Knights Inn Palmyra/Hershey - פאלמירה

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was fairly quiet even though it was located right next to the main road. The hotel was located to some very good and fairly inexpensive restaurants---the Filling Station, Funks, and the Hearth. I would stay here again....Very close to Hershey Park, Hershey Gardens and Indian Echo Caverns.....

uStaff was friendly and helpful

Booked 2 nights. Second night key didn't work - had to reset it at the office. Ice machine out of order. Plumbing so old when the neighbor took a shower the rattling pipes were deafening. It was clean - housekeeping does the best they can with it. It will keep the rain off you but deluxe or decent hotel stay - it's not here.

The room was run down and filthy. The location was convenient. The sign said newly renovated but I never saw that. The old building and room would have been more acceptable if it had been clean. There was so much dirt in the bathroom exhaust fan and on the heat registers but the Cheerios falling out from between the matress and behind the bathroom door just sent me over the edge.

The staff is what's exceptional at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the stand out was Mina at the front desk. Such a nice lady, willing to help and full of great suggestions!

Police and ambulance on site at 3 am for guests fighting. Not a bad place to stay just a rough night.

Cons: Need new pillows, breakfast was a joke Pros: the price was great, an excellent deal, had a real breakfast down the street and the money we saved on the hotel more than paid for it!

The room was nice,clean and well kept. Continental breakfast was nice.

Older motel that needs some work but it is kept up as best as can be.

Got a great rate and the hotel was clean and fairly well maintained. We felt safe (except for the shady people staying a few doors down). It was convenient to get to local eateries, malls, and the Renaissance Festival. It was a great bargain.

The motel was located between all areas I plan to visit. Our room was clean (king room), But could use a sitting area to you did not have to be on the bed all the time. The daily maid service needs to be more orderly (one day you may get towels and bath mat, then the next day you may only get 1 towel for 2 guess and no mat and some time no tolet tissue.) The week we were there our room was next to the maids living quarters and she had a male friend over and the argued and had some shouting and fighting out side the room at 1 and 2 am this happen about 3 times during a 7 night stay. When they were not together it was a nice place to stay. If you are a light sleeper it is right on the main road so you do hear the traffic. The room had a mini fridge I would of like to had a microwave to have a warm snack at night.

The hotel was very clean and close to Hershey where my husband and I were going during our stay. The only thing that was not comfortable was the beds, they were very hard. Besides that the hotel was great!

If you're expecting the Hershey Hotel at this price, then you'll be sorely disappointed; however, if you realize that this is a very inexpensive stay, you'll be pleased. Knight's Inn was clean and the hotel personnel were kind and helpful. My complaint is that the b'fast is VERY MINIMAL (tiny muffin, small bowl of cereal and cup of OJ or coffee). Not filling and not worth rushing a morning for it. Otherwise, basics were met with a clean room and bathroom and adequate internet and TV. We got what we paid for. :)

All in all it was a good place to stay. It was basic, but clean and very quiet. Beds could be replaced as they were not real comfy. Liked having WIFI. Convenient to where we wanted to go after we got there. A little hard to find coming in from NY with out much lighting or signs on small side streets. Coffee was awful :) but a McDonalds with nice hot fresh coffee near by :)

Beds not comfortable, but reasonably clean, affordable, and convenient location. Musty smell until AC turned on, then it was ok. Frig in room was useful

I think you should bring your own blankets and pillows, they were very cheap and uncomfortable. Room was ok no other complaints.

Was good, the beds a little hard... But was very clean & nice set up... The only thing I regret was me & my family wanna to use the swimming pool after the check out @ 11:00 a.m. but the y said no cuz of insurance coverage and cuz it was a very high season and they were waiting 4 more clients. I think they could of let me use it, there was nobody using it... In General was very good & the continental breakfast!!! Great Price!!!

It was nice but they need to have some of the cracks in the wall not showing and the pool needs work on. And I want to say that they need a bigger breakfeast in the morning. And the room did not have the air conster on when I got there and the room was every hot.

The pool had worms along the walls and it was disgusting

It was awful, thier was a burn mark on the comforter in a non smoking room, there was no continental breakfast,just just dry cereal with no milk and also we never recieved any new towels. They provided us with two small packets of toothpatse and although we stayed two days we never recieved room service. Thier was also a horrific smell. The microwave was in the office.

Rooms were clean. Good location for visiting Hershey Park. Continental breakfast was lacking.

This hotel was more like a old motel..it was dirty and smelled like mold.when arrived the attended was very rude and unprofessional.We changed room two times do to hair all over the bed sheets.The bed didn't even have the proper fitted sheets on them.The refrigerator didn't work and the heat vent sound like mice were running through it.It was the worst night ever for me in that place.Just so dirty and the attended name Jackie was sooo rude and nasty.I would never suggest anyone to stay there.

This motel is just what you pay for - a very comfortable, no-frills room with the basic amenities. I would recommend it for a shorter stay, as the rooms aren't terribly spacious, but if you're not picky it has everything you'd need. The staff was friendly. The "breakfast" was simply some bagels, cereal, juice and coffee, but there are lot of places to eat very close by. My only main complaint is that the shower was TERRIBLE. I am not picky, but it was one of those super-cheap, misty spraying shower heads where it hurts if you get too close and is a cold mist if you go too far away. This is an easy thing to fix and the motel would do well to invest the extra pennies for a shower head that doesn't punish the customer for using the water. If you don't care about your shower experience, then this is the place to go for a good value over a short stay.

I must say I was a bit nervous making a reservation online without ever being to the area let alone the hotel and after reading some of the reviews but I decided since it was only for one night and it was cheap why not, they clerk was was nice let us check in almost 2 hrs early and the room was very clean ok yea. It had a very faint musty smell but I mean very faint and everything was clean beds were clean ( no bed bugs ) I would definately stay again.

within 20 mins from expo. Restaurants near by-rooms at ground level. clean rooms. easy access in and out of parking.hotel staff not very visable or accessable.Staff polite.

didnt have my reservation room smelled like mold. room dusty. greeted ok by staff but a little put off when i was told they were booked and didnt even ask if i had a reservation at first..

Horrible, the rooms smelled, the bathroom all dirty. I don't recommend it at all. Discastin the rooms!!!

Room was small- beds low- pillows flat-room stunk of some nasty smelling cleaner price was good and location was great. Also got some strange rash from the place-left early because of it!

dissapointed in breakfast only had 2 cerals,coffee, milk, i paid extra for this

Rooms smelled clean, mattress was a little wore out. not enough wash cloths for our party of 4. 2 wash cloths. bathmat was stained grey. bathtub bottom stained. Refridgator was nice size. could have a microwave in the room. Also you had to watch tv with the light on , turn the light off the TV went off that was strange. The plug outlets were wornout you plug it in it falls out. It had a double door closet to hang clothes that was good. Lawn service came in early am and woke everyone up too early.

Our stay was very disappointing! I made reservations and was told that we would have a roll away bed in our room. When we arrived there was no roll away bed and we were told they were out. So one person in our party did not have anywhere to sleep. The sheets on the one bed were dirty with what looked like cigarette ashes. The bathroom was dirty. I will never stay at a Knights Inn again.

cheap hotel at expensive price.

The hotel wasn't that great. I booked two non-smoking double rooms for my family and me so we could go to Hershey Park for the weekend. One of them smelled like cigarettes the whole time. They only had 2 baby cribs that could be used for the entire inn, but they weren't available even though we requested one prior to our stay. I found a dead bug in the bathroom and there were barely any towels to use. The beds were stiff too, and the pillows were pretty flat. We left the rooms a little late one day so we asked the hotel staff not to worry about cleaning our rooms. The next morning my sister picked up a phone call from the Inn owner and she yelled at her about how we need to leave the room by a certain time because people were late cleaning our rooms the day before. The only good thing about the Inn was the location. It was about a 9 minute drive to Hershey park, and there were a lot of places to eat and shop nearby, most of which were on the same block. I also liked that they had a mini refrigerator in each room, along with TVs.
