Great location and friendly staff (besides late night staff which didn't speak English), if your looking for a quiet neighbourhood then this place isn't for you. This is located in a busy night lift area with great access to the subway network (2 min walk from the hotel). Hotel is vey quiet inside even though there are clubs located near by, rooms are immaculate along with a great curtesy buffet breakfast. Will stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel, good location, the mattresses were among the worst of our stay in Japan though. Apart from that we were very happy there, and were glad we picked the deluxe version instead of the standard rooms. That way we were almost able to each get some sort of a virtual room for us.

Great location. Hotel is nice. Great location if you want to stay in the Roppongi area. If you are not familiar with Japan, this area has a lot of nightlife. Room is clean. The only negagive was that the room was cold and there was no hear. They gave us a bigger room than we paid for so that was very nice. Staff is the best. They all spoke English very well and were very helpful with everything. There is also wifi and breakfast which was a plus.

Included breakfast is a big plus

The hotel is very conveniently located in Roppongi. Its's surprisingly quiet considering the location. The overall look of the hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are pretty small and feel dated though. Breakfast is included which had western options. Overall - good for a short stay when you want to be in Roppongi.

We had three rooms at the B Roppongi. They were roomier and more comfortable than I expected, with two exceptions. Although the rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking rooms, one smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked if we could change that room and the hotel could not do that. They said they would do a special hour-long air cleaning, which they did, but it really didn't get rid of the smell. Another room had an extremely musty odor in the bathroom. Other than those problems, the hotel is convenient and reasonably priced.

The only not good thing is that the hotel us distant from any railway station and thus not very convenient to get to from the airport using public transportation. Otherwise its absolutely awesome value for money - free internet, breakfast, clean spacious (for a business hotel) rooms. In the middle of Roppongi, which can be an advantage and disadvantage for some. Overall - great place.

The staff was kind, the location was awesome, the room was clean and large by Japanese standards, and with the inclusion of the buffet and the internet, you just cannot beat the value of this hotel.

Walking distance to the subway. The hotel was a nice surprise. Good (not cheap) coffee in the lobby. Wifi in the lobby only, but free Ethernet connection in the room. Very spacious for Japan in the room, very comfortable bedding, clean bathroom. Lobby staff not knowledgeable for directions to other locations. The neighborhood was not desirable for older couples, but great for younger crowd. Walking distance to various bars. Several people on the streets trying to lure you into their club. My daughter (not with me at the time) was told they needed to buy the drink before they entered a local club. After the purchase, when they entered, no one was inside. They could not see that prior to going in, or would not have purchased the drink and entered.

My partner and I had a fantastic 9 day stay in Tokyo. I speak only the most rudimentary Japanese and he spoke none at all. We were very welcomed and comfortable at the B Roppongi. His birthday happened to take place during our trip and I wanted to surprise him with a special evening. I had researched yakatebune boat dinners on the Tokyo bay but was unable to book a reservation from the USA. A member of the front desk staff was able to help me coordinate a complicated reservation despite my lack of Japanese language skills and we celebrated a wonderful night. She continued to provide us with helpful tips throughout our stay. Although it was winter and chilly, the temperature of the hotel was fine with the window open on the second floor and weren't too bothered by the local partying noise. The option of complimentary Japanese and Western breakfast was the best part of our trip because we didn't need to worry about finding restaurants in the morning, which seemed to be lacking elsewhere. Please keep in mind that there is not wi-fi in the rooms for portable devices (ipad/iphone). We rented a hotspot that was delivered to the airport for us on our arrival - it was even better than having hotel wifi because it went on the subway and outings with us. The B Roppongi is ideal for the great service, convenient location and pleasant atmosphere for world travelers.

it is a nice small hotel in great location. staff was wery helpfull, room was clean, they serve breakfast ( delicious). hotel located 100 feet from subway, surranded with great restaurant, pubs and clubs. we would stay there again. only minus is no wi-fi in the room, you have to go to the lobby to acces inetrnet. but hey, for the money A+. we have great time.

We were really pleased with this hotel. The price was great for the location and worked out find for the 3 of us (husband, 10 year old and me). Having breakfast included was a great money saving factor in Tokyo too. We used the subway to get everywhere and nothing was more than one change away. The room was small but functional. It included a desk and a mini fridge. We were not able to unpack our bags nor leave them open due to space in the room but we were only there for 3 days, so not a big deal to open one suitcase, take out clothes for the day and close it up and move on to the next one. I would stay here again for the location and reasonable price. We were on the 8th floor on the highway side of the building and could hear some general white noise from the highway but never heard anyone talking or the elevator or noise from other rooms.

I enjoyed it but only stayed one night. For Tokyo the room was reasonably spacious and the staff were very helpful. Roppongi has good restaurants and a lot of good bars but drinks are very expensive.

The free breakfast was great but would have been nice if they could also offer congee/rice porridge as alternative to rice. The wifii in lobby was very good however it should be made available in rooms. The lobby is very small and filled with guests using wifii. Staff are polite but speak limited English. Room size was good.

This hotel was clean and reliable. The rooms are small, but the beds very comfy and AC worked very well. This hotel has one of the awesomest Western and Japanese style breakfast spreads...

We stayed one night and would recommend this hotel. POSITIVES: great location steps from Roppongi crossing, Tokyo Midtown, and Hibiya/Oedo subway line entrance; free internet (wireless in lobby, wired in room); free breakfast with a good mix of Japanese and Western food; clean room, some with a view of Tokyo Tower. NEGATIVES: rooms are tiny... that's about it.

Great location, clean and spacious for Tokyo standard. Breakfast was so so. there are a few stairs to climb for those of you with heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up/ down the stairs. Bedding is very comfortable, room is clean service is good. Price point is fair for the quality~ recommended!

Overall very accommodating, great staff, affordable, and excellent location. The b roppongi is in the heart of roppongi, a short walking distance from bars, restaurants, and the Mori tower. The rooms aren't huge, but r updated, clean, and for u party enthusiasts, full with blackout curtains so u can sleep all day if need be (I'll even admit I needed this a couple times). I wa initially going to spend my last 3 nights at the ritz but was so happy with the b roppongi I extended my stay. This is a cant miss - highly recommend

A nice and clean hotel with good room sizes. However next to a car park where drunk teenagers and possibly drug junkies assemble at night and make noise until 3-4 am. If arriving by Metro do not expect elevators to street level nearby.

excellant staff and facilities. even has laundry machines on 2nd flr. excellent breakfast too. only wifi in the rooms is missing.

I was upgraded to a corner room. It was very large by Japanese standards and very comfortable. The cable internet was very fast and the room blinds were very effective at making the room dark (which was great for sleeping in and recovering from a long flight). My only criticism is that the breakfast was just average, everything else was better than my expectations. Extremely good value.

i must say if you have heavy luggage keep in mind there are several stairs that you must climb to reach reception and there are no concierge. Also the single rooms are small and cramped without space for anything; other size rooms are ok. they have free internet and wifi only in the lobby area not your room which i find to be very inconvenient especially whenever you need it in your room but they do have free wire internet for personal computers.amenities are very basic (toothbrush razor brush/comb, no lotion). other wise customer service and breakfast served daily and part of room stay are acceptable. the hotel is conveniently located in roppoongi. when travelling from any airprt in tokyo take aiport limousine bus to ana intercontinental and a very short cab ride to hotel. keep in mind if your plane lands after 10 pm the bus term will be close and the only 2 options are cab (very exp) and train. This hotel is located within short distance of bars, nightclubs, eateries, supermarket and shopping centers of all sorts boutiques and luxury. Night club and bars are different than U.S.. For some, at first glance it looks like a regular building with advertisement everywhere but you will have nice bouncers standing outside and invite you to come inside. once inside, now you feel like you are in a club setting. Also unlike nightclubs in U.S., night clubs in roppongi never sleeps; you can party until daylight,literally now then sleep later. have fun!

Hotel staff in the evening /night had limited English skills.Refrigerator in the room had a terrible smell. If you are interested in booking a Grayline tour, do so well in advance of your stay....very limited offerings.

Steps away from Roppongi metro makes this place very convenient. It was impeccably clean, with updated bathroom and decor. No bells and whistles, but everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Very clean room. Good service especially the reception staff who are always willing to give map and direction to restaurants and specific locations. Convenient location to two train lines.

Overall a good experience. The included breakfast was good and the room was larger than usual in Tokyo. I was a bit surprised to be asked to pay extra to check in at 1.00pm (regular time is 3.00pm apparently) even though the room was ready but this was waived in the end. Very close to Roppongi station so a convenient location as well.

Excellent hotel. Right in the heart of Roppongi, just walk out the door and you are at shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend people to stay here. Great place!

Hotel room was modern and clean. Bed was big and comfy. The location was great. Very close to roppongi subway station and right in the middle of the nightlife action.

I was on business travel and didn't really go out at night in the surrounding area. I was repeatably warned about aggressive Nigerians and advised to steer clear unless with a group familiar with the area. Roppongi is a lively district with a bunch of good restaurants, bars, dance clubs, strip clubs, and juicy bars. The hotel is located right next to the subway, less than a 1 minute walk. If you're looking for a wild time, I'd recommend Roppongi. I didn't have any issues with the hotel, but often had dinners and meetings outside of Roppongi.

Good hotel with good bed, great breakfast. Limited wifi connectivity and small room, though bathroom is serviceable. No closet space ; not suitable for stay more than, say, three nights but good for short stay if the wifi is not a problem for you. Location is OK is you ignore the Nigerian con men operating on every street corner nearby from about 6pm onwards ! Good access to transport. Staff friendly and very helpful with maps, directions, etc. Make sure you take Japanese cash because its hard to withdraw money with foreign cards.

I've been there with my girlfriend 9 days; position in great,just few steps from the metro...but the room was really too small;breakfast is really poor( no cake,no fruits etc) and there is not wi fi in the rooms. Because of the jat lag first 3 days i left my room after 1 p.m. and they didnt refix it...by the way as i told before the great position of the hotel helps a lot to have great timein Tokyo.

The B Roppongi is a wonderful, small, short stay business style hotel in the heart of central Tokyo. This a great location for budget minded business and personal travelers looking for a central hotel, that has the basic amenities to make comfortable stay without breaking the bank. That is not easy in Tokyo. The hotel is located in the Roppongi (entertainment area) of Tokyo, and is conveniently located a short one block from the subway entrance to the Hibiya line and the Oedo line. These two lines will get you everywhere in Tokyo. In addition, the hotel is within reasonable walking distance to the Tokyo Tower, Roppongi Hills retail area, the Tokyo Midtown retail, the Imperial Palace and more than a 100 restaurants, bars and clubs. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the morning they serve a simple, but breakfast. All rooms have free internet access I stay here frequently, and enjoy it for its location, location location.
