I thought the young man that check us in was very helpful. He could tell we was very tired and was needing a place to eat. He tried to find us a place that would even delivery so we would not have to get back out. I was very pleased with his help and the room and pool for the kids. The breakfast was better then getting a buffet at a restaurant. The price was great also. Made the difference in us getting to have a family get away.

This was the last stop of our vacation, we enjoyed the pool and the comfy beds. Thanks.

My stay was wonderful! I really enjoyed the hotel. It was nice that a hot breakfast was available and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding!

It was terrrible. we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. Upgraded to a mini suite were the door didn't seal so any noise just roared in. then there was a B-Day party in the room across the hall.

It was ok.

Facility looks nice ... but ... filthy. Carpet in my first room looked like someone had wipped their behind on it. Bathroom was filthy. Changed rooms and it wasn't much better. I went out for a run as the fitness center is hardly that; a beat up bike and treadmill. The neighborhood around the area looks like it would be nice but is filthy. Garbage all over the sidewalks, beer bottles and cases thrown all over the side of the room. Not close to much, the exit doesn't have any decent place to eat. Keep driving to the next exit.

The hotel was nice, the pool on the other hand needs work. Myself and one other hit our feet on the incline from the deeper end to the shallow end, water temp was ice cold, and the inside edge of the pool was awkward in general.

When we stepped off of the elevator at our third (top) floor location the hall way wreaked of smoke. Thankfully once we got to our rooms we could not notice the smoke...just had to hold our breath each time we walked down the hall. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was too cold but the hot tub was nice. The breakfast each morning was excellent. There is a Burger King and a Sonic close by. Also a sports bar located in the next block. It took about 15-20 minutes to get from the hotel to downtown KC. Overall it was a decent stay.

SMALL restrooms. You have to turn sideways and slide by the toilet to shut the door to get to the shower. Very awkward setup!! Other than that we were pleased w/ the hotel.

The main reason we picked this hotel was that it was close to friends we were visiting and it had a pool that the kids could swim in that night. We went to the pool and it was soooo cold we couldn't stay in it. We tried to get in and my daughters teeth were chattering. The hot tub had too much chemicals in it. Your eyes were on fire if you tried to sit in it. Very disappointed....

Traveled for business, check in/out was quick and easy, hotel was clean, and close to my destination.

This hotel could not have been any friendlier, and my room was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable, and I was more satisfied with my room this time. Thank you.

The only thing I can think of is that the carpet looks like it had oil on it or it had been burned in spots. Otherwise the room is very nice and very comfortable. This isn't the first time I have stayed at this Comfort Inn and will stay there again over and over. I just wish the carpet would not have looked soiled or burnt. Thank you.

When I made my reservations I was told I would be on first floor with the rest of my grandaughters ball team but when we arrived they stuck us on the third floor clear away from everybody else on the ball team. Our room was disgusting, there wer stains on the bed linen, stains on the walls, and also stains on the floor all over. We had to tell our kids to not lie on floor it was so bad. The breakfast they offerd was ok but the biscuts they offerd for biscuts and gravy were hard and had to be warmed in microwave, but overall breakfast was so-so. I will never stay at this place again. And all we really want from a place like this is a clean room to sleep in and a half way decent breakfast. The kids did not mind at all because they did have a swimming pool.

staff was profesional and still fun to be around. Interacted well with parents and 8 yr. old softball team.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Loved how the bathroom had a a good size stink and table and then another sink outside of the bathroom. Way bigger than I thought! Room smelled good and was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn't like was the fact we couldn't stay longer!

This was a great location for my family within miles of everything we needed to attend. The staff was very nice. We got a call from the front desk asking us if our room was satisfactory. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was okay, they just need to replace their waffle maker as the waffles were too light. We truly enjoyed our stay and I would definetely stay there again.

It was a very nice room, comfortable, decent breakfast and very close to the wedding reception. Had a good time.

Overall stay was fine. The hotel was uncomfortably stuffy and very warm....in the lobby, breakfast area, and hallway while waiting on the elevator. My hairdryer didn't work in the room. But the most important thing was the room felt and looked clean! They had new carpet which was a plus! Plenty of towels were provided as well.

The hotel was nice and clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The bathroom was really tiny and so was the pool, but that's not really a big deal. It's conveniently located next to several shopping places and really close to a lot of good food. The only real problem I had with the service was that they kind of rushed us out of the hotel, but we were getting close to the check out time. Overall a really good place for the price.

We'll it was cheap enough but. ....we had a spider in our room..looked like somebody had previously thrown up on the floor...the pool was freezing cold and had to be the worst shower of my life.....the front desk Guy was nice enough but made us come get our own towels because he was the only one there....wouldn't recommend this one...

They do have cookies upon arrival and the staff was friendly. This is an older hotel and it just felt dirty. There were a lot of elderly staying here, which was great because there were no loud teenagers running through the halls, but you are right next to a weight scale.

My hotel room was upgraded due to low occupancy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

One of the hotel clerks was a total nutjob -- barked at people's dogs as they walked them out of the hotel, making the dogs bark in response (even at 11 p.m.). Played Queen songs and sang along. Told my 8 year old niece that he was a "bad boy." Then, the next clerk yelled at me for being loud when I was just standing in line. This is small potatoes, though, compared to some of the guests that were staying there. One family was using the hotel luggage cart to haul in cases of whiskey and beer. A teenage girl was having a birthday party and she and her friends were knocking on our door and running away, asking us if we had condoms to borrow, and begging us for beer. Oh, and one guy was right outside the main entrance peeing on the side of the building -- didn't even go around back. Nutso. The funniest thing, though, was that we were originally given room 209. The remote control was sticky, there were pennies on the floor (as well as broken children's sunglasses), and the room had a faint but foul odor. By that night, the foul odor became fouler and we were a little concerned -- but the next morning the room STANK. We thought maybe after a good cleaning things would change -- but no. We came back that afternoon and the room stank even more -- seriously, it smelled like someone stuffed a dead person under the mattress. So we asked to be moved. The guy at the front desk, seemingly peeved that we interrupted his Queen video watching session, told us no. We protested that the room was awful and begged him to go check it out (my mom was talking to him, and she's one of the sweetest ladies you'll ever meet -- not mean at all). He goes, "Fine! But you have 15 minutes!" My mom protested that we had to get to my brother's wedding rehearsal and didn't have time to move, and he goes, "Well, I need the keys in 15 minutes or else!" Seriously -- he was talking like he was a cartoon villain. So we run like crazy people to get our stuff out of 209 and into our new room (where there
