pounding on our door at 7:30, when check out wasn't until 11:00...woke everyone up. Told them we weren't checking out until 11. Came back 2 more times...so rude. At check out...told front desk manager who basically was like oh, sorry. Very unhappy!

The room was so small. It said beach view, they didn't mention that most of your view was construction and there are peeping toms trying to look through your window.

I don't think is fair to pay full price for an hotel that has most of the amenities under construction. To use the pool I was recommended to take a shuttle to go to another hotel a few miles away. The ocean view was blocked by the new constructions and all I could see from there was the workers. The room was the smallest one I ever stayed and for the price i paid it was surely not up to standards.

Our stay at the Marriot was fabulous. I only had a one night stay booked, but when it was check out time I wanted to book the rest of the week! All staff greeted me and my girlfriend in a courteous manner. The first thing that was offered to us were complimentary sundaes, with all the works. Room was crisp and clean, did not find one thing dirty or out of place. A complimentary bottle of water on the desk was just what I needed after being on the road for a couple of hours. Staff was helpful in helping me with valet parking, which had a flat rate. Also the staff was helpful with any other questions I had, like how to get a cab. There was a Carraba's restaurant on location, but me and my girlfriend didnt go down to eat because the bed and room were so comforting and allowed us to have some quality, private time. We did go down for the breakfast offered, which had all the fixing for all appetites and used the Carraba's on location to serve it. The pool was heated, which was a plus in the Februrary. Prime location, close to South Beach but not too close. I booked my room for a Saturday night and it was a quite night all the way through.Cant say enough great things about the hotel experience worth every penny and much more!!

There is an extension being constructed on site. Around the pool, tiki bar and the ocean facing rooms, this is very loud and annoying, especially in the mornings. But it looks like it will be fantastic when finished. The rooms are your typical Marriott rooms, very nice bit not a 5 star resort. The private beach is all you could ask for, plus the tiki bar is right on the beach. All in all, a good hotel. Will be great when the construction is done.

The staff was very nice, there is a Carrabba's Italian Grill attached to the hotel that allows you to charge your dinner to your room if you want. They also are the outdoor bar/grill by the pool, and will take/bring orders to you while on the beach. The beach is public, but still nice. Chairs are pricey! $30/day and a lounge style vinyl bed for $200/day. We opted for pool towels and sat on them. Parking is $32/day and you really have no choice because there is no parking in the area. There is major construction going on right next to pool, not sure if they are dismantling or rebuilding a structure but it was not pleasant with noise, drilling and large crane operating right next to pool. Efrain at front desk was excellent! Friendly, informative, attentive. We received a welcome mimosa upon check in and the waiter at poolside Carraba's, Chris, was a sweetheart! I did choose this Marriott b/c I am a rewards member and rates were reasonable for this time of year. My room was clean and comfortable and I would stay again. Plenty of restaurants in area, as well as South Beach partying.

We paid extra money for ocean-view only to find it overlooked a loud, annoying, under-construction part of the building. Stay away till complete!

I stayed @ the Marriott for a night before returning back home after my cruise. All I can say is: I wish I could've @ least spent one more day! The hotel is within 7 mins drive to downtown Miami with tons of shopping & nightlife! It was amazinggggg! Also, there is such a beautiful public beach in the back where you can see the cruise ships out on the sea. The rooms are clean, the service is great. The front desk staff is very helpful considering it was my first time in Miami. She told us about good restaurants in the are and where shopping was. I also liked that when we had to check out at 3am, there was staff @ the desk to assist us so we were able to catch our 6am flight without stress.

Nice hotel but far away from SOBE

We booked this as a 'one nighter' whilst roadtripping round Florida. We are a family of 5 (clearly stated with ages on booking). We had 2 Queen size beds between us all! Myself sharing with 2 kids! No pull-out or roll-a-way, hotel said they dont have them. Also, major building works bfrom 8am, your site doesnt mention this. Although the hotel says they have informed ALL booking sites Not a great exprience.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. I was disappointed that the rooms did not have microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. It did have a chiller. Also, I tawas disappointed that the hotel charges to use chairs and umbellas on the beach. I feel like as much as you pay per night that that would be included. In fact, the way that it was stated it made you think that they were included but then when we sat down in them an employee came over to try to collect some money.

Hotel staff very friendly and attentative. We would stay here again.

This hotel is under construction. The hotel moved the generator the night we stayed and our stay was absolutely horrible! They didn't tell us this when checking in and we didn't have power, water, or air from 1 - 9. All the hotel did was give a bbq of hot dogs and hamburgers, which was out when we got back and give free drinks. I would recommend you don't stay here until after construction is over in a year. Pay an extra 20 and stay at Lowe's Miami or a nicer hotel on the beach.

Had a great time for the one night we stayed. The only thing that I did not get to do was the tiki bar was not open. But I guess I will hit it next time I find myself in Miami.

I stayed with my husband to play tourist and was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional, the room although a bit small was adequate. The beach its right behind the hotel so there was no worries just relaxation and its tiki bar was casual and great!

Hotel ok, small room, did not get the room booked make sure your not near the lift.Leave half an hour to get your bags and car.Good breakfast !

I sent my two grandchildren there for the ultra music festival. I was concerned about how they would be treated. One is 21 the other 18. They have not traveled alot on there own. They loved the hotel . They stated that the staff were amazing to them and they had a wonderful time and a great expierence at that hotel. It was hard to get cabs back and forth because of the amount of people attending the festival however they stated that the hotel and the staff were so wonderful that they would stay there again in a minute.

We loved this hotel and that the beach and the boardwalk were right out the back gate and only steps from the poor. Our room was really nice and very comfortable. We took the bus down through South Beach and it was simple to get down closer to the clubs.

The restaurant at the hotel is not good. the towel exchange and breakfast registering is complicated. There is almost no help from bell boy. if so , took long time . they all occupied with vallet parking to earn money from the guest. Poor shower the preshure is not good enough.

Good location,nice warm swiming pool, clean room, but they don't give us the room which we have booked from Hotels.com with 2 double beds.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Its a great location to hit the beach. If you want to save money try and park on the street and avoid the valet parking. I paid 2.00 at the meter and parked there all night until 8am. The pool and the hot tub are nice to have. And acces to the boardwalk is a plus. Things I would stay away from would be the breakfast downstairs. It is not worth the money. I had paid for two when i booked my room, but the lady at the desk said I did not. I showed her my reservation on my phone, and she still do not give it to me. Finally in the morning I showed it to them again and it was taken care of. But it was not worth it. Eggs were cold, hash browns were cold. And the waiter was hounding over us almost the whole time. Location is great for the beach.

The hotel was undergoing construction so it was a little noisy. Service was just okay...a little slow. The breakfast was a complete rip off...$38 for a buffet...they ran out of eggs...coffee wasn't very good. The location is about 2 miles from South Beach. I recommend taking a taxi down there...about $10 each way...but way worth it. Parking in SB is difficult to say the least and very expensive. The beach is just across the way from the hotel...that's nice. The bed was really comfy....and the tiki bar was great. The price is good for Miami Beach...compared to SB prices....so not a bad deal.

We had a very nice view from our ocean side room. Nice pool area and easy access to the beach. The service overall was great, but I downgraded to a 4 because of the valet parking. For $27 per day, you should not have to wait 20 minutes for your car. It is hard to find parking nearby, so there is little choice but to use the valet.

Beautiful hotel at a very competitive rate. We live in Lake Worth, Florida and we frequently drive down to Miami for weekend getaways. The Marriott is right at the beach with a beautiful board-walk. The lobby and the rooms are clean, the staff super-nice. We love the Tikki bar. We felt like we were miles away from it all. We had a wonderful and relaxing relaxing time. The pool area is very pretty, and between that and the beach the kids were busy all day long. The hotel is close to South Beach and Lincoln Road, but far enough away to still have a relaxing and calm atmosphere. We will be back.

Marriott always delivers a consistently good product, so it was no surprise that this Courtyard was a good hotel in a great location. It was formerly the Cadillac Hotel from the Art Deco era, but remade by Marriott and kept in excellent condition. Located right on the Miami Beach boardwalk, beach access 24/7, clean pool area and outside restaurants. No complaints from me.

Although our bathroom was huge, our room was quite small and the TV was on the left side of the bed which made it a little awkward for watching TV...luckily we didn't do that much. The location of this hotel is excellent and behind the pool and outdoor restaurant is Miami Beach, right off the boardwalk. Great beach, and easy access from the hotel. They rent chairs on the beach there for $10 a piece for the day. We had dinner inside at Carrabas (because it was raining outside) and it was fantastic! The service and the food were very good in my opinion. They have a few computers off the main lobby that you can use to get on the internet, and they are connected to a printer which makes it great for checking in for your flight online. There is also free wireless internet in the hotel. Across the street is a nice little cafe that also sells souvenir type merchandise and is also a convenience store. I would go back to this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel lobby, rooms, pool side area were great. Loved the fact that the beautiful Art Deco features of the Cadillac hotel facade and lobby have been retained. The pool area and walkway to the boardwalk were fabulous. The taxi ride to the busy south beach attractions and Lincoln Road Mall is a bit costly but it was worth it for us because we liked the beach and boardwalk so much. Thoroughly recommend the guided tour of the Art Deco architecture. Makes you appreciate the area so much more.

The hotel is located far away from the main reasons you go to Miami Beach. Cab fare is very expensive to get to anything in the area. The hotel did have a good outside bar and pool area with beach access. The Marriott BED was NOT the QUALITY you expect. The bedding was a huge let down.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was spotless, rooms were very clean and the staff were fabulous. We arrived very early in the morning after getting off a cruise ship, the staff were extremely accommodating, they allowed us to have an early check-in and even gave us a free upgrade to beach view. The staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful. The beach location was great, just a few steps from the pool. They have a Carrebas on location, that also has an outside grill bar, that will deliver your food right to you, poolside. The waiter was very outgoing and friendly. We had a later flight out the next day, and the gave us a late check out at no additional cost! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there during my next visit to Miami

We stayed 1 night on our way to the Keys. The hotel looks like it was recently updated. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a pull out couch, which was great as we are a family of 4 with 2 teens. The room was nice, but the view was awful...we looked out over the air conditioning equipment. Not a big deal as we were there only 1 night and we had the upgraded room. The pool was very nice, not big but clean. The cons....My husband did find some broken glass on the bathroom floor, the beach was beautiful, but not very clean. There was alot of garbage on the beach and in the water. You have to pay for chairs and umbrellas. The neighborhood was disappointing. Not the kind of place you could go walking at night. However, there is a walkway behind the hotel along the beach, where you can walk for a mile or so. You have to pay $27/day for valet parking unless you want to try to find your own spot - good luck with that. Overall, it's a good place for the 1 night stay. Wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay, especially if you are looking for a lot of beach time.

This Hotel was an excellent choice, located within walking distance from the beach, beatiful clean rooms and over all amenities surpass my expectations. I will definitely stay in this Hotel with my family again.

还可以，有点小贵

A estadia foi muito boa , ótimo hotel , localização , porém como meu voo chegava de madrugada liguei e informei o horário e perdi o primeiro dia da reserva . Porém me mandaram um e mail relatando o reembolso desta diária . Achei também o valet caro ( 32 dólares ).A primeira atendente logo que cheguei pela manhã foi muito grosseira e sem paciência .

Excelente estadía en un lugar privilegiado. El hotel en esta oportunidad nos desilusionó debido a que la habitación con tarifa vista al mar resultó estar frente a una construcción y no había piscina ya que es parte de la faena. El personal atento y servicial. En nuestra opinión se debió haber informado del proceso de expansión por el que pasa. Para otra vez será.
