Casa Fuster Hotel - ברצלונה

After cruising the Med this is by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was close to everything and the hotel service was amazing. Lot's of extras that made the stay very special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Loved this hotel!! The only downside was that our first room had AC issues so we had to move to another room down the hall. The hotel did not compensate us, but I asked if we could have free breakfast for two days, which they were happy to do. I had not originally booked our stay with breakfast as it seemed too expensive, but it turned out to be realllllllllly good with SO much food, homemade omelets, pastries, fruit, mimosas, espresso, etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, assuming I found a deal. The man who helped us with our bags even gave us a great club recommendation. Excellent view from rooftoop too!

Their staff goes above and beyond their call of duty to insure a perfect stay. We will stay here every time we visit Barcelona.

The best hotel in town a Must stay

Best location in the city with quick access to anywhere you'd ever want to go. Friendly staff. Beautiful building. Chic yet cozy rooms.

Great four nights! We had a lovely suite with adjoining room for our three teenage girls. The rooms were comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe, more residential than touristy, great restaurants, convenient. The hotel staff was fantastic - helpful and friendly

Great Hotel , i really want to visit again

Good stay, large room with great view of Passage de Gracia. The small windiow for the room makes the room rather dark with okld fashin decor and furniture. Supposedly famous restaurant serving mostly re heated dish was quite a disappointment especially for the price.

Particularly friendly and meticulously helpful staff. We were upgraded to a large corner room and enjoyed spectacular views from the wrap around balcony. The rooms were stunningly decorated with every luxury included.

I recommend this hotel for the location, and the very chic boutique hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the staff very professional and helpful. I recommend to take at least once the breakfast: really amazing

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a mini-suite. Hotel staff extremely helpful in making our first time visit to Barcelona a memorable one. Hotel location made it easy to see alot of the city within a long weekend visit. Would certainly book again on a return trip.

if you do not like casa fuster you will not like any hotel. It was the 4th time i was staying there. Simplyif not the best hotel in Barcelona it is unquestionably in top 2... Outstanding...

We loved our stay at Casa Fuster Hotel. The property is beautiful and maintained extremely well, and the staff were super friendly. We loved that it was situated in a nice upscale part of town but within easy walking distance to some sights and the metro. Only suggestion for improvement is that the wifi in the hotel is extremely slow. It made it frustrating when we were trying to use the web to plan our outings in the city. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

It was a very good choice. The service was excellent and the people were extremely friendly and efficient. The location was also very appropiate, since it was not within the tourist crowd, yet you could reach it in a walking distance..The city of Barcelona contributed in enjoying my time at the hotel. Breakfast is highly recommended. My next time in Barcelona will be at Casa Fuster Hotel

The hotel was beautiful and the quality of service we received from the hotel staff was the best we had ever experienced.

everything was great--particularly the staff who catered to our every request which made our trip to Barcelona before a cruise perfect. we did use taxis after one full day of walking, but the location was central to tourist destinations. the hotel was upscale in all respects.

Absolutely delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff really wanted us to have a great time. The breakfast and dinner was very high quality.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It is a top notch establishment. Service, Staff, Location, Roof Top bar and pool area.... you name they had it covered. The concierge staff and bell stand staff were excellent. We asked for directions, suggestions... you name it and they had an answer. We loved the neighborhood, convenient to shopping, safe and 5-10 min cab rides to anywhere we wanted to go. 25 minute ride to the airport. Great job Casa Fuster!

Thought the Casa Fuster was a beautiful hotel and enjoyed our stay. Had just spent 3 nights at Hotel Arts (ritz carlton property on the beach) which was also very nice with bigger rooms and bathrooms and yet both my husband and I agreed if we returned, we'd pick Casa Fuster over hotel Arts, because of the location as the beach area was not all that nice. Had 2 rooms and they put us next to each other which was great. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of space and very, very nice. Rooms were also clean, bedding was comfortable and nice turn down service. Front desk staff and concierge very friendly and helpful. Location was a little out of the touristy area but it was a close walk to tons of cafes and high end shopping and then a bit further 15-30 mins to the touristy areas. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar area (but you'll pay for it with 8 euros for just a small soda). Overall....First class 5 star hotel and service (even by American standards which are typically higher then European standards for 5*) and would stay there again without hesitation.

A very nice place to stay...a bit on the pricey side but very luxurious. The staff service and attentiveness was great!

This hotel rivals the best. The staff incredible.

Our rooms were very nice, had views from our balconies of La Sagrada Familia. Perfect street to get to many of Barcelona's architectural gems, stores and restaurants. Staff new us by name, and made our stay very pleasant.

Phenominal location, beautiful architecture and decor, top notch staff and accomodations! We will be back for sure.

The CF is a stunningly beautiful building. It's location is not great for the main tourist attractions - but taxis were always available. But I'm afraid what stood out for me was the 'can't do' attitude of the staff. 1. We asked the concierge to book us some concert tickets. He told us to use the internet. 2. The hotel said it had car hire facilities. We tried to use them. The lady said it would be cheaper for us to use Avis and told us the office was only 5 minutes walk away. 3. One day it was raining. We asked at reception if we could borrow an umbrella. They said try the door man. We asked the door man – he said he’d run out. Whilst waiting to see if someone brought one back we could see staff getting hotel umbrellas from reception – when we pointed this out they let us borrow one. 4. We asked for a massage – one could be organised – but not at a convenient time. 5. They wouldn’t serve us food or drink on the rooftop terrace in the morning. 6. The wi-fi connection was great at 3am in the morning. Trying to use it during the day was impossible as there was insufficient bandwidth. The staff were unfailing pleasant – but didn’t seem to think it was their job to assist. At these room rates I disagree.

We booked a standard room which was a bit pricey, even for a 5 star hotel in Barcelona and did not include breakfast. Overall the room was small but well appointed with a nice size bathroom. I had read prior reviews which made me apprehensive about service, but the service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. The real selling points for the hotel are its architectural character and its great location in central Barcelona. It is very well located near many high end shops, restaurants and the metro system.

Location: The hotel is in an ideal location for a tourist or business visitor -- I found it easy to get to wherever I was going. Decor: The hotel is a landmark building -- it's not the austere and cold decor you might see in other high end hotels; it was warm and welcoming. Staff: Absolutely attentive, pleasant and focused on making your stay exceptional. Details: From the Wifi...to the bathroom stocked with any of the items you might need (say, for example, if your luggage got delayed in a layover city as it was the case for me) -- I felt absolutely at home very easily. Solid, solid all around.

Casa Fuster lived up to all expectations and more. The attentive, friendly and professional staff could not have been better. The late night disco in the adjoining building was the only downside but the change of room on request was carried out without any fuss and I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who might want to 'splash out' while visiting Barcelona.

The Casa Fuster is ideal for a city break holiday. It is very well located for shopping, restaurants and walking distance to the main tourist site - Sagrada Familia. We found the hotel chic, well designed. We booked a superior room and had a large, by European standards, bedroom with a dressing area and large bathroom. While on the more expensive side for Barcelona hotels, the rate was well worth the quality of service, location and overall ambience. We found the concierge very helpful in booking us the best restaurants in the city.

The hotel is beautiful. Just over 100 years old and well preserved/renovated. Good help in the reception. The doormen were delightful. Overall good/great service with the exception of one waitress att breakfast who left a sour taste in our mouths. The deluxe room was spacious and left nothing to desire. The balcony looked out over the square which was delightful. A bit of noice from the traffic but that's to be expected in an old building in the middle of the city. The hotel locaton is ideaal of you enjoy Gaudi, culture, shopping and being in the thick of things.

Casa Fuster Hotel 今まで利用したホテルの中で最高です。

The TV LED screen was all blurry, shower leaked all over the floor, Aircondition didnt work and the Internet was a joke! Overall so far from a five star hotel you could get!
