Maid service knocked on our door 3 times before 10 am. I was not offered a receipt upon checkout. The room was very nice.

Nice clean hotel. Room was a bit small but it was manageable. Pool was a very comfortable temp and good size. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there was a bunch of kids staying, and on Sat n Sunday you couldn't take advantage of the breakfast. We literally sat there for 45 min waiting for the kids to step away from the waffle maker so we could make one for our kids. Maybe hotel staff could suggest to the parents that there are other guest that want to use it, and they should limit how many they can make at one time. ( one kid made 3 right in a row

The best Hotel that I've stayed in. I just started to travel to Cleveland on a bi-weekly basis, and stayed at a couple of local hotels that are not as great as this one. However the breakfast was less appealing, but the coffee was great!

The check-in process was very smooth. The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind. I found it to be odd that the microwave was not in a kitchen type area, but right at the front desk. I didn't care for that. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Everyone who works there was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast had something for everyone. Nice variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

I enjoyed everyone there! The fragrance when you enter the hotel was wonderful! The host was kind and sweet! Great surrounding restaurants and mall! A must stay!

My stay went very nicely. The bed pillows were the only downfall. Too soft.

Overall great and bit let down on the Breakfast deal

We loved the room. It was large and clean with very comfortable beds. It even had a wet bar with a fridge. We will definitely stay here again.

King suite was old outdated No microwave or refrigerator antique furniture

Room was very nice, clean, comfortable. The location is convenient, and close to stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is we kept having trouble getting into our room and had to have both of our key cards reprogrammed several times, other than that is was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we will stay there again.

Thishotel was the nicest we have stayed in ..The breakfast was great!

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was more of a full breakfast with just about every breakfast option you could think of! After staying at the Hampton Inn I don't think we could ever stay anywhere else.

The staffs were very friendly. Excellent service. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

Overall rating 4 because our room had a less than pleasant odor for some reason. The deoderant dispensed by the maid helped very temporarily. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very good. Bed very comfortable.

The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great! Rooms were really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was really nice.

The room I got was not the room that I reserved on Hotels.com - the description was nothing like the room i got. The lady at the front desk the night we checked in was great - very patient and extremely helpful. I am not happy with hotels.com.

This hotel was not convenient to Cleveland, and there was serious rush hour traffic preventing easy access. The rooms had little if any noise insulation, and we were awakened during the night by talking in the halls and the ice machine. Desk staff promised three rooms on the same floor for our family, and when other family members arrived later than us, they ended up on two different floors. We would probably not choose this hotel again.

Everything was excellent except for the mattresses. Uncomfortable and lumpy.

Shower turned ice cold right in the middle. Not a great way to wake up. Hotel manager seemed to have heard the complaint before. He mentioned running water from some of the empty rooms on the floor. Otherwise hotel was fine. Just could not get past the shower.

Room not ready when we arrived one hour after check in time.

So I reserved this hotel for 4 of my family members for a family reunion for 2 nights. At first glance everyone was please with the rooms and the amenities. So as the day turned to night, there was a partying beginning on the 4th floor. Eventually the party got out of hand and one of the party members decided to pull the fire alarm. as the customers exited from the floor, there was boose, random clothing and vomit all over. This included the stariwell to the ground level. Eventually the alarm ceased and everyone was allowed inside but this was at about 1am in the morning. On top of that, the following morning, there was a line of cars that were egged and vandalized. From what I gathered, there were a number of people that complained and demanded compensation for that night but only a few were able to get such (a $100 voucher). The rest was to suck it up. Now many may consider such a party at a nice hotel to just be a matter of coincidence. But the hotel clerk admitted that they were suspicious of that group in the first place!!! She even stated that this is not a first and that this similar event occurred only a week earlier. So I would not recommend this hotel (at least on the weekends) to those with children or older family members that actually need sleep at decent times. Also this would not be the best place for those with nice or rented cars.

We were sent to one room . When we got there the bed had not been made -linens were everywhere. Our new room was okay but that night The fire alarm went off and kept blaring for close to an hour. Also we could not get Internet service in the hotel. We will not stay there again.

Rooms were really nice. Renovations being done, but thought the hotel staff was very accommodating and worked well around it. Good breakfast. Only complaint was too many kids in the pool area made it impossible to swim. Too many birthday parties that according to check in rules were not allowed. Desk clerk was apologetic and let us swim after the crowd left. It was worth the wait. Overall very nice stay.

This is one of the nicest motels in the Beachwood area and I have stayed at many of them. It is very clean, everything is in working order, there is a terrific breakfast free of charge and the rooms are comfortable and very quiet. It is less than 500 feet from Route 271 and you can hear a pin drop. I like this motel so much, I have already booked a room for our trip up there next month! You can not go wrong staying here. The only criticism is that they were remodeling the lobby area and it was dusty, but it did not impede our movement through the motel at all.

Hotel was clean. Undergoing remodeling. Not quite as appealing as pictures. Dissappointed too many kids in hot tub.

The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. I had a question about directions and the individual at the front desk spent 15 minutes mapping out a route so that I knew where I was going which was very kind of him. The room was very clean and organized and the cleaning staff was very respectful. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of assortments and the dining area was displayed a warm ambiance. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here and would absolutely recommend this hotel.
