Room was clean. No problems. They are doing a lot of renovations.

It was fine for one night, close to restaurants ad the expressway. The price was right.

The place had great staff that made me feel welcome. The place was clean, convenient and priced right for my needs. I have stayed there several time and plan to stay there in the future.

i dont think i was happy from the start considering i waited while the person behind the desk and the maintenance man were standing their having their bull session. the man or i would say kid behind the counter was about as unprofessional you could be. i dont know how old this motel is but it seemed rundown and not very clean. inside of the rooms i almost didnt want to take my shows off and it just didnt look clean at all, someone had used the toilet and not flushed when we got their also. not going to say more, just not very happy.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Your front desk clerk TRUDY was very pleasant and friendly. She was fun to talk to and a pleasure to be around!

We stayed 4 nights and have no complaints. Check-in was quick, even with a new gal training. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They are upgrading the rooms so we had the new A/C unit, but still had the small t.v. which we didn't turn on. I have a bad back so was worried about the mattress. I slept good - bring an extra pillow. Room pillows were very thin. Close to eating places and not too far from the lake. The breakfast was the usual fruit, cereal, muffins, waffle maker etc. If we visit that direction again, we would stay without hesitation. The hotel is non-smoking but sometimes people sneak a smoke anyways. Our room smelled fresh. We did have to slice thru the smoke from the smokers outside of the building, but only for the weekend.

I will never stay there agian. I had my son with me which he is only one years old and was worried something was going to crawl on him. We had to sleep on top of the covers because there were hairs under the blankets. In the bathroom it looked like someone came in a brushed there hair and left it on the floor and instead of the cleaning it up they swept it behind the door. I told the front desk lady that the room was really dirty and she says why didn't you tell some one at the front desk ummmmmm I am tell you cause ur at the front desk. I will never stay there again.

Wouldnt want my dog sleeping here, went to Kenosha for a high school reunion and thought this was a dif hotel than it was. I found so much dirt when I cleaned some spots in the room with the Clorox wipes my wife packed me, I was afraid to put my head Aton the pillow do I slept on my shirt. Dirty place....spend a little more and go somewhere else.

We just needed a room for a quick overnite stay. That is pretty much what this hotel would be good for. The room was in desperate need of an upgrade. My daughter went to open up the shower curtain and the whole bracket ripped right out of the wall. The room needed some repairs! The continental breakfast was the typical-waffle makeer,fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, juice and coffee. Everything there was fresh and tasty!

My sister and I gave the Hotel a B for effort, they are trying to make upgrades but it is being done with little attention to the small details.

Phones didn't work,didn't have enough towels in the room and when you went to get more they told you they didn't have any clean ones. also when you asked for something for your room you would have to ask 3 to 4 times and you be lucky to get.

the shower rod was broken so the curtain wouldn't stay closed. Breakfast was limited to yogurt, cereal, and prepackaged cinnamon rolls that were no where near good.

The room was so dirty we slpet with our shoes on.my pillow smelled like mens colonge.i will never ever stay at this location again

Wow, This is by far the worst Super 8 I've ever stayed in! The place smelled, the carpets were very stained, the furniture was stained, the room was very dirty, holes in the walls, electrical outlets falling out of the wall, HVAC that rattles so much you can't sleep...should I go on???

A decent stay for the price. Hotel needs a major renovation. Patched holes in wall, room getting run down. The bed was slanted from the center of the bed to the edge. I would probably stay again but this hotel is overdue for renovation.

We applaud the efforts to implement technology to improve energy efficiency - but it was completely non-intuitive - instructions need to be posted in the rooms. Also, the outlet for the coffee maker did not work and the coffee maker itself needed instructions. Would definitely stay there again - very courteous and knowledgeable personnel, nice room, etc.

OK for the price. Just be aware there are no elevators if you have a 3rd story room.

Its a super 8, and I wasn't expecting much. Nice place to stay for the money. If you just need a place for the night to sleep I'd recommend it. The whole place kinda smells like cig smoke. Weird because there is a sign in my room saying its been state law against smoking in hotels since July 2010. So it could use a good cleaning. My sheets had some cig burns as well. Nice flat screen, cable and Internet. Controllable digital thermostats. The staff was very nice when I asked for a late check out. Wish my room didn't smell though, now my clothes probably stink as well. Good bang for your buck though.

I stayed at this hotel on business. I understand it was cheap and that the surrounding area is decent, but the walls need some serious paint and patchwork because it looks very bad. There were small holes in the walls, super bad ventilation, and the windows hadn't been cleaned in ages. I wouldn't recommend it. Additionally, there were only like 3 options in the vending machine.

First I do have something very positive, the staff was wonderful, very helpful. The building was showing it's age in some places, but had been updated with a thermostat for the air, which is much better than doing it manually, and also a new flat screen TV. When I checked onto my room, and turned back the spread, there was a bit of something on the top sheet, like a sprinkle of fine dirt, not sure what. The rest of the room seemed pretty clean. The front desk clerk came and changed the sheets right away. Breakfast was OK, the usual stuff, they did have waffles. Overall It was a good value for the money, maybe just caught housekeeping on a bad day.

Great place if you are only spending the night and plan to head out in the morning. I would not recommend this location for a long weekend. fresh waffles certainly made the morning!

Being a Super 8, I wasn't expecting much more than a bed to sleep on. The hotel condition was mediocre at best. We were checked into a third floor room and then found out there was no elevator. The climate controls in the room were confusing, as we were told at the front desk that all rooms have some sort of control by the front door that accepts the room key and activates the thermostat on the wall. This room had the controls, but they were not connected to the AC which operated with the knobs on the AC unit. Confusing! The bathroom had a door which never fully shut because the door was swollen or warped. And the bathroom light had a push button which required several stabs to turn the light on or off. If the owners would invest a little in the upkeep of the hotel, the stay would have been much more pleasant. Service on the other hand was much better. I called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in late. The person on the other end was quite helpful, as was the woman who checked us in late at night.

This Hotel doesn't even look like the photo. Very Dirty. Never had towels in the room. The first room wasn't even cleaned it was filthy and the second room dirty. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. When told staff they didn't even care. and said it is what it is.

This is not a 3 star hotel. I was locked out of my room for 2 1/2 hours with a child that needed to get to sleep. After waiting an 1 1/2 for owner to get there. He was able to open our room, but proceeded to tell us it was our fault and we could have a refund if we left. It was 10pm by this time with all other hotels in area full. Really left with no choice. Along with this problem the hotel needs many repairs and upkeep. Breakfast was poor. Couldn't keep the room cool. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Will not be returning next year!

Stayed at this hotel because we were looking for cheap--and cheap is what we got! Wasn't the cleanest place I've ever been to. Room smelt like a mixture of heavy cologne, feet, and musk. Hallways smelled like dirty feet. Woman at the front desk was rude, although the man who checked me in was very nice. Location seemed safe, but did not have time to check out the area. If you need a bed to sleep in for a night, it is do-able.

Hotel somewhat older and a little run down however the room was very clean and kept that way the whole time we stayed and the staff was friendly and helpful. It looks like they were doing some new landscaping :)

The hotel was basically what I expected: an adequate room and a basic but satisfactory breakfast. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I had problems with my phone and internet and no one was available to remedy them. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Room wasn't very clean, bathroom shower curtain was moldy, bathroom floor had big hairball behind the door, required a room key to be in a slot to run the AC, so had to leave a key in while we were gone so the room didn't go up to 76 degrees, blankets had cigarette burns. It was tolerable because of how close it was to the Bristol Renaissance Faire, but there are nicer hotels on the same street that would have been worth a few more bucks

Decent but basic place to stay for a night. My only complaint was the Sunday morning complementary breakfast ended at 10am - that's pretty early for a Sunday morning.

I didn't believe half of the horror stories I read about this place, but found out for myself that they are all true! We booked a room (online) with a fridge and microwave, we got only a fridge.Told by receptionist that not all rooms have a microwave. Upon arrival, the room smelled very musty. The carpet on the floor has not been cleaned in a long time. I am glad we bought our house shoes with us! The coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bedding looked questionable and the 2 pillows were as flat as pancakes. Before we slept in the bed we had to purchase Lysol, air freshener, a couple of pillows and a queen size throw. The maid carried out minimum cleaning to our room while we were out. The floor wasn't vacuumed and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. She left a "clean" white washcloth (with a massive gray colored stain on it) that looked like it was used to scrub the floor or clean the windows. (Glad we thought to bring our own towels!) There was an awesome flat screen TV in our room. What a shame it was hung on the wall without being set up. But, who goes on vacation to watch TV anyway? In the kitchen, the juice machine was out of order for the 2 days we were there. The drinking fountain was leaking and there was a dirty rag on the floor being used to soak up the leaking water. After seeing such an unhygienic kitchen, we didn't want to chance ending up in the ER with food poisoning! This hotel is obviously home to a number of transients, because I witnessed a couple of residents coming down from upstairs with big bags of laundry. The cleanest part of this hotel is the exterior!

It was an okay hotel for the price,but the non smoking rooms smelled like smoke and the shower wasnt the cleanest...

Expected a little better for the price. It was more the quality of Motel 6. There was no elevator for 3 floors. There was ONLY 1 ICE MAKER FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL! It was located on the 1st floor ALL THE WAY AT ONE END! Stairwells were hot & luggage was hard to bring up. They were very skimpy on towels. Could use updates.

I got what I paid for. The hotel was clean, safe, and well located. Nothing special, but I only needed a place to sleep. I would stay here again.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The only things that kept it from perfect was the breakfast and the TV. The breakfast was barely a continental breakfast. It had a waffle maker, a couple bagels, bread, and some cereal. The TV had lots of channels, but the changer only had up and down, so I had to go through every channel between 60-something and 3.

If you are in desperate need of just a good night's sleep, this would be the place to stay. There is no pool and you basically get a bed and a TV. The breakfast was questionable, so much so that my husband and I didn't stay for it. I wouldn't like to reccomend this to anyone.

This hotel was the cheapest option on Hotels. For the area, it sits among other more expensive properties. Don't expect much and expect to be placed on the 3rd floor with no elevator if you don't book through the Company website. Breakfast is best if you get there early, they don't replenish very well....waffle maker is a plus though.

this hotel doesn't have some ammenities, but it's reflected in the price. if u just need a basic place for a short stay; this is perfect for you.
