I have been staying next door at the Hayatt Place And I have stayed next door at the Holiday Inn Express. The Hampton was by far the best.

We stay at this hotel when we go to visit our granddaughters. It works out perfect for our stay. The breakfast and indoor pool are great. The room is nice and big for the 5 of us.

My only complaint is that we paid the extra money for a suite, but were given a normal room... When I called the front desk to make them aware of their mistake, I was LIED to and told that we were in fact given a suite... Having stayed at this hotel before, I know the difference... I'm sad to say I will not be staying there again, and I have to wonder if I would have been treated this way had I not booked with this site...

Clean, comfortable, excellent staff.

I wish that when I asked for the maintenance to clean the grill to use it they would of cleaned grill not wait till I reminded them again and I asked for my room to be cleaned and they didn't even vacuum it or changed my sheets...also breakfast could of been different once in a while....we stayed there a whole week....

Nice hotel, friendly staff, no hassels. Not next to the Airport Freeway, so noise was not an issue. Beds are very comfortable.

The stay was WONDERFUL! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was very impressed with the tables and chairs in the pool area. And of course, the breakfast was Super Delicious! It had ALOT of variety!! I will definietly stay there again and again and again!!!

The only thing I would change was the morning breakfast. Average at best. Other than this very nice hotel.

Hurst, Texas location. Just 1 night, but everything was great. Great selection on the continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were outstanding. Would gladly stay there again if in the area.

The hotel had a wonderful breakfast and the airport shuttle ran regularly and smoothly. The room was bright, clean and spacious.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Also the happy hour was very nice

Comfortable and quite room. Indoor pool was great for grandsons. Could have been a bit warmer in the pool, and hot tub, but not really bad. Lobby and meal area was great. Service was excellent.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. I like the Hampton because I know what to expect and I am treated well. It is conveniently located and easy to get around in the traffic from. Near great shopping, fine restaurants, quiet area, great hospitality, and they serve a hot breakfast with great coffey

Th location of the hotel is in a great area..Right next to police station so you can feel safe in the area. Many restaurants in the local area. Went down for just one night to Six Flags and it was just the right amount of distance from there since the Rangers also had a game Saturday night. The pol was open when we got back to hotel around 10 but the hot tub was being worked on. The breakfast was good there in the hotel. They have many good late night snacks you can purchase for a great price also. All in all, it was a good hotelfor the price. I would reccomend staying there to anyone!

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was spacious clean the pool and hot tub were very nice. This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. I would definately stay here again. The breakfast was great and it was Sunday.

The Hotel in Hurst TX was very clean. My room was very nice, they had put down new carpet. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we wanted. I travel to Texas every year with my children and would stay at the same hotel every time. Loved the people, the staff and the hotel.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites DFW West was an excellent experience. I was visiting from Florida for a wedding with my sons and unfamiliar with the area, the staff supplied me with easy directions, maps, along with recommendations for dining & site seeing. The hotel location offered easy access on/off freeway, the rooms were clean & comfortable, every expectation that I had was exceeded.

Evening social hour was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan to return to this hotel!

Nicest Hampton Inn we have stayed in. Very clean, newer, and conveniently located. There is free shuttle to/from DFW and within a 5 mile radius. Employees are very friendly and helpful, esp Natalie at front desk (Thanks Natalie!). Stayed for 3 days during Super Bowl. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was nice as was "Happy Hour" evening before game--not sure if that is a regular feature or not. Would definately recommend to everyone.

The hotel is convenient to both Ft Worth and Dallas. There are several restaurants to choose from in the area. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly but that is my only complaint.

The room was clean and comfortable. My mother and I enjoyed the fabulous breakfast offered each morning as part of our stay. The Inn was in an area with lots of shopping and eateries closeby and was in a convenient location from the friends we were visiting. I highly recommend Hampton Inn to anyone in need of great lodging

1. 달라스국제공항까지 15분만에 호텔셔틀이 나와서 픽업을 해주고, 호텔에서 5마일까지는 무료로 데려다주는 서비스가 최고입니다. 운전기사들도 모두 오랫동안 근무해와서 친절하고 정확합니다. 2. 호텔청소나 청결함은 비슷한 레벨의 호텔들과 비슷합니다. 1년 전에 호텔에 두고온 전기제품 커넥터를 찾아서 한국까지 보내주는 정성에 감동했습니다. 3. 아침식사와 저녁 manager receiption은 정말 최고입니다. 작년에 경험한 Thanksgiving Day 에도 정말 좋은 식사를 준비해 주더군요. 4. 출장을 가기 때문에 주위의 관광명소는 잘 모릅니다. 5. 주위에 여러 레스토랑이 걸어가서 이용할 수 있고 바로 앞에는 Hurst 경찰서, 뒤에는 병원이 있고, 가까운 주위가 대부분 거주지로 안전하고 조용합니다. 쇼핑몰도 가까운 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.
