THE STAY WAS NICE AND FAMILY FRIENDLY

Difficult to sleep due to trains going by all the time.Motel was across street from railroad tracks.

The hotel itself was nothing out of the ordinary and by itself would have been fine. The guests in the hotel were far too loud. They shouted inside and outside of their rooms and slammed their doors open and shut. This went on until 10 PM when they finally quieted down. The hotel is also close to railroad tracks, but the train noise did not bother me nearly as much as the guests.

Good location easy to get to from I-95, comfortable room with good value

The location was convenient for my business in Ft. Lauderdale. The room was clean and satisfactory. The overall look of the hotel was that it is in good repair and being well maintained.

Except for the train noise and reservation not being in their system, stay was fine.

It was awful! The shuttle driver was rude, roaches in the room, filthy toilet, cigarette holes in the blankets, and cigarette smell in the non-smoking room.

Located convenient for area shopping compared to price of stay

I am not a picky person. Give me the basics and I'm fine. Entered a room that was left partially cleaned. Wondered whether the staff used the room to hang out. Smelled of smoke, garbage left, unvaccumed. Regretted staying here even though it was only for a night. Not a good way to start a vacation.

You are right next to the rail road tracks and if you do not mind hearing trains all night then this is good for you. My television did not work well. When I came in the room the first time the comp shampoo was open and half full. The clock on the microwave did not work. The refrig did not work.

Wireless connection is really bad

I had made an appt the night before for shuttle & waited for OVER an hour. I was "on the books" but somehow front office did NOT tell shuttle driver ((LUCKILY she was on premises - when they called her - the driver apologized for the office several times)) Very nice room though. MOST of the people were very friendly

They do not clean the carpet - white socks were black in 5 minutes. Partiers were yelling late into the evening. Train horn wakes you regularly until 2:30 am. Road noise comes through the doors and windows. Bathroom floors were slimy. We did not use shower and had to wipe down the sink area. When we left we had to walk down a flight of stairs because partiers had furniture blocking the walkway. Check-in is in a separate building. You don't get what you pay for and we won't be back!

Hotel is located near the major freeways to go to Florida's tourist attractions. Breakfast serve until 10am. Nice stay, room offers fridge, microwave, table, desk, and safe to protect your belongings. I had a good time there.

we waited 3 hours for a room that when my husband called ahead ,they said would be ready for us when we arrived. we were told to take two bus line to get to where we wanted to have dinner that didn't happen. we had no car to get around and had to walk to most places to get things we needed. It was just Ok...

This is a good, cheap hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Please note it is RIGHT next to railroad tracks where the trains blow their horn all night long. The location is also in Broward County. This is significant if you eatch COPS as they film here regularly. Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. Not for a family with young children.

This is an adequate hotel, but not great. It islocated RIGHT NEXT to railroad tracks that are used frequently in the daytime, not too much at night. The hotel desk staff was nice. The room was average at best, although the mattresses were some of the best I've slept on.

In all honesty, I felt like we were in the slums of Fort Lauderdale. HOWEVER, my friend and I being two 18 year olds on our first vaca alone quite enjoyed our stay. We were even able to check in early (check in is 3, we checked in at 11:30) It was a chill place with sketchy but friendly people. Not a place I'd take little kids but a chill place just the same.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pool wasn't even cleaned or open it was green. There is a train that goes by every 5 min all day and night. Bad neighborhood and fights in the parking lot at 4:30am!

all in all for the price you can't beat it...they are really starting to pay attention to small things and the place is looking good...beds are VERY comfortable.. staff, including front desk and housekeeping all seem to go out of their way to please their guests. the resident chicken, the mascot should be named and given a cage with a room number...

Wifi connection hardly worked. When I tried to talk with the front desk, they didn't solve my issue, and they looked like they didn't care about it.

The room and coffee maker was filthy. It was extremely nosey I called office they did nothing to elucidate the problem. I was not happy with this place. If I come there again I would only stay there because it is close to the friend I am visiting.

The customer service and rooms were excellant. The halls and elevator were in need of a general cleaning. Other than the elevator and hall ways the accommodation for the money wasn't bad. I was surprised at the $1.00 service fee per room. They would only accept cash!!!!!

It was not somewhere I would stay again!

deplorable conditions. furniture damaged and broken. unsealed and not noise proofed windows and door. not professional front desk, it felt they are doing me a favor not that i was a paying customer. that personnel needs training for better customer service especially with the prices paid. hotel just looks worn out. location right accross a very noise city train lane. curtain missing hooks which allowed for lack of privacy and not enough darkness if needed.

Well stayed here in the past, was kind of disappointed, it was REALLY noisy. The wifi SUCKED but the bed and room was comfy

The room was filthy!!!!! I had to wipe off the table and desk as soon as we walked in the room. There were crumbs and liquid rings all over them. The room smelled of alcohol. The carpets did not look vacuumed. I guess you get what you pay for!

Hotel ws a bit run down and rooms were rather small. Hotel room was not cleaned until after 3pm. We played 18 holes of golf and when we returned from golf course maid was still doing rooms on our floor. We had to leave room for 30 miniutes while it was being cleaned. Vending machines were over priced ($2 for a soda) Hotel's location was near a train track with commuter trains running throughout the day and night. It was also right off interstate exit on heavely trafficed highway so there was traffic noise all night.. I was sent a package from home and no one bothered to leave me a message that it had arrived.

The room was normal ---what you would expect, But the Florida East Coast Railroad tracks are only feet away from this Days Inn----so be prepared to listen to many, many trains coming through, especially at night, and they blow the whistle a lot because they are lowering the gates to stop traffic on Oakland Blvd. Also, the continental breakfast was just minimal. Other Days Inns do a better job on breakfast in my experience.

This hotel wasn't bad for the price but with the train going by every half hour it did get very annoying. The neighborhood was ok not the very best but good enough for us to sleep then leave in the morning to go places.

While visiting a friend I mainly needed somewhere to sleep and shower/get ready, this place was great for that. It wasn't a 5 star hotel, but I was spending my entire trip there. It was a convenient location for me, easy in and out, and met my needs. I can see how the train can be bothersome to some, but didn't bother me.

i waited 2 hours at the airport for transfer before they finally said to get a cab at their expense. Very dated and needs a remodel-looks dirty and may not be.

No problems with early check in, right off 95, beds were comfortable clean and guiet, surrounding neighborhood not the greatest but for price not bad

The Hotel is located right next to railroad tracks and a train goes through every hour blowing its horn ALL night long,got very little sleep.

We were very disappointed in the hotel. We felt that by booking through hotels.com, we would have a satisfactory situation. Unfortunately, once we arrived we found very old bedding, a bathroom that was entirely uninviting, broken furniture and lamps that would not turn on. It was a non smoking room, but smelled like smoke. We talked to the desk and they sent someone to fix the lamps and to spray the room with a smoke neutralizer. Once the room was sprayed, it no longer smelled like smoke, but smelled like someone had been sick to their stomach. We opened the door to the room as to air out the room so we could breathe. We booked this hotel because we needed a shuttle to the airport. They did have a "free shuttle" but charged an extra fee if you needed to leave for the airport before 6:00 a.m. (Which we did!) We did find that the staff tried to be very accommodating to our needs, but there wasn't a lot they could do about the condition of the hotel. If I had a recommendation for the hotel for happier clients, it would be to update the bathrooms and the bedding.

Filled what I needed - a place to sleep and shower - no food access in walking distance - great staff and sufficient free breakfast

Very disappointed....there were spiderwebs in the room!! there was someone smoking in the next room and all night the smoke was coming through the bathroom and the by the bed!

The drawers in both my hotel rooms would fall off the grooves a train is right next to the hotel and sounds off it's horm about every 20 minutes starting at 5:30 am and go until midnight. restaurants and dollar stores are within walking distance and Waltonn Manours was a $8 taxi ride the shuttle left me waiting for an hour twice for pick up at airport and expect a $2 service charge per day of your stay for the use of the "free" wifi which at times I had difficulty connecting too.

We used this hotel for overnight lodging before departing on a cruise. The location is near the interstate, but the hotel lies about 50 yards from a busy train track and 40 feet from an even busier major city street. All night we were serenaded by train horns and loud traffic noise. The facilities were in terrible repair. My door lock was worn out to the point that it took great effort to close and lock the door. Then the electronic key quit working. The carpet was so worn and in need of cleaning that I refused to step on it in bare feet. The bath towels were very worn and one was even threadbare. I rated this hotel a 2 only because I have stayed in worse... but not much worse.

I had a great stay at this hotel and the hotels front desk workers where great with answering question and making us feel at home. Reading some of the reviews I was a little worried but this was a great 4 days. With easy access to the highway and the being centrally located made it the place to stay.....
