Staybridge Suites New Orleans French Qtr/Dwtn - ניו אורלינס

We will stay there again next time we go to New Orleans! Breakfast, rooms, beds and pillows were perfect....staff was helpful and friendly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Room was very nice. Family went down for breakfast with 1.5 hours still remaining on serve time. There was no milk for cereal, no syrup for waffles, out of egg & all meat gone.

The room was spacious, but there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and leftover drinks in the refrigerator.

We were really surprised with our stay! It was a great room & stay.

I spent 6 nights for a business trip and the hotel was great. I liked having a small kitchen and my room was huge for one person. There are washing machines and dryers for guests at no cost except you need to buy your own detergent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The fitness room is small but was fine. I used the treadmill almost every morning at 6:30am. Never had to wait. In the early evenings they had full on meals from Tues-Thu. Now I suggesting eating at the great restaurants in the area but if you're on a budget this is a nice extra and all for free.

Hotel was clearn, staff was friendly and good location, across from the W hotel. Air conditioning was good and view from hotel window was good. Only problem was free breakfast got there 15 minutes before the end time and they were already out of some juice and food. Staff said they would take care of it and then they starting taking away the rest of the food and turned the juice machine off. Sugguest you get to the breakfast early.

My friends and I stayed there during Memorial Day. It was a nice hotel, the room was big enough and the breakfast was great! It wasn't too far from the French Quarter and everything we wanted to do. The pool isn't too great; it's very small. However, for the location and price we would stay there again! Recommended for sure!

We really enjoyed this hotel. Brittany at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! We liked how close the casino is to the hotel. The only thing that was a little lacking was breakfast. We did get there near the end of breakfast time though, so there was no meat left and everything was pretty picked over. We would most definitely stay here again if we come back to NOLA!

i stayed next door at another hotel where we had three rooms booked five nights. at 5: am we moved to Staybridge. What a difference. We all moved.

Overall I was surprised at how well the hotel worked out. The 12th floor room I had was quite and again overall exceeded my expecations.

The staff was so nice and the hotel itself was close to everything. The breakfast was wonderful and Tuesday- Thursday they have a free dinner which was good also. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Just a really nice hotel! I will definitely stay here again when I come to New Orleans!

The only things about the hotel that we're negative was that one of the elevators was not working during our 4 days at the hotel. There was often a line to take the elevator (we stayed on 10th floor so stairs weren't always a faster option). Also, the pool is covered in shade most of the day making it not good for sunbathing and the water was freezing cold. Otherwise I was very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Checkin early, I really appreciated. Staff was very helpful and accomidating. Room was good size. Breakfast was great, if you don't enjoy it you're too picky. Only draw back was only one elevator working at the time. Needs waste basket in the restrooms. Location is safe and convenient to Harrahs and the quarter. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Dirty hotel. Smells bad. Nonsmoking rooms smell like smoking rooms. Had to go back to get another only to get another smelly room. Night staff not as friendly. Day staff go out of their way to help with questions. Breakfast is warm but not appetizing. My option: Can't go wrong with some bagels w/cream cheese. You have to pay parking that can go up to $30 if you can't find street parking.

Have stayed here numerous times before,but was not happy with this trip.One of the elevators wasn't working during the weekend and asked for maid service during the weekend,but was forgotten,when asked they "said they wasn't notified.still hotel has nice price&close to the riverwalk,harrahs casino&French quarter.

Great location and we could just walk to the Superdome on Saturday morning.

Great stay large clean room. friendly front desk.free laundry room. just price is high during jazz fest. would stay again

Great hotel , good location, large suite with all amenities and good comfort.

We had a great time at the Staybridge Hotel. Ronnell was great and was very helpufl with any questions we had. Our only suggestion is that tthe breakfast foods be served warm and not cool to cold. Not the best for eggs.

We were pleasantly surprised about StayBridge. We had been encouraged to stay close to the French Quarter, but because we were going to be in New Orleans during the Festival the prices of other hotels and availiblity was out of our price range. StayBridge is close enough the the FQ. It was a great walk, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Our room was quiet, clean, and well attended to. The unexpected was the breakfast each morning and the evening "light dinner with beer and wine". We definitely will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, hotel was clean and in a good location.

We really enjoyed our stay - our room included a clean kitchen with everything you need to cook and keep leftovers. The area and the bathroom was huge, as was the living space. The included amenities were a hot breakfast, free laundry, free dinner and drinks 3 days a week to socialize and a nice pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay at this hotel again since we are in New Orleans for business and pleasure a couple times a year.

This is likely one of the best places to stay for the money....very large room with kitchenette including full refrigerator. I was here for a medical conference and many others paid $200+ for less hotel. I paid $130 per day. One of best values for larger city I've stayed in a long time. I would return for sure. No short comings I could see with this place.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and had great view. Convenient to French Quarter and other tourist sites. Felt safe walking everywhere from there. Would definitely go back on our next visit. Breakfast food was delicious and plentiful. Complimentary evening social meal was delicious.

everything we were expecting and more. Room was spacious,clean,well maintained. Staff very knowledgable. Conciere service very helpful.

Spent one night before a cruise. Would stay there again. Great location. Was booked for a loft room with three double beds. They didn't have such a thing but we did get two beds and a pull out couch. It worked out fine.

I stayed at this property two years ago.back then it was recently renovate, service was good and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. This time around I was given a smoking room even though I had requested a non smoking room. The room stank of cigarettes, beds were terrible. I tried to get another room but no luck. They offered to send some air fresheners. I got out of this sad excuse for a hotel and found somewhere else two attend the night.

With a delicious complimentary full breakfast, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, smiling happy staff and walking distance to the French Qtr, Riverwalk & Casino--not to mention low rates, we never choose to stay anywhere else in New Orleans!

The rooms and hotel didn't look as nice as they were in person and breakfast was great!

Everything was absolute perfect. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, the wine and snack in the evening was a great surprise.

The room was what we had expected sense we have stayed at a Staybridge before. We stayed five nights Their was a slight odder in the room other then that we liked it. When you consider you get breakfast and dinner with a free wine and beer bar the place is a great value.

This hotel was perfect for everything we needed while in NOLA for the marathon. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere the whole weekend. The hotel was secure and clean. The only complaint was our room was not cleaned all weekend and we had to call for clean towels each day. They were promptly delivered. I would definitely stay here again and reccomend it to my friends.

Perfect location for Mardi Gras

Our stay during Mardi Gras was wonderful. The parade came right in front of our hotel. Right down the street was Harrah's casino. Hotel was walking distance to canal street and all other sightseeing destinations. The breakfast every morning was good and the staff was very polite.

Spent the weekend here for mardi gras,very close to the casino and walking distance to all the sights in new orleans.room&staff were great,have stayed here before and would again.very nice breakfast bar in the morning in lobby.class a hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Fitness room is fair.

Many times during our stay we had no spoons or forks, ran out of coffee etc. It was very frustrating.

good, but lots of hair in the bed sheeting and bathtub.

Hotel was AWESOME!!!! Perfect location from everything!!!! Must stay

The beds were not the most comfortable as they were extremely firm but the rooms were large and very clean.

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance of the convention center and downtown attractions. The only negatives were the bed was not comfortable and there was no chair for the desk. The staff brought us a banquet chair to use while at the desk.
