Quite comfortable, worth recommending. Only negative point was the a.c. Cooling at night which was quite unsatisfactory

Very good rooms, fantastic food and very friendly staff. I have stayed at this hotel many times and enjoy my stay without fail. The only negative is their rigid/ inflexible online booking rules. In the latest incident, by mistake I booked a room for two adults(the default setting) and all that I wanted was to correct it to single adult. There was no way of doing this without incurring penalty of a one night cancellation charge! So I had to silently suffer the unnecessary expense of 2 adults room tariff.

Superb service, great gym with a view, excellent restaurants in hotel and private car with driver to see the sights of Mumbai.

ok , i enjoyed my stay, services was excellent

We got a really good rate here for the night of January 1st, so we took it and it was worth every penny. Very good breakfast buffet too.

Fantastic...

Stay was pretty good, being a member of this hotel, the hotel is dam strict with the check out procedures. Though, I made a 12 hour late check in the previous day.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful, perfectly clean, excellent staff ... I cannot fault this hotel in any way. I highly recommend people to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay inside the hotel only and out side the location was not good

The hotel staff were very attentive, including the service staff at the restaurants. Felt like a VIP everywhere in the hotel.

Step inside and you are treated to five star hotel and a high level of personal service.e The relative price is high for Mumbai. A slightly negative comments is that the staff may get overly close at times. They give you no space to breath, sometimes overwhelming the guest with questions on how the they like the food, how is the hotel. However, keep in mind the friendly Indian culture and their total commitment to please the guest. The hotel staff was 100% kind and friendly in every possible way. So, although I mention it, I also realize this is India hospitality. Very much enjoyed my 6 day stay at this lovely hotel. I conducted all my business inside and did not venture out. I would not recommend walking around outside of the hotel grounds in any Mumbai' hotels. Too many wild dogs roaming the streets and guests/tourists become an instant curiosity. Bottom line, this is a good business destination hotel, certainly not a tourist destination. It fit my purpose perfectly.

D hotel has one of d most comfortable beds.. shopping mall is just 5 min drive from d hotel......n d in house resturant is d place where u can find d best north indian cusine...

great hotel.only grouse is that car that was sent to pick us up was too small for a family of 4 with 4 suitcases and hand luggage

Very comfortable with a very accommodating staff.

Good but no WiFi was a huge dissapointment. Hotels.com website states wifi is free, only upon arrival to hotel we realised that this was not the case. Being a 5star business hotel, providing free WiFi should be the norm as per all other Mumbai hotels of same standard.

They went right in and appeared to clean my room even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Reasons being, people's safety! people have died! there is a musty smell if they on't service in 2 hours!! What? Really?? And after all that they did not seem to care about people's privacy. Just said they would put a note on MY account next time to respect the privacy notice.

Bad service, lots of noise above our room & in the lobby (repairs and construction), and many promises with no results. I don't recommend this hotel. It is not the one near the airport.

We stayed for one night, and was very happy with the stay. The morning buffet breakfast was also very nice. Exceptnial service. Will surly recommend it to others.

Better room, much better service, better bar, and my prices were nearly the same.

New and well appointed hotel with excellent service and staff. The location is more in the city center and the surrounding are crowded. However, unless going for a walk is a top priority for you this hotel is very comfortable, has excellent onsite services and good food and bar.

great location, the surrounding area is nice too. but hotel tired. buffet good but pricey at 1350 rps compared to others around, lots of desserts but it you close your eyes they all kind of taste the same. The staff though are really amazing! friendly, helpful. only 4 beds near the pool to lay in the sun.

As always location of the hotel would be based upon your purpose of visit. Traffic in Mumbai can lead to many delays and limits the number of meetings you can have in a day. The hotel was very convenient to the areas I had to visit. Staff was excellent (with the exception of possible credit card fraud which can't be proven completely). I would stay here again without any hesitation.

The ITC Grand Central was excellent. It catered to every need and the staff worked their hardest to make sure I had a pleasurable stay. From the doorman that greeted us, to the room service deliveryman, all of the staff were polite and attentive to our needs. The room was also in great shape with a very comfortable bed and a big clean bathrooom. When our ride was 2 hours late picking us up after check out, the porters and doorman were all very helpful to make the delay as pleasant as possible and often offered to set up another ride for us. They were very helpful in setting us up in the lounge to let us relax and read papers while they kept an eye out for our ride. This was by far the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to India.

Fonctionnel mais nous avons été obligé de prendre un rickshaw pour le moindre déplacement... 5 km environ des choses à voir...En plus nous ont été facturés les petits déjeuners des enfants. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi, car ils étaient bien mentionnés dans notre réservation.

部屋は入ったとき　汗臭く　ボーイにリフレッシュするフレグランスを持ってきて消してもらった程でした。でもセキュリティーがしっかりしていて　テロに対して　お客を守る姿勢がすごくよかった

Meget mondænt hotel med god service. Dyrt men man får ogaå noget for pengene. Fantastisk morgenmads buffet og venligt personale der ikke render en på dørene konstant, som man ellers kan blive udsat for her i Indien.

nous avions choisi l'ITC pour terminer dans d'excellentes conditions notre séjour en Inde , l'accueil fut a la hauteur de ces 5 étoiles : chaleureux, check in matinal, petit déjeuner offert: la classe; en revanche, nous avions choisi la formule "exécutive club" qui donne droit à des boissons soft dans la journée et un apéro en soirée, nous apprenons que l'ITC propose une formule différente style happy hour: un verre acheté, un verre offert mais au prix du verre, on accepte mal cette situation; nous avons du parlementer longtemps pour obtenir ce que nous avions payé!!! et tout au long de la journée, on nous a soufflé le chaud et le froid; en conclusion, nous avons eu le sentiment de faire l'aumône alors que nous avons payé cette prestation! d'autre part, l'eau de la piscine intérieure est trop froide et les joints sont sales: indigne d'un tel hôtel! il est enfin trop fréquenté par des hommes d'affaire, bruyant et le quartier ne présente aucun interêt: il est loin de tout!!!

従業員の方達の対応が大変よく、ベッドと枕の質が良いため、ぐっすり眠れました。 プライバシーも保たれし、いうことなしです。 ただ、周辺には何もないのでホテルでの食事となりました。でもまた泊まりたいなぁと思うホテルです。

best one for biz and travel
