This hotel was amazing very friendly staff, clean property, clean room, great pool. All round great hotel!!!! A+++++++

We were given a room that was in the corner with no view except for the end of the small pool and a wall. The shower in the bathroom leaked out onto the floor so the entire bathroom floor was covered in water. There was no complimentary water. The woman at the front desk was more interested in putting on her makeup than assisting guests. We checked out after one night. Good location if you want to be close but not in the Patong night life.

We paid for a room with seaview and two beds but instead, we got a room with one king size bed. The lady at the front desk was not bothered and told us two beds and seaview are subject to availability. What was stated in our confirmed and paid booking meant nothing! After a lengthy negotiation, we were reluctantly moved to a room with no seaview. The airconditioner took more than an hour to cool the room and the toilet had a curtain instead of a door.

location of hotel is awfull. servise is of a very low performance. many people running around,just disturbing. managment does not care of what goes around. Broken lamp in the pool.extremely danger. It is remote,and the hotel charges you a lot for travelling down to Patong or to Karron beach. Ant then they do not have a car,but somehow a friend or a neighbour will come to offer you a service at double the price. Breakfast is poor in what is being offered. Dinner is costly,medium quality,and very poor service. All in all,if you have a choice look for another hotel. Avoid it by all means.

hotel was beautiful, but the location.. thought it was a walking distance from the hotel to the jungceylon... going downhill... may not be so bad... but coming back uphill with the bags after shopping ... - - ;; felt waste of money paying for the rides coming from/to the hotel... (for tourists, the taxi fee is not at all cheap!) the pool was beautiful but not big enough for more than 8 people the food was ok but not fantastic not the hotel you would want to come back

去巴东海滩200泰铢，去卡塔海滩600泰铢，返回一样。成本高不说，不太安全。老式的钥匙房锁，反复修理了几次才搞定，头天晚上居然是凳子顶门才能安睡。唯一值得称赞的是房间非常大，很宽敞，但是也很潮湿。最后一晚在酒店餐厅就餐花费2400多泰铢，在巴东只需要1000泰铢就可以搞定。建议带孩子的家庭慎重考虑。

No hace falta alejarse tanto de Patong para escapar del bullicio. Se puede ir andando pero hay una cuesta muy pronunciada y esta en una zona aislada e insegura de noche. Mejor alojarse en la esquina de la playa dentro del pueblo
