Paradise Park Resort and Spa - ארונה

We were unhappy with first room allocated but no prob with giving us another with room treats as compensation. Hotel v clean comfy and staff excellent. Decor other than bedrooms bit dated. Breakfast v busy and hectic but hotel full at time. We loved the choice of five pools esp the one beside the hotel apts.

We stayed in Junior Suite, lots of space,huge bed, separate shower and toilet.Great shows every night.Room could do with new face lift,but had a fab holiday.

Did what it said on the tin.Guests from across whole social spectrum.Large enough to find a quiet corner as one or two pool areas adults only.Food not bad at all for large scale catering.

I really like this hotel, staff are very friendly! it has its down sides as it is looking tired & worn in some places. We were in a Junior Premier Suite; would defo not booking anything lower than that has the standard rooms looked small. The suite was great, based over 2 floors, 2 bathrooms & baloneys & clean. Breakfast & lunch was loveley but not so keen on dinner. Very good parking around the hotel as we rented a car. Defo one of the better hotels/areas to stay in as you would not want to be based in Playa de Las Americas for your own safety! : )

We stayed for 7 nights from 17-24th sept. The staff were all extremely helpful if we ever needed anything, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each day. The adult only pools and sunbeds are a nice addition that give you somewhere a bit quieter to relax. The hotel is in a good location and has a supermarket a minutes walk down the hill. I'd recommend going into the main town for restaurants (only a 10 minute walk) as the ones nearby aren't great- apart from 'Olivers with a twist'- thats a minutes walk and is well worth going. It's the number 1 rated restaurant on trip advisor. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family

The hotel was actually ok, but I was very disappointed that the hotel chose to offer a free/ad supported internet service that basically did not work. The weekend I was at the hotel, my father became quite ill. My family was sending emails back and forth and it would sometimes take me 1 hour to read and respond to one email. That is because the cheap email service kept disconnecting, requiring me to log in, again and again. It was very frustrating. Probably not everyone will require internet as much as I did. But if you do need internet during your stay, keep away from this hotel. I would not return.

having booked a cheap hotel for the first part of our holiday in La Gomera we treated our selves to something a bit more exspencive, well what a disapointment, we were first given the wrong room, the room we got had a flower bed on the balcony but full of fag buts not flowers, it said all rooms had been refurbished but our room looked tired and old the air conditioning didnt really work either (left on all day and only got down to 26c), we went down to dinner, having read there was a dress code of long trousers, though a lot of people were wearing shorts and vest tops, the food was at best ok, i have never seen chips been cooked and called 'show cooking' before. Breakfast was not good either the orange juice was not real orange juice and was foul, i dont want to sound a snob as i eat my fair share of fast food but even Mac Donnalds serve real orange juice,this is meant to be 4 star. The staff are not particularly friendly i am trying to learn spanish and when ever i tryed here they just talk to you in english maybe they just dont have the time but would have been nice if they tried to help like our first hotel had, on cheak out we were told to wait while they checked to see if we had put anything on our room even though we were told in the bars we couldnt, then the receptionist just said "ok you can go" nice good bye i thought.

개인적으로 침대나 객실 상태는 별로였지만 부대시설은 좋았고, 특히 수영장이 많아 좋았지만, 한개가 밖에있는 것인지 몰라 못가봣는데 그것이 제일 좋아보여서 아쉬움이 있다. 식사또한 좋았음. 단지 객실상태가 주변 호텔들이나 리조트에 비해 좋지못했음. 위치는 관광객들이 많이 사는곳에있어 좋았고 바다까지 20분정도 느긋하게 걸으면 좋다. 셔틀도있음.

- Poolerna stänger 17:00 även taket så man inte ens får gå upp där. - när vi var där var tskpoolen helt avstängd 4 första dagarna utan att dom meddelat oss!! - Inge glass eller liknade - Tråkig frukost och lunch. - Små pooler - Dålig mat allmänt, fryspizza! + Vuxen poolen är bra och uppvärmd + Trevliga rum (vi valde att uppgradera till poolutsik) Helt ok men mer *** än ****

Dejligt hotel, ligger i yderkanten af Los Cristianos, langt til strand, dog kan gratis bus benyttes. Generelt dejligt hotel. Super god underholdning hver aften på hotellet. Balkon alt for lille og meget blæsende da der var en åbning ud til enden. Utrolig søde receptionister.

Belles piscines, personnel très gentil...petit bémol au niveau de la salle de bain inconfortable...pour ce qui est du restaurant très correct....emplacement un peu loin une voiture est très utile

Fint opphold. OK rom men slitt. Rommene ble holdt godt rene, luktet kloakk de første dagene, men det ble rettet etter at vi sa ifra.Servicen var det ingenting å utsette på, de var meget servicemindet, raske til å rette på tingene som vi kom med.Selve facelitetene var nok litt for mye slitt til at jeg vil si det er et 4 stjerners hotell, kansje heller si 3,5. Servicen var så god at vi gjerne kommer tilbake.

Habitacion algo vieja, necesita reforma, y con cierto olor a producto de limpieza al llegar. Desayuno muy ingles. El personal de la recepcion muy muy amable, lo mejor. Un buen detalle el cafe y los donus en la entrada, gracias.

Bra hotell. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Maten var dåligt tillagad, smaklös och förstörde vår upplevelse. Vi hade helpension men tvingades äta mycket utanför hotellet.

No roomservice is my only complain overall a good hotel.

I resepsjonen ble det tilbydt glimrende service. Utrolig imøtekommende når vi ba om å bli flyttet fra 1 til 5 etasje.

In questo hotel l'all inclusive non è del tutto all inclusive! in primo luogo se vuoi qualcosa dopo le 11 di sera devi pagarlo a prezzo pieno, e le bevande comprese nell'all inclusive sono 3 o 4, per le altre si deve pagare una maggiorazione. Tutto il resto è fantastico! Posizione perfetta, vicino al mare ma non nel caos! I pasti hanno una varietà molto ampia di scelta e anche gli orari sono buoni!

Meget behagelig hotell, romslige rom, meget serviceminded betjening. Tilgjengeligheten for vår rullestolavhengige medreisende var nesten bra, men baderommene holdt dessverre ikke mål idet det var vanskelig å benytte henholdsvis dusj, toalett og boblebadekar pga manglende tilpasning/handtak.

A great hotel and nice staff. The junior suite was as good as expected and even though we were close to the entertainment we heard no noice in our room at night. All in all a great hotel which we can only recommend!

Hotel Paradise Park, destacaría, el servicio, la limpieza y el clima del sur de Tenerife, las comidas estan muy bien, sin embargo cuando contrates media pensión o pensión completa las bebidas te las cobran aparte.

Hola, hemos estado este mes de agosto el en Hotel Paradise Park resort and spa y la verdad que volvemos encantados con el hotel. Al principio ibamos con un poco de miedo por no saber realmente lo que encontrariamos al llegar pero a sido un viaje inolvidable. El hotel en general es una pasada. Se nota que hace poco lo han reformado. Nosotros teniamos una junior suite y estaba muy bien equipada. Las piscinas estan muy bonitas y el personal del hotel es muy agradable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. El buffet del hotel esta muy bien. Casi siempre se repiten las mismas cosas aunque todos los dias cambian algunos platos. La verdad que estaba todo muy bueno. Despues de la cena siempre hacian espectaculos y habian algunos que estaban muy bien. Las unicas pegas que le encontramos al hotel: como esta rodeado de jardines, en nuestra habitacion (que era planta baja con terraza) matamos unas cuantas cucarachas. Creemos que es un poco normal por el tema del jardin pero podrian tomar alguna medida para evitar que entre en la habitacion. Esta todo muy orientado a clientes ingleses. En general estamos muy contentos con el hotel y lo recomendaremos a nuestros conocidos.

Pase tres noches por estar junto con la familia en este hotel. Mi gran decepción fue la falta de limpieza en habitaciones como en la zona del restaurante, te pegabas en las sillas. Lo mas increíble es que la primera noche nos sale una cucaracha del armario donde teníamos nuestra ropa colgada, y para colmo nos dejan sin luz toda la noche por avería de la compañía eléctrica Resumen una mala experiencia y hotel recomendado para güiris low cost. Una cosa, nos cambiaron la habitación por otra igual, aunque es engañosa la publicidad al contrataron por internet la calidad de las habitaciones. En resumen limpieza y desifeccion carecen de su ausencia.

El hotel no tiene la calidad esperada para un 4 estrellas, aunque la relación calidad-precio no está mal. Hemos estado 10 noches hospedados en una Executive Suite. La habitación aunque era muy amplia, no es que estuviera muy limpia. En 10 días cayeron 5 cucarachas. Y el baño tenía churretones por las paredes. Te cobran la caja fuerte y todo lo que consumas del minibar. La comida tampoco es lo mejor del hotel. Poca variedad, repetitiva, con mucha fritanga para los extranjeros. El pan y la bollería duros. Las piscinas están muy bien, sobretodo las del centro de ocio (hay que salir del hotel aunque están al lado). Las del hotel no están mal. Están muy chulos los jacuzzis y la piscina del solarium. No hay problemas con las hamacas. El SPA está bien. El circuito es barato y nos dimos un masaje. Está muy bien. Las zonas comunes son agradables aunque la fritanga de la cena sube hasta la séptima planta y huele todo el hotel. Todas las noches hay actuaciones en la discoteca aunque están bastante enfocadas al público extranjero, no están mal. Sólo hay 6 plazas de parking. El parking debajo del hotel es privado, auqnue en los alrededores se aparca bien. No ha estado mal pero mi mujer y yo no repetiremos ni recomendaremos este hotel.

Vi nødt opholdet rigtigt meget og alt fungerede til vores fulde tilfredshed. Venlig og imødekommende personale. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage næste forår.
