EVEN AFTER SWITCHING ROOMS, THE A/C UNITS WERE NOT BLOWING COOL AIR. I SLEPT IN A WARM HUMID ROOM. MISERABLE TIME.. LOCATION WAS GREAT, NEAR ALOT OF STORES AND RESTAURANTS.

Needs lots of up grades and maintenance Falling apart Door in bathe room holding on by one hinge . Sink cabinet falling Dow on one side . Holes in walls patches in wallpaper. Floor very dirty. Door very hard to open. Handy could not open it. Will never stay there again.

Room ok. Just needed a place to stay for a night. Check in was cold, not particularly friendly. No help for restaurant info.

The hotel staff was not helpful, they tried to charge $10 extra for a non smoking room. The breakfast was not what was advertised 2 out three days. Will not stay at this location again.

Had a enjoyable stay.

I loved the location of this hotel - close to the highway, the Galleria and everything else. Nothing extravagant, but it served it's purpose for a good night sleep, a decent breakfast, and cleaniness. With friendly staff and a good quality of service, this is an excellent value for your money.

overall not good at all and the towels that were in the room were brown we had to go and buy towels to bathe in and as far as for the beds the beds weren't king at all the beds looked like full size beds with nasty sheets on them.

It was terrible... The carpet in the room was filthy, stinky, and nasty. Spider Webs were in every corner. IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS!!!!

The hotel was great for the price. I traveled on business and the hotel set up my cab and called me when it was there. It was very quiet and near so many restaurant at youtlr doorstep.

It was fine, just need to be available more. I wasn't able to get ahold of the hotel for 2 full days

Enjoyed it very much!

We came down for medical reasons. It was a good inexpensive place to stay. The neighborhood was nice. I just wish their matresses were newer. But the staff was very nice.

Best price clean hotel with the best location in Addison.

Rooms were not clean, pool was filled with trash. Parking was not convienant. Night employee at check-in was not friendly.

Nice!

There was a cockroach in the shower and the toilet wouldn't flush. Other than that it was fine, yet it still didn't quite meet my expectations.

Clean comfortable & priced right. Perfect for a long lunch ;)

My stay at this hotel was horrible, they put me and my daughter in a smoking room that smelled horrible, (there was even an ashtray in the bathroom!) and cigarette burns in the blankets and the pillowcases were stained yellow. I called down to reception and stated that I reserved a non smoking room and he was rude and said I would have to pay more to be put in a smoking room so the great deal I thought I was getting ended up not being so great. The breakfast was some cornflakes and frozen waffles with a toaster. Definitly will not be staying here ever again.

Great Neighborhood. Safe. Close to Business, Galleria mall Shopping and Tons of Dining. Pool and Rooms Clean. Staff was Excellent! Needs Redecorating but for the price who cares? Will Stay Again.

WHEN PERFECT

Very courteous and efficient staff.

This is an older hotel with old firm box spring bed. I was in Dallas for training so it was fine for a place to sleep and a good privately owned Diner on property. The Jaxxk Steakhouse was also good on property with great happy hour drink prices. It is not too far for Houstons Restaurant which is always outstanding.

This hotel was right for the price. I wanted to stay somewhere cheap but not in a bad neighborhood. The neighborhood was excellent. The only problem I had with the hotel was that the phone in the room didn't work and hotels.com said that there would be a crib available which there wasn't so my infant had to sleep with me but I feel that it is more of a hotels.com fault than the hotel itself.

It wasent what I had excpected. I was told I had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa.I had 2 double beds but no sofa, I then had asked for a crib which they also said they provided and they had no idea what i was talking about.I then took their booklet that stated limited # of cribs and showed them and then after talking with manager was able to find one. No I would not stay thier again.

I had a very small budget and I was a female traveling alone. That said I was a bit apprehensive about being alone in a budget motel. However everything was immaculately clean and the location was as quiet as a mouse - its behind some very expensive Addison houses and condos. I felt very safe and slept like a baby. The only problem was that the hair dryer was broken. Also the free breakfast was really just coffee and bagels. But who needs more :). I will stay there again.

EXPEDIA SCREW UP SMOKING, INSTEAD NON SMOKING.HOTEL NOT WHAT EXPEDIA.SAID NICE . HARBOR MATTRESS WORN OUT, FIRST NIGHT COULDNT GET WATER TO WORK IN BATH TUB. WATER PRESSURE LOW IN SINK BAD . CARPET BAD ODOR NEED 2 BE TAKEN UP..BLANKET DIDNT LOOK CLEAN. LEFT THERE BACK HURTING.I EVEN GAVE UP A DAY CK. OUT EARLY, GLAD @ GET BACK @ MY SOFT MATTRESS. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND NO REFER.4

Good points: Inexpensive and within walking or short driving distance to the many restaurants in the Addison neighborhood, including a 24-hour diner and a great steakhouse next door. Bad points: When I checked in, I was charged an extra $20 to "upgrade" to a room with a refrigerator and microwave, which the website said were included. The tub drained very slowly (by the end of a shower I was standing in 6 inches of water that took half an hour to drain) and the toilet frequently needed two flushes. The tv reception was spotty. The most disturbing part was when I discovered, while cleaning up a spilled drink on the nightstand, that the phone wasn't even connected to a line. If you want a cheap place with lots of good eating nearby, go for it. Just be prepared for surprises, and have a working cellphone.

The hotel is located at the hearth of Addison right near Belt-Line with a large variety of Restaurants and activities.

I called at 7.45 am to make sure I had a room on the ground floor......was told "will see"......when I got there my need-request was not met ! I then asked for another (non smoking) room on the ground floor with 1 bed...was told no can do ! so, from a smoking 1 bed room i ended with a non smoking 2 bed room ! I asked for an ironing board and was brought a mini board with no feet ! had to iron on the floor ! They seemed not to care at all ! Don't stay there !

It was alright for the money spent. We just needed somewhere to spend the night. I prefer inside corridor and this was outside corridor.

We had a clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable room and the staff was most helpful when we accidently left our videos. The water was hot and plentiful, there was both a microwave and a fridge as well as a coffeepot for the morning. The TV had plenty of channels. All in all, a great deal!

On a business trip wanted somewhere inexpensive and the only complaint I have was that the contiental breakfast wasn't worth the effort. Cereal and muffins only.

Cheap & a nice place.

I walked in the room and felt like I needed one of those anti-contamination suits. It reeked and the place was so old and dated. There were bugs in the bathroom and when I tried to kill one of them it scurried off under the bed. Needless to say I walked out not to return. I went to the Hampton Inn and Suites on Addison RD. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I was very happy with my stay at Hampton. I wish I could erase my memory of the Super 8 though. ICK

The hotel was in over all bad repair. I had a problems with the wireless and my key not working at times. The alarm clock did not work and the staff did not seem to care about my stay.
