Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools - קנמור

With 3 adults and 2 young children, the chalet was the ideal set up for our stay. Easily located, reasonably priced, and very comfortable. The chalet was very clean and welcoming, the staff were all friendly and helpful with anything we requested. We did have a small problem with our phone not being able to dial out, and though they tried many things to fix it, it never was usable. But that was a small blip. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and our family had a great time splashing around. Would definitely stay here again!

our stay at the mystic springs hotel was very nice.......very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children......very clean .....everything you need in the chalet.....pool and hot-tub great ....convenient to main street...would book again.

cheap room, but you get what you pay for. not very clean and poorly equipped. would not stay there again.

Everything was great except the reason we chose this hotel was for the heated swimming pool and the hot tub. The swimming pool was NOT the temperature they stated and was FREEZING cold. The hot tub was not open the first morning and when I called the front desk I was told it was down for the day. Thankfully it was open before noon. The kids did swim even though it was cold and we used the hot tub. If you are going here for the heated pool, this is NOT the place for you.

The hotel had very comfortable beds, the place was clean and the staff friendly. I am picky but the vents had dust on them.

Other than no stainless steel appliances, which is being very picky! This place was amazing, and the condo was virtually sound proof, when we arrived the neighbors had two very noisy dogs, and we couldn't hear them at all. Plus we where quite loud as well

Nice stay, but hot tub closed (by order of Alberta Health Services). Kids were looking forward to using it. Happy with the room though.

We had five Adults and one three year old stay in one chalet, there was plenty of room and the facility was great. I would recommend this place to anyone for any type of getaway!

It was fantastic, clean,cozy, friendly staff, will definitely go back.

Everything was wonderful except we didn't get the free bathrobes that were stated in the brochure. Other than that we had a great stay.

Would definitely book again. Lovely mountain view. Very clean room. Nice to have a kitchen facility. This was our last stop of our trip and it completed our trip on a great note. Wonderful way to end our trip.

Comfortable conditions with all the amenities that you require to make our stay comfortable.

My husband and I took both sets of our parents to the mountains for a few days while they were visiting us. We planned on driving to different locations each day so this was a great place for us to be - clean, space for all 6 of us, and easy access to the Trans Canada. It's about a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Canmore. The hotel was clean with rustic/cabin type decor. However there weren't enough dishes provided for the 6 of us. Only enough for 4 people so we had to make do when eating our meals at the hotel. The pool and hot tub were a nice feature, but kind of weird there was no curtain on the door of our place that faced it. It'd be nice to have that for more privacy. Overall a good place for someone who is looking to stay for a few days, wanting access to a kitchen, and doesn't need anything fancy.

You need blinds on doors to pool side something for privacy.

We had a good time. Pool was very nice. Our room could have been a bit more clean . It looked like cat or dog food on floor of our bedroom. The location was very good for us very close to Banff. We would stay again.

We recently stayed at the Mystic and were thrilled. We were only sorry that our stay wasn't longer, though we have already decided to go back in the winter. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful, giving personal attendance to help with any issues. This is a great home away from home for families with all amenities available on-site. A variety of restaurants and activities are available within a 10 minute drive. My whole family recommends this hotel.

Excellent. Only problem was traffic on the adjacent highway, which was noisy.

This was a fantastic stay!! we stayed 2 nights and would definitely go again! We stayed in a chalet that was more like a house. upstairs had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1 was an en suite. Full lounge area with kitchen diner with everything we needed. the pool was fabulous and warm and an excellent hot tub. I cannot say anything bad about this 'hotel' would highly reccommend it and would choose it over any other in the area. this is a family orientated hotel not far from the centre of Canmore if you need it. I had visitors over from the Uk and they were very impressed!

Maid service to make up room would have nice.

Well a hot pool is a basic pool with warm water, the water was cold, hot tub broken. The name is deceiving there are no hot springs here. Great sized townhouse with 2bed 2 bath. Honestly for what we paid not worth it. Dissapointed.

Overall it was nice, rooms and bathrooms were clean, the unit could use an update on a few things but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Overall I would give the Mystic Springs Chalet and Hot Pools a thumbs up, probably a 4. Quality of the hotel service was great! Anytime we had a "problem" they were very accommodating and prompt to help out quickly and efficiently! The condition of the chalets were great. There were 3 BBQ's and all worked, had utensils out for you to use and a bucket for dirty used ones, which was nice! The pool was working and was awesome, the Hot Tub was not :( It was about approximately 9 degrees celsius while we were there and it would have been great to use the hot tub. They had it roped off and it said that it was not sanitary to use due to a filter that needed replacing per the sanitation department. Cleanliness of the chalet when we arrived was great, but DO NOT expect housekeeping to be extensive while there. It was sub par at absolute best! Comfort was fantastic. Locations was great, you could ride/walk to the grocery store in 10 minutes by walking or probably 5 by bike. Downtown was only a few minutes further and to the Nordic Center or hiking right by was only a 5 minute car ride! It was an awesome location! Surrounding neighborhood was all condos/townhouses, so it was all the same as you are staying in. They had storage for golf clubs/skis outside the room right by your entrance, closets for hanging coats, a nice fully usable kitchen, closets in the room, iPod dock and flat screen tv! It was a great place to stay for us and we would definitely go back again.

The room was nice, but we got there, the internet did not work, the hot pool wasn't even warm, and in the morning, we ran out of hot water after 2 people showered.

We had picked the Mystic Springs Chalets and Hot Pools because of the hot pools. Unfortunately the pools were closed for furnace replacement, and they made no compensation or arrangements for us to use any other pools in the area, not even at their sister property!!! Rather disappointing! The units are all undergoing renovations so there were no curtains up on the lower level, though they did come and hang blankets at the window. The chalets were great for 4 or 5 ladies to a unit because of the bedding, 1 king, 2 doubles and a queen hide abed. Units would be no good for handicapped though as both bathrooms were upstairs. Full kitchen facilities. Quiet location. Beds were a little hard,

Great weekend, wonderful place to stay, our room was huge, felt like an apartment! So wonderful and relaxing

Went up to Canmore for the night to celebrate my 36th b-day with friends and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The patio doors opening up to the heated pool and hot tub definitely gave that relaxed vacation feel. The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. There were a couple of maintenance issues (holes in the klitchen ceiling where a light fixture had been moved and the heat register covers were bent and posed a bit of a hazard when walking in the bedrooms upstairs) but other than these few issues the place was perfect! The pool was warm and clean and the desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this place! We are all planning to return with our kids this time so they can enjoy the pool too!

the facilities were fabulous for anyone travelling with children. the gentleman at the checkin desk was so friendly and accommodating. invited the kids to stop by and take advantage of their games room, which has xbox kinect, flat screen tv, 2 pingpong tables, fuze ball table and a vareity of games. the pool is outside and heated and available year round. we will definitely be back.

Good place for families, friendly with pets, due for some smaller repairs but clean and functional.

An awesome place to spend a weekend. The facilities are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Close to hiking trails and just a wonderful relaxing time.

We had read reviews for the Mystic Springs Chalets and were not sure if we made the right choice to stay there or not but I'm glad we did. The location was easy to get to, the service was good, our place was clean & quiet with enough room for our family of five, and the kids had fun in the outdoor pool. We had a King bed and 2 doubles, plus the living room had a pull out sofa bed. Not an awful lot of space, but more than sufficient for us. Our chalet was in the middle and we did not hear any traffic noise at all, and outside common area noise was nonexistent after the 10 pm quiet time. It would have been nice to have the hot tub running, but knew from reading previous reviews that it wasn't, so we phoned directly to make sure that the pool was working and it was. The first night we stayed was a weeknight and we had the whole pool to ourselves! We stopped at Safeway in town about 5 mins away to get milk and groceries so we could cook our own meals. Everything was provided - regular pots and fry pans, roaster, utensils, dishes, mixing bowls, tea pot, kettle, toaster, microwave, even a bbq for our steaks. Though this was our first time staying in a chalet place such as this, we would definitely stay there again - well worth the price we paid. Little things like dead batteries in the tv remote and needing extra towels were handled promptly by the staff as soon as we asked. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
