Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, a staySky Hotel - אורלנדו

This was our second visit to the Hawthorn Suites Lake Buena Vista in eighteen months. We returned because we liked everything about the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful; the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything one needs to cook dinner or just to relax. The hotel is located within walking distance of a grocery store, and there a handy free daily shuttle to Epcot. The hot breakfast provided every morning in the lounge area was both delicious and varied. The fitness room and pool area are sparkling clean. Would we return? In a nano-second.....

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel!! Nice and clean, very helpful staff and the location is close to both Magic Kingdom and Sea World. We will for sure stay at this hotel next time we come to Orlando!!

Mediocre hotel. Needs updating. Not the closest to the parks. No tub in the room. Not worth the price

Have stayed at this hotel before - it is nice and conveniently located to the Disney parks IF you have a car. There is very limited transportation provided by the hotel and Disney buses do not come to this hotel. If you stay here, you will be pleased with the price, but again, have your own transportation. Overall, hotel is nice, clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Rooms are a decent size - they have a kitchenette, living room, and suite bedroom separated by doors (very nice for added privacy). There is microwave, dishwasher, stove, sink, some plates/mugs/bowls. Living area had a pullout couch and a TV. There was a TV in the bedroom area. Overall, very pleaseed.

Overall hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, had a pretty good selection for hotel breakfast. Selection changed each day. Had one issue where we reserved a crib and was told none were available. We had confirmed we had a reservation a few days before. Was told that they never guarantee or would never give any indication that a crib would be available in advance. After discussion with management they were able to find one before the first night of the stay.

The room was great, they even have a free happy hour at the Hotel.

The hotel had sub par rooms. Carpets had threads all over, the shower had mold, the cupboards were cheap plywood. The hotel needs a major renovation. Would NOT stay here again

Everything was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good. I would certainly stay here again.

Had a blast, will definitely book at Hawthorne Suites again if I'm in the area. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, location was close to everything I needed.

Location was the only positive. From there; all down hill. Toilet would not flush & ran constantly, lights in room either burned out or flickering. Complimentary breakfast was below par quality. Shuttle service to a few theme parks was very limited. Unresponsive service staff. Rooms in need of updating. Don't get fooled by attractive price offers; there are better options available. Our last & only visit. As Florida residents, we visit Orlando frequently.

The breakfast is good but the kitchen sink is leaking upon arrived. We have to wait for the next day to get it fix.

The hotel was 10 mins from Disney gates, and two streets over from restaurants and grocery stores and 5 mins from Downtown Disney. The rooms were large and very clean, though the style is slightly dated - which doesn't matter to me. The front desk staff were friendly, and very helpful. The continental breakfast isn't over the top, but they change it up every day so it's not the same thing over and over again. This was my second time staying here and I'd stay again.

The location is very convenient to all the theme parks, restaurants and just about any activity you would want. The free breakfast was good and well laid out--even when it was busy there was little waiting and plenty of seating. The evening reception with free drinks and snacks was also very well done. Room was large and clean and great for a family of five. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for a Disney vacation and were very happy! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accomodating. There was a yummy breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and housekeeping was very generous with towels! There was a free shuttle daily to/from Epcot and a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance (maybe not with kids, though). Great location and it exceeded my expectations for the price!

our stay was very relaxing and staff was very friendly. for a hotel that was full of families it was very quite. it was just what was needed.

I have had great luck with Wyndham properties. This is not one of them. I booked the Executive King. The room was small, the carpet was not clean, and I just did not feel comfortable. The business center is a joke. You have to pay for internet time, and for copies. I cancelled my reservation, and went elsewhere for about the same money, and got a suite. I think this was a Wyndham when originally booked, and was downgraded to Hawthorne prior to arrival.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, quite.

We stayed for four nights in December 2012 as we visited the Disney parks, which were 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the size and overall comfort of our King Suite (room # 300). The breakfast buffet was varied each day and we enjoyed the selection. Parking was easy, the staff were pleasant, the room's kitchen was useful and functional, and the manager's reception on weekday evenings was a bonus (free hamburgers/hotdogs, wine, beer, and soft drinks).The only issues we encountered: very loose toilet seat, worn/broken livingroom furniture, and a little spider which decided to visit the bed top. It freaked out my girlfriend a little, but she slept anyway. I would stay there again. So would my girlfriend!

Our favorite hotel in the area. It has all the conveniences of home, like a stove, gas grill, dishwasher, laundry. The rooms are spacious, clean, plenty of room for a family. Great pool area, basketball court, and fitness center. Have stayed many times and will stay many more!!!!

The entire staff was very friendly and accomadating.

IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE TO THINK YOU WERE PAYING TO LIVE IN A FOUR STAR WYNDAM PROPERTY, BUT ACTUALLY ENDED UP FEELING LIKE A TWO STAR PROPERTY.

Very satisfied with hotel and our room accomodation. Suite was comfortable and met all of our expectations. At the end of a hectic day, we enjoyed the complimentary beverages and snacks offered at the Managers' reception. Our only regret was that we were only able to stay for 3 nights. Next trip to Orlando we hope to stay for an entire week in order to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen as well.

Location is good.

I'm trying to get my money back...we were in the room for about 20 minutes before we checked out due to the room being unsatisfactory. The staff offered nothing to keep our business and really could care less what we did, they already had our money. The room and hotel are dated too. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked a 4 night stay to visit Disney. This has been one of the best stays we have had at any motel. The staff made you feel like family. We have 2 small kids that loved to wonder the hotel. The staff did not mind and played with them. Luis at the front desk offered great friendly customer service. My son broke his toy and Luis helped him fix it. The rooms, inside and outside motel were very clean. Great rate too.

We were greeted by a friendly and engaging representative named Luis. Check-in was a breeze! The lobby area is beautiful. A very decent breakfast is also offered. Our room left a lot to be desired. We were placed in a handicap accesible room, which we did not desire. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall and the shower had a seat in it that was filthy with black mildew. Because the shower was accesible, the water ran out all over the bathroom floor, which created a slip hazard. The shower head was not fixed and you had to use the wand thing, difficult when washing long hair. I give the staff 5 stars, but the room only gets 3 stars. The beds were clean, the fold out sofa left much to be desired.

Excellent location. Very close to all attractions. Reasonable price. Beautiful facility with very few noticeable flaws. Great experience for my grandson's first trip to Disney.

The place was nice, but I requested a handicap room or close to elevator. Even though they were not full, I was given a room 10 doors down from elevator. Other than that it was a nice stay.

A very nice hotel with great staff within minutes of Disney and Sea world.

Luis, a manager, checked us in. He was fantastic!! VERY helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The rest of the staff were very nice, but Luis went above and beyond on every contact. He made a nice hotel truly memorable.

The room we had was the suite, it was a very big room, great for the price. Room was very clean,it may have been a bit dated in some aspects, but it had all things we needed. The front desk staff was very friendly. The location was very close to international drive. Didn't have the breakfast, so can't really comment on it, but it was done pretty early 9:30am. Overall our stay was good. The suite is very good for the price we paid. Would stay there again when we come back.

very nice. Only complaint was the flat, uncomfortable pillows. Couldn't even fluff them up. Otherwise very clean, comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was nice and there were lots of places to eat. Definately will come back.
