Hard Rock Hotel Chicago - שיקגו

שהיתי שם במהלך חופשת האביב והמיקום היה נהדר. הזמנתי כיוון שהחדר היה גדול יותר מחדר כפול רגיל במלון. עם זאת, החלל הנוסף היה מבוזבז מכיוון שיש קיר באמצע החדר שגרם לכך שבחציו השני ניתן היה להשתמש רק לאחסון המטען. כמו כן, הריהוט בחדר שלנו היה בלוי מעט. המיטה הייתה די נוחה. הצוות ידידותי מאוד.

השהייה הייתה נהדרת, החדר היה מסוגנן, גדול ונוח. אבל היה חשוך - לא מספיק תאורה בחדר. אפילו לא הצלחתי לראות את הארון בלילה. כמו כן, המזרון היה רך מדי וגושי.

נתנו לי להכנס לחדר מוקדם והצוות היה פנטסטי

בסך הכל המלון היה בסדר. האוכל במלון לא היה הכי טוב. אבל הוא היה סביר עבור משהו שכמעט ברמה גבוהה. לעובד שירות החניה לפעמים לקח הרבה מאוד זמן להביא את המכונית. בכל זאת נתתי תשר של 5$ כל פעם שנכנסתי או יצאתי. סך הכל הם זקוקים לעבודה ואני בטוח שהם בסוף יעבדו כמו בצורה מצויינת. נשוב לשהות כאן אם המקום הרגיל שלנו לא יהיה פנוי בשיקגו. הצוות היה מנומס ומקצועי. אחד העובדים כל הזמן התכופף מתחת לדלפק כדי לחטט באף, אבל חוץ מזה - כולם היו די מנומסים ואדיבים. סך הכל היה טוב. האם אפשר לקרוא למלון נהדר - אולי בפעם הבאה - הם הילדים החדשים בשכונה - אולי יוכלו להגיע לכוכב החמישי????

מלון the Hard Rock לא היה מלון רע, הצוות ידידותי ומיודע, וכשהיו לי כמה בעיות חברי הצוות מיד מצאו פתרון. היה לנו נוף נהדר. החדרים היו עדכניים, אבל בשביל המחיר ללילה הייתם מצפים שהסוויטה תכלול גם מיקרוגל ומקרר. היינו בחדר עם גישת נכים מבלי שביקשנו, ולכן היו הרבה דברים חסרים בחדר. חדרי השירותים היו נחמדים אבל חשוכים מאוד. החלק הכי גרוע במלון היה רעש דפיקות הדלת של המעליות כל הזמן... OMG... שמתי לב לרעש כשניסיתי לתפוס תמונה קלה. חשבתי שזה ילד קטן שקופץ על מיטה בקומה מעלינו. התקשרתי לקבלה והם סיפרו לי שהרעש הוא דלתות המעליות שנפתחות ונסגרות בקומה שמעלינו וכשיש הרבה תנועה זה נשמע לעיתים יותר תכופות. למרבה הצער המלון היה מלא אז לא יכלנו לעבור לחדר אחר, במקום זאת פיצו אותנו בארוחת בוקר חינם. ישנו עם טלוויזיה דולקת כדי להטביע את הרעש. ביום המחרת בגלל הרעש וגישת הנכים העבירו אותנו לקומה גבוהה יותר ואין צורך לציין שהרעש עדיין היה נוכח. היה לנו גם עכביש שחור גדול שלא הצלחנו להגיע אליו בסוויטה החדשה. מלון Hard Rock הוא בסדר, אם אפשר לעמעם את רעש הדפיקות התמידי. אני שמח שלא שילמתי מחיר מלא על הסוויטה הזאת. בפעם הבאה שאבוא לשיקגו אנסה מלון אחר.

המיקום היה מצויין. ממש על שדרת מישיגן - קרוב למכון האמנות ול-"bean" ובמרחק של רק כמה רחובות מ-State Street לקניות וכמה תיאטראות.

מיקום נהדר ב-Magnificent Mile. החדר שלנו היה נקי, אך בחדר האמבטיה היה סירחון נוראי מהרגע שנכנסנו והוא נשאר במשך כל שהותנו. חדר כושר מעולה!

מיקום נהדר וחדרים גדולים יותר מאשר במקומות אחרים באזור מרכז שיקגו. הדבר היחיד שהטריד קצת היה שהשמפו, המרכך וכו... לא היו באריזה סגורה. נראה כאילו מילאו אותם מחדש מבקבוק גדול. לי ולחברה שלי זה לא ממש הפריע, אך הייתי מעדיף לראות אותם חדשים ובאריזה סגורה.

המיקום של המלון הזה מעולה. אבל אני מרגיש שבמחיר ששילמתי הייתי יכול לקבל מלון טוב יותר.

אהבתי את המיקום של המלון הזה והיה לי נוף נהדר של פארק מילניום מהחדר. נהניתי מהבר והלובי והיה לי חדר פינתי מרווח.

Extremely Clean, BEst Location, Nice Food. Excellent choice in Chicago !!

Great bed, thermostat was broke, magnify mirror fell out of wall leaving hole and wires showing, the theme of the hotel was dark, however there was no no optionto brighten any part of the room or bathroom up.. made getting ready a little frustrating. great neighborhood. Room service for bucket of ice took 20+ minutes. Decent stay, not worth the price though.

Room was great, in the heart of downtown. Very friendly staff. Easy to get to trains and buses. Would stay again.

The hotel was right in the heart of everything we wanted to do, the staff was above and beyond friendly, and they let us check in early to help out with our itinerary!

they need to up their game- just an average hotel except ac was broken and beds were very uncomfortable

Stayed on 19th floor. Lots of street noise almost all day long. Lots of honking and sirens.

Your description of the type of hotel room we would be getting was far from accurate. The room was cramped and all the TV services you stated were not available, such as premium tv channels, free movie channels, video game console, etc. These things were important to me because I had volunteered to keep my 3 grandchildren (ages 8, 5 & 5) in my hotel room for an evening while their parents enjoyed some Chicago night life. It was rather difficult to entertain them without the services I was counting on.

Employees were helpful, courteous and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay.

2nd time there in 2 years,... Top notch!!!!,... Except they need a decent restaurant out other than that Low quality Chucks Manufact.

Everything was great for the most part - I only have a couple of comments. The parking rate of $50/night was entirely too high for someone staying in the hotel for several nights. I attended a conference at the Fairmont Hotel - the room rate at the Hard Rock was better, so I decided to stay with you. However, by the time I added $50/night for parking - it didn't make any sense. I could have stayed at the Fairmont and been in the same place as my meetings. The Fairmont parking rate was $30/night for conference attendees. The phone in my room was nonfunctional which was a bit of an inconvenience and there were no snacks in the room. I noticed the other rooms had a tray of snacks.

Great location for a starting point. Within walking distance of many attractions and transportation. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The price was great. Only complaint was the room was not up to date, especially the bathroom was in need of some repair. But we were comfortable.

This was possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are not individually climate controlled, so the open window functioned as the AC. The hotel is not well maintained and on the "dumpy" side. The room is made to look hip, but comfort is sacrificed. The hotel staff was nice and the gym was good.

Room was boring and bland in decor, 3 lights didn't work at all, bathroom sink handle was broken, was not impressed.

Breakfast room service was HORRIBLE!!!!!! EVERYTHING else was GREAT!

The service was excellent. Staff was nice, my room service was prompt. The hotel maintenance needs help. Wet carpet in front of the bathroom floor. Rotting wood at the base of the bathroom door, poorly functioning toilet and sink. I will not be back to this hotel.

I took my two daughters to Chicago for 4 days and the Hard Rock was a great place to stay. The location is great - loved being close to Millennium Park! My kids are still talking about the wonderful front desk staff!

Everything was perfect! Just be careful using the wifi when u purchase it...

Didn't like the $50 Valet charge ,Expensive mini bar with warm drinks, No vending machines ,No ice machine on floor and they ran out if roll away beds ....

Loved everything about it, my room, the view, where it's located and the friendly staff. Something really nice was that the bathroom also had a big window with a great view, very relaxing for bubble baths

Had a great stay at the Hard Rock! Had a great view of the city and the staff was great. The mini bar condiments were a tad expensive better off buying your own booze, other than that everything was great will book with them again!

Hotel was in the ideal location for our needs: close to Union Station and Ogilvie; steps to buses for museums. Cabs are always plentiful. Countless restaurant options. 7-11 across the street. It was unfortunate that they stuck us (mom traveling with 5 yr old son) next to the elevators, where we could hear each and every movement of the three elevators on that bank. Immediately comped us b'fast when front desk made an error on room number at check in and our key didn't work. So that was nice. Would definitely stay there again for convenient location.

Good location, really old building but kept up pretty well, Go with the burger for the best value on the in room dining menu. I would recommend the hotel for the right price.
