The hotel suited us just fine except it doesn't have a restaurant to get an evening meal.The comp. breakfast was good.

It was fine.

The hotel is clean, but there is nowhere to eat close by. McDonald's is right across the street, but you can't cross until you walk quite a way down the street. The front desk attendant was not very helpful when we asked for information about surrounding restaurants and transportation to the pier.

Everything I like. Hotel shuttle to and from airport. Good choices at breakfast. Frig, microwave,desk and easy chair with ottoman in room. Internet connection was very slow but workable. If I had stayed longer I would have used the nice appearing pool.

Had a problem and they fix it immediately

staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice too. I dont have a negative thing to say. Would def. stay again.

We stayed one day and night before a cruise. Good things: shuttle from airport, good, clean quiet room, adequate buffet breakfast, reasonably priced shuttle to cruise. Front desk was friendly. There was a pool if weather permitted. There were perfectly fine restaurants (pub, Thai, takeout) in plaza across the road and a more upscale-looking German restaurant a block down the street, but nothing but breakfast in the hotel. Less good: slight odor of spray/disinfectant in the room, a bit isolated - far from more attractive malls. Highly priced for what you get.

This hotel was perfectly acceptable for a quick one night stay pre-cruise. The hotel was full of not only cruise passengers, but also attendees of the national college football championship, but could not tell from our room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was adequate. Staff was very helpful. Transfer to cruise terminal was easy to arrange, sign up required at the front desk. Made the transfer from airport to cruise easy and stress-free.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was great. Breakfast was good. It is 20 minutes from Miami so I would recommend a closer place to stay if you plan to go into the city. The room had a damp smell when we checked in. I left the fan on in the bathroom all day/night and the smell was gone the next day.

Excellent hotel in all aspects. Only oats porridge mixed with sausage meat was horrible. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was surprised by the room size and comfort of the bed

Cons: The air conditioner didn't work well, the room was so hot - asked the reception and they didn't fix it. The breakfast was very simple and had terrible coffee. Pros: convenient location.

Friendly staff - Clean rooms - good breakfast prior to departure - would definitely stay here again.

just ok , they us the old the AC better if used the central air

We stayed here with our family the night before leaving for a cruise. The hotel is located in close proximity to the port along with a few restaurants and shops. We ended up eating dinner at Kiko's, the restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The food was good but was over prices. The shuttle to the port was pricey and would suggest taking a taxi if you want to save a few bucks. Make sure to take the taxi to the airport after the cruise and pay $20 with no waiting. Also make sure to get down to breakfast early in order to get a seat to eat. Gets busy around 8 AM until cruise time.

The only complaint I have is that I never received the wake up call I asked for!

If you are getting ready to go on a cruise, this place is perfect. Its literally about a 5 minute drive to the port. Across the street is a McDonalds and a 24 hour Dunkin Donut. It also provides a breakfast, which the only problem is everyone staying there are also going on a cruise so breakfast line moves slow. My only problem is that they charge per person for a trip to the port. I was with my family, which includes 6, so this was a bit pricey. When we returned from our cruise we stayed at the same hotel but took a cab back. It cost us less than twenty for all 6 of us. So if you are a family of 3 or more, just pay for a cab. Much cheaper!

Location was convenient to my job site.

My stay was excellent. The staff was extremely professional. The rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to others. You won"t be diappointed.

How come the second elevator is not working? I read this in previous comments that it was not working - and the one elevator is too slow!! Good location in getting to port for our cruise. Great breakfast.

This hotel was very nice! Close to airport in Fort Lauderdale.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and they have all the shuttles you need.

This hotel was great for us as we was looking for a room near Everglades Port. The price is cheap, the room is nice, have breakfast included..........great for transit hotel !!!!!

The property is very nice. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Close to a number of places to eat and pick up odds and ends. I chose this hotel because I was flying in to Ft. Lauderdale and cruising out of the Miami Port. I had called ahead to confirm that I could get a shuttle to the Miami Port. I was able to, but the desk people at first were confused about my request. Then I discovered the shuttle did not run until after noon. I also had to use the same shuttle for my return because I didn't know who else to call, and It could not pick me up from Miami until 12:45. That was very inconvenient. I have had much more convenient shuttles from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami Port in the past. The hotel itself, however was very nice and I recommend it.

The stay was great and the german resturant down the street was suberb.

The hotel is clean and the personel are very accomodating. It is close to a few eateries and a strip mall. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
