Great hotel! Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is nice clean, the rooms are great the only thing that was bad is the shuttle from the airport it took more than an hour 2 calls for them to show up, they say that it was because of traffic and when we where in the car there was none I think they where understaff

The staff was great. They were very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked.

Awakened at 8:00 by workers banging on the baseboards down the hallway. When asked about the stay at check out & relayed the story, the response was, "oh."

Great location if you are flying out/in of DFW. It is also near the very large Grapevine mall. It is a safe location, near lots of hotels. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The best service I have had in a long time. He was someone who actually seemed to care about his job and doing it well. He went out of his way to show us how to get to the airport,even offering to have us follow the shuttle driver there (as we had a rental car to return).

Obviously not geared towards family stays, but it served it's purpose for us for a night.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we will stay again. Not only is it close to Grapevine Mills Mall, but the prices are so reasonable for such a nice hotel.

Everything was very clean, staff was wonderful, and beds were comfortable! def would stay there again!

We've stayed at the location several times and everytime we have enjoyed our stay. This was the 1st time we were able to enjoy the weekly evening social. The food choices and wines were great. The only thing different were the touch-ups that were going on....the halls and elevator were filled with paint fumes. Hold your nose. ;-) Over all still great!

This hotel was in great location for visiting some area attractions. The room was great. Friendly staff and breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the pool during the winter weather. Will definitely stay again and always use hotels.com

Was a typical good Marriott property, as expected

The indoor pool was really cold. They seemed to have some kind of leak downstairs that they were constantly cleaning up

Overall it was a great hotel. They provided transportation to downtown Grapevine for the Grapefest. Awesome staff.

The employees went out of there way no matter the time of day to meet our needs. I will definatly be back! It's so close to everything! Thanks Again!!!

The room was clean, air conditioning didn't really keep up with the set temp. Bath towels were cheap and small and only 3 in room when they knew there were 2 adults 3 children staying in room. Hotel staff was better then most.

occasionally my spouse and I will disappear for a night and just spend a quiet night together. this hotel is clean and staff is friendly. mall is next door and several restaurants are right outside the parking lot. very convenient and many things to do right outside the hotel. breakfast is pretty good in the mornings. usually eggs, sausage or bacon, cereals, yogurt, Danish type rolls, juices, coffee etc. nice indoor pool and hot tub is a nice bonus as well as nice area to sit outside in the back. I even take my breakfast out there in the mornings. overall I have been very happy with the hotel and its staff. will be back again.

the hotel was very nice, great service. we loved it

It was great. The service was outstanding we left our daughters pillow and we called them and they located it and sent it to us free of charge. They were very courteous. We will definitely stay there on our next trip

My stay was good, and I enjoyed the breakfast set-up, as well as the evening glass of wine.

The hotel rooms and location were great! The only complaint we have at all is the breakfast area. The wall causes the area to be single line fashion and very crowded. No backtracking if you forgot a condiment, you have to go get back in line. More than about 3-4 people in that area is enough, or it is a headache of a time trying to get a breakfast to enjoy... and to make sure its still warm!

I stayed here with my two little girls for a spring break getaway. Access to Dallas and Frisco was easy and Grapevine Mills is just across the street. My girls (9 and 6) and I enjoyed the breakfast and the spacious suite. We hit a small snag the first morning when our toilet clogged but Senta at the front desk sent someone up immediately to fix it. All the staff we met were friendly and Senta was top notch. My only complaint would be that the pool was cold and looked cloudy. This did not impair my girls' enjoyment of it though I could not tolerate the temperature. This was my second stay here and I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Everything was excellent. We had a shuttle to the convention center every day and a free happy hour when we got back. However, if you're planning on working out, you might want to consider another location because the gym is pretty small. Overall, awesome, awesome place.

Very comfortable room; spacious and clean. Good free breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Will stay again when in the area.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL

Perfect location for our visit to Legoland Discovery center.

My wife and I were very pleased with everything about the hotel. It fit our needs perfectly!! We will stay at this hotel again when we are in the area.

The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The staff was pleasant including the shuttle driver who drove us to the airport at 4:30AM.

loved the hotel was clean and enjoyable even wit two kids close to everything and staff was nice and helpful

Excellent accommodations and the continental breakfast was great. Location ideal.

The hotel accomodations were cozy, the ammenities great, however the quality of the mattresses were not that good. The Edges of the bed felt like they were sagging and actually caused my kids to roll right off the edge! My back is still sufferring from the lack of a quality mattress. The staff was phenominal and were able to take care of any issues that we had!

We stayed for just one night. I have been to many Marriott chain hotels and first time for Springhill. Picked because it had a breakfast included. That was easy so we didn't have to leave the hotel till time to leave. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Usually bed and pillows are my biggest grip about my nights sleep. I am hoping all Springhills are as good as this stay.
