beds were comfortable. noise level satisfactory. will stay again

MY FIRST TIME AT AERO INN, BUT WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS MOTEL AS A DESTINATION STOP IN KALISPELL. THE HELP WAS C OURTEOUS, THE ROOM COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, CANT BEAT IT FOR THE PRICE!

nice older hotel but a little far away from most shopping

Our beds were fold down, as in out of the wall. Not sure why. Uncomfortable, smelled bad. Won't stay here again, even if it is cheap.

Convenient location and well worth the rate

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downfall was that our room was on the second floor and we had to pack our shopping upstairs to organize it and then back down the stairs to the car to load.

I was very disappointed in many things. The beds were brick hard, the blankets were so old and "pilly" and scratchy, there was no soap in the shower dispenser, and if you wanted shampoo you had to buy it from a vending machine downstairs!! The "continental breakfast" didn't even offer fruit or yogurt not to mention any type of egg or meat. I guess the only thing thing I will say is that it was quiet and the staff was nice.

I really like the Aero Inn. Very friendly staff. I've stayed a couple of times and have been very happy with my stay, except for one thing. When I walk down the hallway to my room I often smell someone smoking pot. Perhaps you can put the smokers at the end of the hallway so the nonsmokers don't have to walk by this...Otherwise this place is great.

I have stayed here before....but this hotel has gone downhill...and I do not plan on staying here again.....the breakfast is a joke.....the carpet is filthy.....not impressed at all.....on a positive....the staff is friendly....but there are dogs running loose in the lobby most of the time.....I am a dog lover but its just not very professional.....

Not enough parking spaces as many motorcyles taking up all of the spaces. Perhaps 2 bikes could be parked in one space. Walls are thin as we could hear our neighbors conversation when they woke up very early in the morning

Truly a budget hotel....thin sheets, my top sheet was torn. Thin towels, no hair dryers in the room. Horrible continental breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and always available. The hotel is quiet, you could barely tell there were others around (other fancier hotels have paper thin walls). The rooms were very clean. The hotel is old and has the of a smell of an old building. I did not find it offensive but definitely noticable. There was A/C but just a window unit so it was very noisey, however, I was thankful to have it. The bed was on the firm side but not uncomfortable. Overall, it served our purpose. We only needed it to sleep.

They were nice enough, even though completely booked, to change us to the bottom floor so we wouldn't have to climb stairs. And, they were very nice and friendly staff. Our non-smoking room was across the hall from the smoking rooms and other guests stood in the hall and smoked and it came right into our room. I guess we should have stayed upstairs, maybe it would have been better. Overall...not too bad. The pool was comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room we a stayed in. Really don't like the plastic mattress pads!

I book this as near airport but the airport is about 20 minutes away. The building is old but front service was good. I enjoyed the coffee service at lobby. I hope they had internet service. After 7days camping, we are happy to take hot shower and it was fine for our purpose of stay.

Indifferent management attitude. Stay at another hotel!

The smell of cigarette smoke permeates the lobby as you enter...we had to stay in a smoking room due to availability which had a very strong smell as well. Overwhelming actually. The rooms reflect the 'value' pricing so you get what you pay for. Besides the smell, the rooms were ok...albeit a little run down. Great location and the staff was friendly. We were just stopping over on our way to other destinations in Montana, so the Aero Inn served its purpose for us.

r was a huge horseshow in town so I felt lucky to find the room. There was a nice space for doggies and the staff was very friendly.

I thought the hotel was fine for what I needed. Thank you.

All in all it was a posative exterience except for teh employee smoking section being located at the front door and it seemed that everytime we came and went the employees were smoking casuing us to walk through their cloud to reach the hotel. I would suggest creating a out of site employee smoking area so that the guests don't need to be subjected to it.

overnight by the airport - convenient, friendly and clean. Good price - what more could you ask for?

it served it's purpose. felt like it was in a renovated ymca building. heavy on the cinder block. linens crumply. fitted sheet coming off mattress and covering a plastic sheet of some kind which crinkled when you moved. ok continental breakfast.

The Aero Inn is a little farther away from the main shopping areas then some hotels, but still easy enough to locate. No shampoo in the rooms so be sure to bring your own! Continental breakfast in the lobby and, if you are lucky, you might be able to get coffee later in the day as well. (no coffee makers in the room). The room was clean, with no odour. Extra pillows were given to us on request.

Although we had a non smoking room there was still that "smell" from the rooms on the main floor that were smoking. It was truly a bad smell.

Convenient, reasonable, clean, and the staff were courteous and very helpful in every regard. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

This is an average hotel at a bargain basement price. If you don't mind average decor, average cleanliness, average service and an average free breakfast then I highly recommend the Aero Hotel. If you want a five star hotel, do not go to this hotel. At the Aero you have a safe place to sleep and convenient and friendly service. Do not expect anything more. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted.....cheap accomodation in a reasonably well run hotel. It met all our needs and paid half of what other hotels were charging. If you are looking for great inexpensive accomodation then I highly recommend this hotel! Cheers, Dave

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly but there was a smoking room right next door to mine. The hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke upon my arrival. Bedding was old though clean. The bed was hard so I ended up buying an eggcrate to get through the next night. Not the place for business travel if you need to get a good nights sleep.

Stay was fine. Friendly staff and easy to find.

Pretty utilitarian, but no complaints. Price was good, internet was find and breakfast was good.

Very basic accomodations, lobby smells musty, room was ok, cinderblock painted walls, TV with DVD player was nice. Price was inexpensive, so you get what you pay for...no frills. It served its purpose for a very basic hotel to rest your head for the night.

I chose this hotel for it's proximity to the smaller Kalispell airport and savings. It is your basic "Budget stay".

front clerk very friendly and helpful plastic on the bed under the sheets which we didn't care for room seemed noisy from other rooms or the hall - maybe the block walls?

Not so bad , large rooms. Pool Ok. Hot Tube and Sauna hot in the afternoon . breakfast not great but sufficient. Very friendly elder Lady at the front office in the evening.

Overall we were pleased with the Aero Inn. We came to Kalispell to golf and enjoy the community so we were really just looking for a reasonably priced hotel and a clean place to sleep as we truly were away from the hotel all day. The rooms are small, but sufficient for what we needed. If you intend to spend a lot of time in the room, this may not be for you. I was pleased with cleanliness of the room, although appearance is older looking and our table leg was worn, the room was certainly clean. We packed mattress foam based on other reviews we read, so we slept comfortable each night. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. The continental breakfast was simple (cereals and breads), yet good enough to get us started for the day. We sat in the hot tub each night and I did notice the clean up around the tub could have been improved, however the water appeared clean and we had no negative reactions from it. The only concern I would say I had was that as the doors are heavier and if not supported when closing them, they slam. We heard several doors slamming throughout the night and early in the morning; this was a little frustrating. We had a non-smoking room; however the smoking rooms were a few doors down so needless to say the smell of smoke was very apparent in the hallways. All in all though, if I was just staying two-three nights I would book here again, if I was staying any longer I would be inclined to look for a little more comfort.

the rating gave it a two, but it was a one...no view and the bed was not comfortable

This is a slightly above average motel under the shadow of a larger upscale chain hotel next door. We missed the amenities of a microwave and refrigerator in the room. We asked staff each day to make the bed but not change the towels. They did not make the bed and changed the towels each day. Continental breakfast was barely OK. Rooms were clean and quiet. The motel had major roof repairs on the day of our departure. Good timing for us.

I was not expecting very much, but was pleasantly surprised by the room, My main concern is always if the room is clean and comfortable. And this hotel was both.
