Beyond great very nice family get away

Lovely resort we stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment comfortable beds fully equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. Nice quiet area. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

We loved it! Total of 9 people alltogether in the spacious 3 bedroom resort...the decor was top notch....very clean...the amenities with the free shuttle service to the waterpark,dining or wherever....was excellent...no complaints here....we will be returning soon!

Kids loved it. The rooms were large plenty of space. Will definitely come back.

In and out on a one nighter, couldn't have been easier. Front desk conversation was as good as it gets!

My wife and I stayed for two day on the way back home to SC. We were encouraged to try this resort by the Hotels.com agent and are glad that we did. Enjoyable two days. Close to Disney. Would go back again.

We had a great stay. Hotel staff friendly. Maintenance needs met quickly. Great value for a 3 room condo.

My in-laws flew in from Vermont to spend a week with us and we wanted to treat them to a weekend away in the Florida sunshine with nothing to distract from their time with the grandkids. We loved our weekend at Reunion Resort and cannot wait to come back. Living in Tampa it's close and convenient to get to, but still feels like we are so far from home. The staff was quick to respond when we needed them and always pleasant. Our favorite was the water park/lazy river. Thank you for a most memorable family weekend!

This is a fantasstic resort. The food at the clubhouse alone is worth going for. Just a short drive to Disney. I would highly recommned Reunion.

This was our first visit at The Reunion. We stay in Orlando at least once a month. We couldn't believe we hadn't stayed there before. The rooms were nicely appointed. The service was friendly & helpful. The room service was fast & the food was good. With the exception of the margarita pizza. That was not good! We will definitely be staying there again soon!

We stayed at superior 3 bedroom villa for 2 days. The appartments are divided into several different villages, and we stayed in one that was almost abandoned(low season). The room itself was very good, however some furniture was old, but they had put in modern furniture aswell(flatscreens, huge refrigerator w/ice++). Remember this is a club resort, so most of the guests are club members and you are required to wear certain clothes to go to different places on the resort. On a monday we asked the staff where we could eat, they told us many different places inside the resort, and that the restaurants should close at 11PM, we chose an american style restaurant. When we arrived, all dressed up, at 9PM they told us ALL the restaurants in the resort is closed, except the bar at the lobby which serves some bar food. If you bring kids: The waterpark at the resort close at 5PM. The resort is a good 20-30 min drive away from parks such as Seaworld(it is closer to Disney). The resort itself is HUGE, so to go anywhere(lobby, pools, shops) you have to use ur car.

EXCELLENT FAMILY PLACE, NOT FAR FROM DISNEY

Loved this hotel! The rooms were well appointed...with lots of space for a family of three. The kitchen was well-equipped - there was even a blender. My family and I were able to enjoy home-made daiquiris on the (rather small) balcony as we watched the golfers during our afternoons breaks at the hotel. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Reunion Resort has been our favorite weekend getaway spot for years. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms has declined and the service was below par (wish I could say the same was true on the links). Waiters at restaurants were very slow, bedding for pullout couch took an hour to get (not good with tired kids), and maid service took facecloths/hand towels and never replaced them.

main pool is away from the hotel. you must shuttle to get there.

Fantastic amount of space and convenience at this venue. We used it as a spring board for visiting the theme parks, so we did not spend much time on property. Loved having the full kitchen, though. On the downside, the bed mattresses were too firm: the firmest of any place I've slept, and I travel a lot.

When we checked into the condo, it was one of the oldest condos by the front gate of the property. It didn't resemble the pictures that Hotel.com had on their website. The bedding, mattress were 3 star quality, and there were stains all over the living room couch. It was a huge disapointment! When we asked to be moved to a newer condo that was closer to the hotel or water park, we were denied even though there were plenty available. The front desk person said that Hotels.com would have to make the change and pay for the difference. We never bothered to make the call due to the inconvenience and we were staying 1 more night. In the future we will get prices from on-line services, but will book directly throught hotel to insure the correct accomodations.

The service was pretty poor on relation to basic things such as room service and assistance with transportation and taxis. However the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was generously sized and comfortable and the pools and watermark were great for kids.

I am very particular when it comes to hotels. Therefore, I researched several hotels in the Orlando area on hotels.com and noticed the high ratings for Reunion Resort- I quickly booked our stay! The villa we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and peaceful on the golf course green. My family and I loved it and will definitely return.

The resort and the 3bedroom villa we occupied exceeded our expectations. We were 2 couples in our 60"s. The master suite was wonderfully appointed but we were delighted to find that the 2nd bedroom also had a king bed. The main living area and private bedrooms was just a delight to come back to after a long day at epcot. The price was so reasonable. Thank you hotel.com.

We had a 2 bedroom villa that comfortably slept 6 (one king, 2 full size beds, and a living room couch that converted into a bed. The room itself was very nice; everything was extremely clean and looked brand new. There were 3 HD TVs, 2 bathrooms, and a great balcony view to go with it, as well as a full kitchen and a combined dining/living room. All of the above earns a 5* rating, and is nearly on par with places like the Ritz. The disappointing part of our stay was that the service was below average for a place that's supposed to be a 4-5* resort. Except for the doormen and check-out staff that were both excellent, the rest of the folks we interacted with left us with a bad taste in our mouths. The room key making machine was broken so we had to be escorted to our rooms; when the keys were ready, they were not delivered to us, but we were called to come fetch them ourselves. We asked for an accommodation for a family member that was disabled; guest services said they'd 'look into it and call us back;' they never did, and this happened twice in the same stay. Lastly, the housekeeping staff rang our doorbell twice before 9am, wondering if "we were ready to check out"... lovely to be woken up by that while you're on vacation, huh? I emailed all of these complaints to the management several days ago and they have yet to respond back. Once this chain trains their staff on how to provide good service, it'll be a much better place.

This was by far the most service oriented and fabulous place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in a lot of places!! It is not next door to DW,etc but it is SO worth the few minutes drive. The outlying villas are where you want to be. We had a 3 bedroom, overlooking the pool with its own fully stocked kitchen and laundry in the suite! Really special even down to the maids who set up a fun decor for my daughter everyday with her stuffed animals. I could go on for much longer but why? STAY HERE!!!!!

This is a beautiful resort in a gated community. It has many Villas of all different levels of amenities. I booked this resort for a five star villa. When I went to check in I was told we were staying at a villa far away from the main resort near the main road and by the entrance gate to the property. I explained to the front desk that I had booked this resort for its advertisement as a five star Villa. The villa was advertised as having granite counter tops, stain less steel appliances etc. The villa we were going to be staying in had none of these upscale amenities. We were told for more money we could stay in the main resort. After discussion with the front desk we were given a villa in the main reunion Building. We usually stay at ritz carlton or four seasons. We have never had a problem like this with any other Resort. Travelers beware.

I thought it would be a nice place from the description and my sister and family were also staying there. It turns out the place is miles from anything. It is a very large community type place and looks more like and apartment/condo mixed housing community. We were over 2 miles apart from y sister and family. The buildings are condo type with no common areas in the building but a community center nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious...full kitchen, master bedroom, huge bathroom and living room. This is better suited for someone who wants to spend a month or so in a fully furnished apartment/condo and not just a couple of days at Disney/Orlando attractions. We were on golf course front property which looked nice. However we were the only ones in the entire building which is not very comforting. Very pricey for a one night stay.

This was one of the most luxurious hotels I have stayed . The staff was so pleasant. In room dining not as appealing to children however you have a kitchen.

In diesem Areal könnte man einen tollen Club-Urlaub machen, denn man braucht wirklich gar nichts und kann ALLES dort machen, aber: Wer bitte will das schon in Orlando? Das Personal war außergewöhlich nett und zuvorkommend, so etwas haben wir bis jetzt in keinem 5-Sterne-Hotel erlebt. Urgieren mussten wir allerdings weil der Wasserhahn in der Küche extrem stark leckte und der Techniker erklärte uns, dass sie bereits einige Küchen aus diesem Grund renovieren (!)...unsere war da halt leider noch nicht dran! In der Küche verwenden sie Gas zum Kochen und normalerweise stört mich das nicht, aber als ich kochte ging die Flamme aus und Gas strömte weiter aus! War ein bisschen unheimlich, da wir es erst bemerkten, als das ganze Zimmer schon nach Gas roch. Das Zimmer an sich war toll und der Wasserpark für Kinder ein Traum, da auch relativ wenige Gäste dort waren. Sogar unser 6-jähriger durfte ohne Probleme golfen und das fanden wir besonders nett und freundlich (passiert in Ö nicht!!) Das Hotel liegt ein wenig ausserhalb und es ist daher immer eine 25 min. Autofahrt notwendig um zum Internaional Drive zu gelangen. Ein sehr schönes empfehlenswertes Hotel und wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich wieder hinfahren.

Location was little long from Themeparks and shopping centers, but those who seek for nice place to realx and enjoy good service tI recommed. Unfortunately during our stay weather was cold and we weree not able to enjoy pool area and water park. Qood value for money. Quiet, excellent golf and and service

El hotel esta muy bien aquí la cosa es que dentro de este resort existen habitaciones desde muy lujosas hasta muy modestas. Uno no sabe que es lo que va a recibir hasta el momento de check inn, es por eso que recomiendo cuidado. A mi después de una fuerte discucion me toco un cuarto de mucho lujo y excelente servicio no hubiera podido esperar nada mas

Flott sted, det beste vi har opplevt i Florida! Rolig, litt avstand fra Orlando kaoset men samtidlig ikke for langt unna det meste.

Wir waren in einer wunderschönen Villa untergebracht, mittelgrosser Pool nur ein paar Meter von unserem Sitzplatz entfernt, denn wir leider wegen unseres Programmes, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Universal Studios etc. nicht so oft benutzt haben. Umsomehr haben wir die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf das Golf Resort nach einem unvergesslichen, tollen Tag im Disney World genossen. Das einzige welches wir bemängeln könnten, das man beim Check-in nicht viel über das Resort erfährt, da man einfach den Schlüssel und den Resort Plan in die Hände gedrückt bekommt.

Ett hotell att rekommendera! Man ska vara medveten om att hotellet inte ligger granne med parkerna bara, men vi störde oss inte eftersom vi ändå körde bil. Vi trivdes väldigt bra och skulle gärna stannat längre än två nätter. Mycket bra "villa" med allt man kan behöva och mer därtill. Vi var fem, två vuxna och tre ganska stora barn. Golf, tennis och vattenpark! Är man svensk kan det vara kul att känna till att de har Annika (Sörenstam) academy här.
