Spring Creek Ranch - ג'קסון

Great location, staff, service but it is not 4 stars or luxury. The units need updating and the mattress was not acceptable. It was more like a cot mattress than a good quality hotel mattress. Also, although there is a coffee maker, they left 2 paper cups to use each morning. There was a microwave and mini-fridge but they are in the bathroom. That bugged me. Lovely fireplace, great shuttle service, but be aware it is not luxury. Granary restaurant was quite good.

We selected this location as a "treat" for this business trip because of the view and the restaurant. The rooms were clean, but very tired and worn out. The mattress on my bed had to be at least 15 years old or more as it was only about 6 inches thick and worn out. It was so uncomfortable, yet we were too busy to ask for a different room. The staff was very nice in the front lobby and all was sparkly there -- however, they need to update and freshen the rooms completely. Will not book here again until they do.

My husband and I were married here in 2010. We are expecting our first child in about a month so we returned to take maternity photos that are in similar locations as our wedding pictures. We stayed in a suite that had a balcony facing the Teton Mountains, which was great for pictures. The rooms are becoming a little dated but overall we are very happy with the amenities and service we receive here. Overall, we love staying here and will be returning.

Spring Creek Ranch was wonderful! Incredible views, privacy, far enough from town but still close. Shuttle service to local areas. Wildlife safari was once in a lifetime experience. Restaurant was delicious. Concierge was very helpful.

Views were absolutely phenominal. Desk staff were polite, prompt, and very informative. Guided us to some fantastic sights we'll never forgot. At the restaurant we were turned away. It was closed early and the lounge was the only thing open, which was very small . It was full . We were disappointed since the jazz band that was playing sounded incredible. We had to drive back into Jackson to get something to eat at 9:30 pm so we couldnt have a cocktail with our meal. Our room was clean, but very worn ....maintenance could be much better. Might stay again for the views and hopefully the band at the bar.

Great settling but pricey. Bedding uncomfortable, poor lighting and decor is a little tired. Still, beats stayIng on Jackson's touristy motel strip.

Beautiful location, quiet surroundings, and a great place to relax. The staff continually went out of their way to assist us and make our stay wonderful. We had one of the two bedroom condos and it was very spacious and perfect for our needs. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the Wort Hotel in downtown Jackson the first two nights we were there, then at Spring Creek that last two nights, and we loved the Wort. It was so convenient to everything in town. SCR was beautiful, and the scenery was just fantastic. However, if you don't ride horses, and aren't interested in the spa or hiking, there's really nothing to do , except read, relax and sleep. You are about 15 minutes away from Teton Village, which was great, and about 10 or 15 minutes downtown. The restaurant is very pricey, and we went into town for breakfast and dinner. We were in a 2-bedroom condo, which would be great for several people in the winter. However, the lighting in the bathroom was very poor, and one of the lights was burned out, and the door from one of the bedrooms actually banged right into the toilet. Strange. I'll bet it's extremely beautiful when covered with snow.

Spring Creek Ranch was exactly what we were looking for: a quiet place to relax, walk, and enjoy views of the Grand Tetons. Just moments out of town, it feels like you've traveled to another world. We stayed in a second floor condo king suite with balcony. While the carpet could stand updating, we found the layout and amenities to be perfect for our needs. It was great having an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave and stackable washer- dryer. The Granary Restaurant on the grounds of Spring Creek is excellent. They even packed a to-go lunch for our picnic at the Grand Teton Park's Jenny Lake (less than a 30 minute drive away.) Only complaint: our last morning there, we felt rushed by the cleaning crew that arrived two hours before checkout and then returned an hour before checkout and basically waited outside our door stoop for us to leave. We understand the need to turn over rooms, but our leaving at 11:00 (the stated check-out time) certainly would have provided enough time to accept guests at 4 pm stated check-in time. Feeling as if we needed to leave at 10:30 a.m. to accommodate the cleaning crew soured our last morning a bit. Other than that, my husband and I commented several times how glad we were to be staying at Spring Creek away from the crowds on a long weekend in Jackson Hole.

Excellent. Room was wonderful and very clean! Views of the Tetons from the deck were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Secluded and off the beaten path. Great view. Room smelled of fireplace ashes but we opened windows and it was fabulous. Resort staff was very accommodating.

Enjoyed the stay. Would do it again.

Rooms on western location have beautiful views to Teton mountains. Excellent, helpful service. Rooms somewhat outdated but clean.

The three bedroom condo was perfect for our family. Everything we could possibly need for a private, laid-back mountain getaway was provided. The beds and couches were comfortable, the balcony had a swing overlooking the Tetons, there were two fireplaces and a steam bath. The outdoor pool was a little bit far from our condo, but that didn't detract from our stay. Jackson Hole was just a 5-10 minute drive away.

poor layout. the refrigerator and microwave were located in the bathroom. room should not be marketed as having a mini kitchen.

The rooms are beautiful in a gorgeous setting.

location and view are beautiful... and the maintenance crew needs and the maintenance crew needs to swing by at least once a day to get the bugs and other debris out of the hot tub.. The housekeeping service was poor in the room was very hot. The staff at the front desk was very helpful about local knowledge and suggestions. The Granary Restaurant was delicious Overall I would say it was a good experience but most of that was made up of the but most of that was made up of the location and the view.

To begin with I didn't realize that we would be out in the country. However, once there it was a piece of paradise. Great facilities and the view from our patio was magnificent. The room was great, all the amenities were near and the staff very accomidating.

Room service was a bit off. Food was good, but delivery had problems both times.

Nice location, incredible views, nice privacy--we had a private unit in a building of 4 units, had our own balcony with wonderful view of tetons!

The place is getting a little worn out. But the views are unbeatable and Neil at the bar was awesome.

This place has the most panoramic views of the Tetons of any resort we looked at. The fireplace was a welcome and romantic addition. Cindy, the concierge, was delightful and extremely helpful. The Granary is a top notch restaurant. We will be back.

All that was advertized and more! Amazing second story balcany view of the Tetons and a herd of cattle in the green valley below, beautiful aspen trees lined the pond. We stayed the Saturday and Sunday before Memorial Day, and had 2 - 4 inches of snow each day. The dry filewood and 2 story working stone fireplace in our room, plus soft robes and comfortable furniture, made it a great room for 3 adults. Excellent bathroom as well.

Overall it was a good experience. The way the room was situated (and its location) had an outstanding view of the Tetons and valley through its west and north facing windows. The only drawback for the stay was room service was a bit slow and the noise of late arriving neighbors could not be overlooked. That being said, I would probably stay here again ahead of another place we stayed in Jackson earlier in the week.

This hotel is in a beautiful spot but the beds are like sleeping on rock. The room was large with a private deck and beautiful views. The maid skipped me one day and failed to leave coffee the next however the restaurant was lovely. Overall the stay was not horrible but the drive up the long winding hill and the service overall wasn't worth the drive.

Spring Creek Ranch has a great location. The room had a bang on view of Grand Tetons and the super luxury Amangani resort shares the same entrance as the ranch. But the log home style rooms are run down and need significant updating. We got a clean room with 2 queen beds that were crammed close together. The beds were not comfortable and the floor boards creaked noisily in the bathroom area. Spring "Creak" Ranch would be a better name for this place. However, the front desk was good and helped well with our Yellowstone itinerary as well as dinner suggestions at Jackson Hole.

We were there early in the vacation season, April. Hotel & Cabins were gearing up for the Summer season. Stayed in a cabin adequate but far from deluxe, nice fireplace with plentiful wood. Basically one place to eat The Granary, gourmet restarant with prices to prove it, great service, however. Pool not open and unheated but hot tubs available. This is a complete resort with many vacation experiences available from "Safari's" to kids activities. The facility is about 10 miles from Jackson.

Nice & Quite. perfect for me and my honey to get a night away! The room was the most comfortable room i have ever stayed in.. Def. recommending!

The cabin are nice with the fireplaces in the winter and the staff was great! A great restaurant next door and what a view of the Tetons! Breathe taking!

Very nice location, with cabin rooms that have a great view of the Grand Teton. You can get the same price plus breakfast (which is very nice) if you call the hotel directly. Highly recommend. Only inconvenience is if you are going to ski, Spring Creek is up a hill that can be fairly inconvenient in the winter. It is plowed, but still can be challenging in a snow storm.

First stay at spring creek. Service was great, hotel comfortable, beautiful view. The only off comments would be that the rooms are not super well-insulated from each other so when my neighbor opened and shut their sliding glass door times it was super loud. Def. get an upper unit. Breakfast at the Granary was 5 stars. Will stay again, but may bring the noise machines to sleep better.

I stayed at Spring Creek Ranch for 5 days after Christmas. The 1 bedroom studio had a great view of Grand Teton. The maintainence staff came everyday to clear out the pathway. The interior decor is a little bit dated and fire place cannot be used due to chimney shutdown. The airport shuttle and ski shuttle were great.

I was there for a destination wedding - the hotel and staff were awesome!

I've stayed twice and can't wait to come here again. The views of the Tetons are truly amazing. Although it's a little out of the way if you want to do things in town, I think it's worth every cent....

Electric generator beside lake makes noise and is clearly audible form rooms, I asked for any kind of solution and nobody finally did nothing, neither inform me nothing could be done. Couldn't park because a wedding celebration kept full park area. Rooms are unbelievably small, for a regular hotel, worse for a country hotel. Restaurant fares are really high but eventually they didn't accepted me as 9:00 was too late for having dinner and upper part was full with wedding. Is in the top of a hill so if you want to go for dinner have to descend though a sinuous and inclined road to arrive downtowm. If electric generator had allowed me it would be nice to hear country sound in night but unfortunately it wasn't the case. Bed quite noisy. Bad option bearing in mind high price.

you could not ask for a prettier location and view. i did not take advantage of the spa attributes, but the food was good and the service was excellent, especially at breakfast. I was only in my room for about 30 minutes when I wasn't sleeping, but the bed was very comfortable.

Our accommodations were wonderful. We had one of the top floors of a 4 unit building with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The scenery was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the fitness room was very nice. Even though we were only a few miles from the hustle and bustle of downtown Jackson, it felt like we were in a mountain sanctuary.

this hotel is excellent in everything, i did not see anything wrong with it. Beautiful people, the whole staff is polite and well mannered,clean, good food, wonderful horseback riding and stunning views.

The views from our hotel room were breath taking. All rooms have easy to work fireplaces which added to the overall positive experience of our stay.

The main reason to stay here is for the amazing views of the Grand Tetons and the peace and quiet on the property. Jackson itself is a little drive away and traffic can be heavy. service in the Granary restaurant was superb but in the bar/lounge (which has a particularly fine view) was very poor on our visit.
