Comfort Inn Atlantic City/Absecon Area - Galloway

It turned out to be a great weekend

My room was non-smoking and smelled faintly of cigarettes. Apart from that, the price was right, water pressure/temperature in the shower was good, the bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast had a pleasant variety! I would stay there again if need be.

Good for the price. BF and I had a nights stay there. I slept good plus they have food network!! Clean. Would stay again.

Very bad

My husband and I were disappointed with our stay. The hotel was full of dogs as there were many displaced families as a result of the storm. There was a smell; the shower was dirty; and it's not close to the boardwalk. I dont recommend this place.

The hotel was very nice the hotel attendant was very sweet . We was a little late checking in but she was very nice we would stay again thank you

The hotel was very clean and close to highway . Price was also a factor. The continental breakfast was a nice touch also and always maintained.

Was due to mandantory hurricane evacuation from Margate.....although unable to return to barrier island, we were not allowed to stay for 4th nite due to previous bookings...surprised that during emergency situation, we had to leave on Wednesday Oct 31st

Overall very good. Staff was nice, room was clean. Would definitelty stay again.

The site is well located to the casinos and the beach easy acces, and the service is very friendly

DIRTY!!!

Great for a stay if you're going to Atlantic city. Close to casinos so you don't have to worry about driving. Decent breakfast and clean rooms. Nice pool, too!

We had three rooms they were ready when we came. I would want the carpets cleanned, and the room was dusty and the mold in the bathrooms to be looked after.

Convenient location (10 mins from AC). Room was just fine. Hot tub was big (unfortunately didn't know the switch to the jets was on the wall - I just thought the button to my tub was broken). Breakfast was satisfying. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the kind bed seemed alittle sunken-in at the middle. But, overall, great stay!

It was excellent last minute booking king size bed room on labor day weekend! This would be a higher star hotel if they had modern tv sets. Over all great

EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS EXPECTED

Its good perfect location to AC. Close enough but far away.Without spending alot of money.

I don't think I would stay here again it was to far from the outlets and boardwalk, its like 20min away. It wasn't a bad stay but I was expecting something a lil more close to everything.

Loved the room would stay again..

The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was a great size and neat it had a romantic feel to it. The bed was huge. The pool was indoors but it was nice. Overall, i would definitely stay there again.

It was awful. The hotel looked grimy and smelled horrible. The room was dirty. The bathroom was grungy and there were mismatched towels and nail polish stain were on the sink and the floor. The bedspreads looked like they had not been cleaned in ages. We were afraid to turn down the bed sheets to sleep, so we slept on top of the bed on our beach blankets and put fabric softener sheets all over the bed to prevent bed bug bites. The only redeeming feature about the motel was that it was just a few blocks away from the boardwalk and the Casinos. The price, although low, was seriously over-priced for this establishment.. The motel staff were pleasant, but theycould not make up for all of this hotel's inadequacies. It is in serious need of a facelift. I would not recommednd this flea-bag motel to anyone.

Had a great time. Would have enjoyed staying in a room with a hot tub but they were not available. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

The only issue was the fact they offer a "hot breakfast" but they only provide waffle and toast. Its not a full hot meal like they said. Another issue is you have to eat the breakfast in their little little area where the "breakfast area is located" Swimming pool is very small. The beds were comfortable and the area is pretty good.. you are about 10 to 15 miles from Atlantic city.

I suppose the area is just expensive. For the price, I expected more. The breakfast was better than I expected, and the staff was very helpful. There was a hole in the comforter, a hole in the bathroom door that had been fixed with tape and colored in to match, and the bathroom floor was sticky from too much cleaner. The room smelled of bleach. It wasn't dirty, and it was adequate for our purpose, so we just dealt with it. The whole street there was lined with hotels offering much lower rates, and I wonder if their accommodation would have been any worse.

A FOUR STAR HOTEL AT A TWO STAR PRICE.

The hotel was very nice, only the hallway had a fowl smell to as of the garbage havent been change or there was a sewage back up. The room was very pleasent but in my opiniion the bed needs better pillows. Overall my wife and i had a very nice expeiance I would go back there if I was in the area again

Deadbolt on door broken, no repair or offer of a different room despite several attempts to inform management. Shower stuck on one setting. Room smelled musty and damp even after running the A/C for two days. Clean but basic. Awkward location for driving to area attractions.

I think the hotel is well located because is around supermarket, good dinner places and in the main street which take you directly to the center of atlantic city (10 min). However, I always like to limit the amenities by selecting (swing pool, free parking, no smoking rooms, free internet and free breakfast ). The first four were ok even thought the pool hours was from 10am to 9pm, so if you want to enjoy the pool should set a day to stay in the hotel. But the last one, the breakfast, in their web page they have flavored waffles, fruits, Yogurt, eggs, meat, etc. There was no Yogurt, no fruit, no eggs, no meat, sometime flavored waffles and the same muffins (I mean literally the same) all day. So, If they just say that there is a continental breakfast then no problem, we all know what is a continental breakfast. But if it is offer and you pay for it then it should be there. We talk with them about it but they just smile and didn't know that was in the web page. Additionally, this hotel is pet allow but it is not on the amenities. And because of that the room and the hotel had a strong smelling and the floor was sticky. Also the bed sheet was broken and I found a small cockroach.
