Grand Oaks Hotel - ברנסון

Coffee was not replaced in room every day, no chairs to sit besides the one with a desk. No replacement of cups for coffee and water. The rooms was confining with little room to move around. Rooms could have been bigger with furniture in them.

Room was great. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again for sure!!

Very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent...rooms were a little small but the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

The hotel was wonderful! Very impressed with the cleanliness! The only problem we had our entire stay was, we stayed 3 nights and preferred we did our laundry our last night before we left so we did not have to carry all our dirty laundry home. The front desk ended up running out of quarters, because we had to dry our clothes 2x to get them dry! Their dryers are AWFUL! The front desk ladies did come up with quarters out of their purses to help us! Thank goodness! The breakfast was pretty good. The pancake maker is very neat! Our kids LOVED it! The pool and both hot tubs need a good cleaning. Just smelled as if they just kept adding chlorine rather than draining and cleaning the hot tubs. Overall, a very nice stay!

I was impressed by the hotel. We stayed in a deluxe two queen, the price was good and the amenities were awesome, fridge and microwave. The downfall was the vent in the bathroom didn't turn on, and the soap for the bathroom was a 3 n 1 on the wall( like a antibacterial soap dispenser). The beds were nice and comfortable. Very clean. There is a panara bread right behind it and McDonald's, the ducks, and a store not too far. Plus they give you a book of coupons which was nice.

Upon check-in, found that we had been moved from Bldg 1 to Bldg 2 due to a leak, but only after clerk was telling me how to get to my room. He didn't point out the change, I had to ask about it. Booked Bldg 1 to be in same bldg as pool for kid-friendliness. NO sort of concession or anything offered. Simply said I could get a refund and go to another hotel. Quite disappointed in front-desk. Otherwise, stay was nice. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Housekeeping was extremely efficient and kind. Breakfast wasn't bad, either.

my friend needed to get away...so branson here we came! I usually stay at another hotel but was for a fridge in the room. our room was spotless, beds comfie, and close to most everything. I stayed in building one after looking at reviews. I was not disappointed.

Great Hotel with a great breakfast! Was treated great in a great town! A++

Very comfortable beds & pillows. A very clean hotel with a nice friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the grand oaks hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The second night we were there our air conditioner broke. Maintenance came to our room immediately and we moved to a new room. Breakfast was good. Our girls loved it. Our only complaint would be that the pools are in different buildings. The building we were in had the outdoor pool and the building up the hill had the indoor pool and hot tubs. It wasn't convenient. We travel to Branson about twice a year and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. They are remodeling so some thing were not perfect, but they were clean and the personnel were friendly. The A/C had some trouble keeping up, but what would you expect with 104 degrees! I will stay again!

This is the second time we stayed here!! It's clean and very comfortable.. The indoor pool was great too!! If you want and a clean nice place to stay in Branson please try Grand Oaks you will not be disappointed and the price was nice too!!!

me and my husband went there for our 1 yr and we loved it its a great place to stay nice and clean and the staff we really nice love it planning on stayong there again sometime!!!

even on a off season, this is still a quiet get away location for the pair of us. we have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with the service and staff. clean rooms and new bedding make a good combination. we enjoyed ourselves.

Room was very clean. The hot water was not working but overall a nice place to stay. We went in the winter and be advised most of the hotels and shows in Branson are closed.

Good location off strip, friendly staff ,nice indoor pool. Light breakfast, clean rooms. Heat was a little slow to respond in our room, it was 28 degrees outside and 60 in our room when we checked in. It took about 2 hours for the room to warm up to 70. If you are going in the warmer months this won't be a problem for you.

Our stay was enjoyable. The heater in the room was not working but, it was fixed quickly and Lee from the front desk called us to make sure we were satisified.

This was our first stay at the Grand Oaks. We stayed in Building One. The pillows left something to be desired, but the room was one of the cleanest we've seen in a hotel/motel anywhere at any price. The room was stocked with extra pillows & blankets. We were on the lower floor. Parking was outside our window, but we didn't notice noise from cars or in the hallway. Breakfast was good & the man responsible for the area was excellent. Food items were kept filled, everything was clean & he was very friendly & customer oriented.

Nice hotel centrally located near the 76 strip and close to many attractions. Hotel is in a nice quiet area several blocks from the strip so it is convenient but quiet. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. The Jacuzzi suite is quite nice. FYI our room was in building one. Nice hotel for the price and would stay there again.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the breakfast was good. The bed was hard and obviously very old. The pillows were less than an inch thick. Room description on hotels.com says every room has a jetted tub, this is untrue. Our tub was unjetted and very small with a short shower head. If you desire a refrigerator, it'll be an extra fee for each night you are there. All in all, there is absolutely no chance we will stay at this hotel again, nor will we recommend it to anyone.

Our room was wonderful. Very clean & the bed was very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor & had a great view & since it was close to Christmas the lights were beautiful. The employees at the hotel were very friendly & the next morning we had the breakfast they offered which was very good. We are going to stay at this hotel on all our future visits because we "know" it is nice, clean & friendly.

We were very happy we chose Grand Oaks Hotel. The lady at the desk was so nice when we checked in. The room was very spacious, we had two queen beds. My husband loved the breakfast! It was in walking distance to McDonalds, Wal-Mart, Grocery Store in a small mall(which included free entertainment) It was close to shows, yet off the main road. We stayed on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of Christmas lights! We will stay again for sure next time we go to Branson!

Overall we loved it. Two 80+ year olds and two mid-50s. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice, parking was ample and convenient. Location was excellent, next door to McDonalds and Walmart. No place in Branson appears to be without hills, so that is simply a given. Short drive to all shows. Easy drive to Silver Dollar City and the lake. The hatchery was a pleasant surprise to walk through. Two "minor" recommendations - add yogurt to the breakfast - it will satisfy a lot of people. Find a way to remove remnants of smoke smell in rooms. Our room had a very faint smell, after a couple minutes you didn't notice, but when you walked in - there it was. Great place to stay, would stay again and recommend it to friends and family. No problems with internet either! Just too busy to use it. ;-)

The location of Grand Oaks is great, right off the strip. We spent 3 nights at the hotel, Oct. 13-16. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are okay. The pool needs some scrubbing, the tiles on the sides have some green algae growing. Breakfast is included, but it is not the greatest. For the price and location, the hotel is a good place to stay.

The hotel was very nice, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Take your own pillows, though!

Our stay at the Grand Oaks was wonderful and the stay was simply great. From walking in the door and Kathi helping us at the front desk to Alice greating us at breakfast. Our rooms were always clean and everyone was always willing to help from recommendations on restaurants to shows... we were even able to purchase show tickets right in the hotel at a discount price... (second row seats to the Jim Stafford Show!!) Everyone there was wonderful! The pool was great the kids enjoyed themselves so much... great location... we made late night runs to McDonalds... walked to the Ducks, Walmart and the Strip to shop, we enjoyed Panera Bread next door. If you want a great vacation for a family at an affordable wonderful place!! This is it!!!

Take your towels to the pool. There are no towels in pool area. FYI: You have access to more than one pool and may eat breakfeast at hotel next door !

We had four rooms booked, they were all next to each other and clean. Location was close to 76 which was really a plus for us! No complaints from our group. Thank you Brenda

The hotel sets on the Yellow Route just off of the main strip. Walking distance to many of the main restaurants and shows. The hotel is divided into two buildings with Bldg 1 being new and having an indoor pool with jacuzzi and Bldg 2 being an older renovated hotel with outdoor pool. The breakfast was okay. The eggs were watery and the sausage was brown-n-serve but the waffles were good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The noise level from other guests in Bldg 2 (where we stayed) was high and you could hear individuals talking as they walked in the hall and in the room above us. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a new pillowtop mattress and extra pillows. The chairs in the room were also very comfortable and the business desk was convenient. The price was very good for the area it is located and I think it is an excellent choice for families.
