Comfort Inn and Suites Ann Arbor - אן הרבור

This hotel was fine, not nice or overly clean but it was fine. I will not stay again due to the excessive noise of guests up and down the hallways after midnight. The hotel staff did nothing to try and quiet these people. It was a miserable night that could have been fine if the hotel staff would have taken time to ask these loud,, inconsiderate people to quite down or leave. If they allow this kind of behavior once I'm sure it would not be any different next time... so there won't be a next time for me.

The staff was wonderfull, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was fine, not fancy but clean. The staff however made my stay great, I stayed a week and they never stopped looking out for me.

This Comfort Inn is not up to the standard of others I've stayed in. The front door didn't work properly, hallways and elevators dirty, general appearance of neglect. I won't be staying here again.

Hotel is conveniently located to Ann Arbor. Great place to stay when visiting the Big House for a game!

We were in town the night before the U of M vs. MSU football game. We got in a little later than expected but the hotel staff was very helpful in getting us a cab and downtown ASAP to meet our friends. They also gave us suggestions on how to best get around to the game the next day.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful man at the front desk Unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel itself is fine, but when coming to Ann Arbor I will not choose to stay here again. Very loud barking dog on the floor that the man at the front desk refused to address.

I really enjoy the comfort inns, they offer a great hotel with hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. They are always clean and very welcoming, the rooms are all very nice,

The television didn't have a good picture. We called and complained and they sent someone up and they said that it was bad and they would call the company. We didn't hear anything. We decided to go out, seeing the TV was horrible to watch, and stopped by the front desk to tell them we were going out and did they hear back from the cable people. He said yes they would fix it tomorrow. We said we won't be here tomorrow? He said here is the phone number to the cable people you call them. Other issues: we went to make coffee the next morning and found there was still coffee in the pot from the people that were there the night before. Also the empty package was right next to the pot. In the morning at the breakfast, people that were staying in the hotel were going in the kitchen to fill empty milk, more bread, there was only apple juice(OJ and Cran were out). The floor in the hall way was dirty. The floor in the elevator was sticky. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

THIS HOTEL WAS SO SO . TYHE STAFF WHEN THEY QWERE AROUND WERE ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING ELSE . NOBODY EVER NOTICED US WALKING INTO THEHOTEL AT NIGHT. WHOMEVER WAS THERE WAS TO BUSY TALKING ON THEIR CELL PHONE. BREAKFAST WAS MEDIOCRE THE BED WAS NOT GOOD, THE SHEETS WERE ALL BUNCHED ON ONE SIDE CAUSING A BULGE IN THE BED . OVERALL NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR ME TO GO BACK

Check in clerk was bored and made no personal attempt to be friendly. Our room had no shampoo; the coffee maker was still dirty and the counter had coffee stains from previous occupant. We have stayed at Comfort Inns in other locations and have always found them to be satisfactory - management needs to step up its game.

Front desk was very helpful. Bathroom had leaky toilet and the floor was not in good condition. The overall condition of the room and the hotel was good.

Checked in late, desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and average comfortable. Family went to use the pool, very disappointed. Pool not clean, would advise against it.

This is a substandard hotel! The pool is below average, the workout room if full of broken equipment, and the front desk staff need training.

This was a one night stay before a business meeting. The hotel was clean and quiet. Unexpected dinner available gratis in the lobby area was a nice surprise. One small improvement would be to get a longer shower curtain to keep water from draining onto bathroom floor.

T.wo lights with broken on off switches. Huge stain on one bed spread. Clock not working.

Close to shopping and good restaurants and most of all U of M hospital. Room clean and large.

Shower curtains didn't reach correct length so water was all over the floor after shower was used.

Was surprised at how nice the motel was on the inside, since the outside is OK but nothing special. It was quiet at night which is always what I look for in a motel stay. The only disadvantage, about which you can do nothing, was the difficulty in making a safe left hand turn out of the parking lot at busier times of the day.

I come to this area of Michigan for business and it's got its ups and downs. The hotel is rightdoor is a dump I stayed in my first trip: super cheap, super dingy, with a motel-like setting next to a forest ... I feared for my life. I needed security and hospitality, so I chose the Comfort inn this time. Much better experience! The room layout was appealing, furniture and space adequate, and the full Breakfast buffet in the morning is wonderful. Their staff makes a difference: a group of women constantly changing sheets, providing towels, and keeping everywhere neat and tidy, especially round the food area. You can actually trust what you're eating. This hotel is a keeper.

This is not the worst hotel I have been in. It is not a 5 star either. It is dated, and could use some serious cleaning. Overall value was fair. Easy on / off the highway. Plenty of resturants nearby. I would use it again for a one night stay.

Ann Arbor Comfort inn was great experience, although had some internet connection issues, had to move room to get better connection, but once that was resolved staff was friendly and knowledgable, You Rock Colleen!

The hotel was ok, but not really worth the amount of money. Very convenient for the one night but glad we weren't staying there any longer. Large room with plenty of space for a pack and play. Left my favorite pair of Nike shorts there, so I'm pretty bummed about that. I hope whoever finds them takes good care fo them.

The best thing about my stay was that they did not hassle me about my bicycle. The worst thing was walking back from the nearby Whole Foods; there were no side walks and traffic speeding by. Not every person drives a car!

The hotel was quite nice for a two-star Comfort Inn. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was good although they stop refilling stuff before it ends so you should get down earlier than you might want to.

Swimming pool and hot tub a plus but filled with screaming children, as was breakfast area

This hotel is that, okay. There was nothing outstanding about it. It needs upgrading, but nothing really wrong. If you need a reasonably priced room with no frills, etc. This is okay.

Way over priced for quality of facility. Stayed six nights. Bed gave me a back ache. Breakfast made me sick first three mornings, so quit eating their eggs and it cleared up. Staff was nice. But had problems getting enough towels...always one short. I chose this motel because it had queen sized beds. Hard to find. Will not stay there next year.

our room key did not work each night after returning from baking for 15 hours at the art show, i had to go back down to the front desk and have them re-enter the room key each night. they didn't know why it would not work. the air conditioner is set on some kind of timer and shuts off after a certain amount of time. we could never get the room cooled off. did i mention we worked the art show for 15 hours each day and the heat index was over 100 degrees each day. we never got coffee on the last night - just decaf. on the plus side the room was large and roomy. i would hope so for what we paid. one other plus was there was water pressure. the hotel just doesn't feel clean - grungy no parking - i had to park behind the days inn next store.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn in Ann Arbor MI. The outer up keep of the hotel left something to be desired; i was really surprised however, when I walked inside. The hotel was really nice. The staff were very friendly and the perks for the guest added a nice touch. I had to change my sheets because I found hairs on my bed but other than that the room was very clean and comfortable. It was a very big room with nice scenery. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. Nee-Nee

I was traveling with a toddler and a baby in March. When we got to the room it was freezing. It took about 6 hours for the room to warm up. I was promised a crib when i booked the room and ended up having to share a bed with my 5-month old baby. The pillows were SOOO fluffy, I couldn't get comfortable the whole night. The walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbor's television. The coffee tasted awful in the morning.

We traveled with a small child with a pack and play. The room is so large that we were able to put our kid to sleep and we still were able to behave relatively normal without worrying about waking him up. The room was clean and comfortable and the fridge with a freezer section was a nice addition.

The TV was in the process of failing. Picture very dark, almost unusable. Also, one of the lamps had a bulb missing. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The carpet was dirty, cigarette burns in the bedspread, the chair with arms had one arm broked, no shampoo, no grab bars in bathroom eventhough the room was designated as a handicapped room.

We stayed here when my son had to visit the clinic. He loved the little fold out bed in the couch so much My husband and I actually got to enjoy the king-sized bed without a little one in between us for a change. Check-in and out was easy-peasy, and like the other reviews, the breakfast offerings were better than at a lot of other hotels (but don't expect a *grand* meal). However, the coffee was despicable, even when I made the effort to run right up after the crew put out a fresh pot. Plan on stopping elsewhere if you need a decent cuppa joe.

This was a very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. The continental breakfast was exceptionally good. We would definitely return.

The hotel was only 10 minutes from our event in downtown Ann Arbor - so convenient. I had some last minute needs and the staff were very helpful in locating and giving me directions to the stores I needed. The hotel was beautiful - very clean and nicely appointed. Our room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The pool was very nice as well. The only negative I would say is the pillows were a little soft for my taste, but other than that it was a great stay.
