Novotel Paris Porte d'Italie - פריז

החדר היה בגודל מספק עבור משפחה (2 מבוגרים ו-2 ילדים). המלון נמצא במרחק 10 דקות הליכה מהמטרו, ו- 15 דקות מלב פריז. המלון היה נקי, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה משביעה רצון. אכלנו ארוחת ערב באחד הערבים ומחירה היה סביר. באופן כללי נהנינו מהשהות שלנו.

ממש נהניתי מהשהות שלי ב- Novotel Paris Porte D Italie. שרותי המלון היו מצויינים, והצוות היה מסייע מאד. יש בופט לארוחת בוקר שכלול במחיר, והוא היה טוב מאד. המטרו נמצאת במרחק כ-10 דקות הליכה, והגישה למרכז פריז קלה. המלון בסדר ביחס למחיר.

המלון והחדר נחמדים, אבל מאוד חם!!!! אין מזגן ואי אפשר לפתוח את החלונות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת והמלון קרוב לתחנת הרכבת.

תלוי מה סיבת הביקור שלך. מלון זה קצת מרוחק מפריז, והמטרו נמצא במרחק 10 דקות הליכה, דבר שאינו עולה בקנה אחד עם שיטוט רומנטי בעיר, שזו אסוסיאציה הקשורה לשהייה בפריז. אבל אם אתה לבד, המלון עונה היטב על הדרישות באמצעות חדר נחמד וארוחת בוקר טובה. .

המלון מעולה עבור משפחות. היו איתנו ילד ותינוק, והחדר היה מאד נקי ומרווח. צוות המלון היה מצוין, ידידותי ומסייע מאד. המלון מרוחק קצת מהמרכז, אבל המטרו קרוב מאד, והמלון נמצא על קו מטרו ממש שימושי. אתר האינטרנט של המלון מציין שתחנת המטרו הקרובה ביותר היא ה- Kremlin-Bicetre, אבל למעשה תחנת Porte d'Italie יותר קרובה.

למרות שהצוות היה נעים המלון היה מרופט ובטח לא ארבעה כוכבים. אזור האכילה צריך שאיבת אבק רצינית והכלים שמגישים בארוחת הבוקר לא נראו מאוד נקיים. המיטה לא הייתה נוחה ונראה שהייתה שקועה באמצע. המלון היה חם מידי והמיזוג לא קירר את העניינים. הצוות מועיל ונעים.

החדר היה סטנדרטי/ממוצע (לא משהו לכתוב עליו הביתה). יש אביזרים להכנת קפה/תה בחדר אבל ביום אחד הם שכחו את הקפה, ביום אחר את השמנת לקפה, שזה קצת מעצבן. אינטרנט חינם ויש כספת בחדר, שזה נחמד. המיקום הוא 15 דקות הליכה לצ'יינטאון שבו כל המסעדות האסייתיות והחנויות, אבל קצת רחוק ממרכז העיר. לכל מקום שתלכו (אייפל, הלובר וכו'), קחו בחשבון לפחות 45 דקות-שעה כולל 10 דקות הליכה לתחנת החשמלית/מטרו הקרובה. שעה וחצי לשדה התעופה עם RER. הטיסה חזור הייתה באחה"צ המאוחרים. חיפשתי לוקר לחפצים ב - Gare du Nord כי לא רציתי לבזבז שעה-שעתיים בלחזור למלון, לאסוף את המטען ולנסוע לשדה התעופה (דרך העיר). אבל אמרו לי שהלוקרים סגורים מטעמי ביטחון. אז אני וביתי בת ה-9 הסתובבנו בעיר עם החבילות שלנו. בפעם הבאה, אני מעדיף למצוא מלון בחלק הצפוני של העיר או ממש במרכז העיר.

המלון היה מקסים והצוות ידידותי ומועיל באופן יוצא מהכלל. המלון מעט מרוחק מהעיר, הייתה לנו קצת בעיה עם המטרו והרחוב לא נראה ממש ידידותי. אבל ממש במעלה הדרך וימינה יש קבוצה של חנויות ובתי קפה. הייתי מתארח שוב, אבל זו לא תהיה הבחירה הראשונה שלי. בשביל המחיר זה היה מצוין.

הצוות מאוד ידידותי ומועיל. החדר נקי מהממוצע, מיטות נוחות, שטיחים חדשים יחסית ואביזרים. ארוחת הבוקר היא אכול כפי יכולתך עם הרבה מבחר. ממוקם די רחוק ממרכז פריז אבל עדיין די נוח לנוע בתחבורה ציבורית. המטרו והחשמלית במרחק 15-20 דקות מהמלון. בדרך כלל צריך להחליף קוים כשנוסעים במטרו ובחשמלית, תלוי ביעד שלכם. הרבה חנויות בסביבה, אפילו קניון גדול במרחק 20 דקות הליכה כך שדי נוח למרות שהסביבה אולי לא הטובה ביותר בלילה במובן של בטיחות ואבטחה.

המלון היה בסדר.... לא הצוות הכי ידידותי אבל גם לא גס רוח... שירותים וחדר אמבטיה נפרדים מה שאומר שצריך לעבור חדר בשביל לשטוף ידיים.... ישגע אתכם אם אתם לא עם המשפחה. אזור בסדר בשביל חנויות וכאלה אבל קצת מסוכן... הרבה פילבוקסים וזכוכיות מנופצות בדרכים.... לא הייתי מרגיש בטוח לבד. קל להגיע במטרו. בסך הכול היה בסדר בשבילנו אבל לא יהיה בשביל כל אחד

it was good, rooms were clean, staff were friendly enough. was quite close to the nearest metro, the kremlin-bicectre. it was next to the freeway but it wasnt too load and didnt really impact on the stay! would definately stay there again if i came back to paris! MERCI!

Thought the hotel was clean, friendly, had a good feel about it. Not in the prettiest location though. But we enjoyed our stay and it was good value.

Easy to find (big lit sign, just next to Preipherique) - fine to walk to from tram stop/metro at Place d'Italie. The room was huge, even had a sofa. I spent a relaxing evening watching France has Got Talent enjoying a delicious omlett and apple tart (room service).

Service was very poor, we booked a triple occupancy room but found room only set up for two upon arrival (i.e., 2 x towels, cups etc). Despite making them aware of this they continually set the room up for two people every time room was serviced.

Wouldn't stay there again, but you get what you pay for. Staff was nice and it was clean but not that convenient to get to and don't eat there.

Very reasonable price, nice familyroom

IT was good...but distant from downdown.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Oliver at the desk, whose English was much better than my French. Lobby is bright, clean, modern. The room was a bit out-of-date. I saw it was built in 2004. Seems to have gone through a lot in 8 years. Bed was alright - nothing special. The pillows were thin - next to no padding. I was able to find one in the cabinet with considerably more support. The hotel IS right next to a major thoroughfare, but the noise didn't really bother, and we're not city folk. I've certainly stayed in louder hotels, which were more centrally located, and therefore had more disruptive "street" noise, as opposed to the din of the expressway outside this place. We didn't try the restaurant, but I had a very good espresso one morning. The Porte d'Italie metro stop is the closest. Not a bad walk, and my two kids (6 & 9) handled it with little problem. One thing we ran into, which I suspect is prevalent elsewhere in Paris, was the lack of taxis at the hotel. We could either call for one, which then adds 10 Euros to the cost of the taxt ride, or walk to the metro station, and grab one at the taxi stand. Once we went to the taxi stand, where there were four empty taxis parked with no drivers. So we waited 5 or 10 minutes, and thought we'd be better off calling, when one finally came. On the same major road as the metro stop, there are a number of places to eat and shop, including a very US-style mall within walking distance.

Good Hotel in good location near a metro station. Staff friendly, most of them. Breakfast was average and the area where breakfast is served is small.

Hotel staff is too good, They are really willing to help. But hotel itself is not up to the standards of Novotel. May it i because of Big and expensive city.

I have great admiration to Novotel hotels but not this one. Firstly, the location if very far - at the edge of southern Paris. Metro station is very far and has only one access route. There is no bus that ply this road and taxi is very seldom. The road from the Metro to the Hotel at night is dark and gives you goosebumps. Now for the room. I do not like the arrangement of the toilet and the bathroom. They separated the toilet from the bathroom and you need to go out of the bathroom just to use the toilet. There is no water in the facet. Furthermore, the AC was not working well. We tried to asked the receptionist how to adjust the AC, they just replied set the Honeywell control panel to -5 and fan 3. The result? We spent two nights in a very hot room. We have to open the windows so that the cooler breeze would at least make the place liveable. Going back here? Thank you but no thanks!

Enjoyed the trip and whole family loved it. The girl at front desk was VERY helpful,and professional.

Ideal location when traveling north towards Paris on A6. Cheerful and very helpful staff happy to give advise on direction and metro stops for the sights of Paris. Rooms clean with all mod cons of safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities. Good size for family of 4 ( 2 &. 2), bath and seperate shower. Buffet Breakfast - a mixture of cooked and continental options... Enjoyed by adults and children alike. Hotel easy to find, 5 mins walk from the metro station and approx 15 mins to the Eiffle tower metro stop. Nice local restaurants serving a variety of options on the menu and quite reasonably priced. Underground parking a god send ( payable daily).

The upside is that the hotel itself was very nice, clean, helpful staff, decent restaurant. The drawback was it's location. The nearest useful metro station is Maison Blanche which is quite a walk. If the weather was bad or we were coming back to the hotel after dark we ended up getting a taxi. So what we saved on the price of the hotel we spent on taxis. Not much in the immediate neighborhood either, mostly residential & car dealerships.

Room was very nice for three people. Very large and clean. Breakfast buffet is included and was very good. Dinner was terrific. Reasonably close to the airport as well as to the town. Would strongly recommend.

The rooms need better maintenance and the directions from the tube station need to be amended. When we follow the direction of the one way we go in the opposite direction. This needs to be made clear that we need to go opposite to the direction of the one way.

Novotel was great, the hotel is in excellent condition and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problem is that the location is not within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions in Paris. The Porte D'Italie Metro station is only a 5-10 minute walk away though, if you don't mind riding the Metro then you can get everywhere you want to be within 30-45 min. (Walking and ride time included). There are however numerous restaurants and bakeries within walking distance of the hotel for a quick and convenient breakfast or dinner. Location was the only thing that prevented Novotel from getting a 5, everything else was great.

First of all getting to the hotel from charles de gaulle is a bit of a trek with the hotel right at the south of paris, overlooking the boulevard prelifique which has constant traffic. When we got there to check in at 12, we were told because we wanted a non smoking room we would have to wait until one was cleaned. so we waited for about half hour and one was ready. After getting into the room a few things we noticed, a rubbish bag under the bed, a horrible smell and a ripped duvet cover. we had to call for the maid to bring some fabreese as the smell was disgusting. other than that it was nice. The surrounding are is not great one nice pizza restaaurant, the rest are horrible and in a dodgy area.

This hotel was nice, but is 10-15 minutes from the metro and it's actually just outside of Paris. It took us 45 minutes from leaving our room to go to the metro and then to the Eiffel Tower. The amenities are nice, but it's just not a good location for people who have limited time when sightseeing. It was only 24 Euros for a taxi ride from the Nord train station.

This is a pretty standard business/short stay hotel. Some staff much more helpful than others. room comfortable and clean with excellent wi fi provided foc. not many decent restaurants in walking distance. Metro was about ten minute walk and easy access to central paris. I think it was expensive for its location and not four star. breakfast provided - not usual in Paris. again it was ok but not great

Lets be clear, this isn't a romantic jewel of a hotel in one of paris' best locations - if you want that look elsewhere and pay far more - what it is is a decent well priced hotel close to the metro. We found it very cost effective for a family of four as the spacious room had both a double and a foldout double bed. Room was clean and new, air conditioned, and had a surprisingly nice bath and separate shower. Free wifi and a minibar were also nice to find. Breakfast was reasonable with kids free, and set you up for the day nicely. You are then a short walk from porte d'italie metro and from there all that paris offers.

We stayed in this hotel on a Thursday night, hotel was clean and furnished ok, but room was small. 3 of us had prebooked into the room, but they only gave us 2 towels, and 2 (paper) cups. we had to ring reception twice to get another cup and towel. we looked for a bottle opener at 12am - as the bar was closed, but they had none!! we had to go to 3 other hotels to get a bottle opener - so bring your own if you want a drink! Also - there were homeless people living under the bridge outside the hotel - which made us feel uncomfortable walking to and from the hotel at night.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Paris Porte D Italie. The hotel services were excellent and staff was very helpful. I just have one complain that they just have two English TV channels. :)

Nice room and accommodations bu too far away from major attractions if you are are only in Paris for a day or two.

This hotel was suitable for us, after a little venturing we were able to find a shopping centre and china town is just down the road a short 5-6 minute walk. Metro is also quite close by, we were going to De Choissy (approx 8 minute walk) as it was closer than De Italie this hotel is also very close to Orly Airport it cost in peak traffic 25 Euros. No major problems with the hotel apart from the fact that in 4 nights woke up one morning to no hot water which wasn't rectified till 11.30am (so we had to wait to go out) and their was no apology or form of compensation (i.e. like a small voucher for the restaurant or something for the inconvienience). Also for the Novotel and the price I would have liked to have at least one English channel other than BBC News (I would assume that not just French people visit Paris!!). My biggest complaint would be when I asked for a metered taxi to the airport (CDG) I instead had a airport transfer van arrive were the cost was 70 Euros (for a 35 min trip!!). I asked the hotel for a metered taxi but I also asked about cost (approx) and was never told yet their was a set price. Believe a cut of my fair went to the hotel which is out of order!

Wonderfully connected with local transports like Metro, bus and trams. Pleasing entrance and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and service is very Prompt.
