Overall its a comfortable place with good staff. For a business trip its a great location and you are well looked after.

Staff were nice and the lobby was great for holding meetings and getting work done. The rat was alright.

My stay met all my expectations.

The hotel is nice, but we had to request three time to make the extra bed for our children. At the end , they did, though. Breakfast is not great. Staying in other 5 stars hotels in Jordan, this is the worst breakfast of all. Same applies to dinner. The Italian restaurant is very good, though. Otherwise, the hotel is new, clean and comfortable.

I really love the Kempinski. the rooms are nice the breakfast buffet is very good (although it could use a lot more variety from day to day). The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. I always love staying there. I would definitely recommend taking a day trip to Petra and you can hire a car from the front desk for 110 for the ENTIIRE DAY! One draw back is that the internet is a not reliable 100 percent of the time... but typically it is.

THE HOTEL WAS WELCOMING AND EFFICIENT ON CHECK IN.THE ROOM WAS AS DISCRIBED AND CLEAN.THE NEGATIVES WERE THE FOOD BOTH LUNCH AND BREAKFAST WERE OF THREE STAR QUALITY, ALSO THE THE MAIN SHOWER HEAD DIDNT WORK IN OUR ROOM AND THE SOFA BED MATTRESS WAS VERY THIN AND NOT SUITABLE FOR TWO CHILDREN AS PROMISED.OVERALL IT IS NOT ON PAR WITH OTHER KEMPINSKI HOTEL STANDARDS.IT NEEDS ROOM RENOVATION AND MUCH BETTER QUALITY FOOD.

NOT UP TO KEMPINSKI STANDARDS AT AAAALL. Terrible service and very rude staff. Everything is old. I was put in a dirty room. Avoid at all costs. Not really 5 stars by any means.

Overall, a good place to stay. We stayed on executive level so had access to executive lounge, which was open for food and drink at periods throughout the day and came in handy several times. Immediate area is fine with some good local cafes. One caution: upon arrival there is a bag scanner in the entrance annex that is just likt the ones at an airport( which is normal there). Visitors should be sure that all of their items come all the way through the scanner and that you leave that area with all of you possessions. Twice we had items that did not emerge at the other end and we left the vestibule without them. Luckily we realized this within a few minutes and went back and sure, enough, they turned the belt on and out came our items. We found this a bit disconcerting especially because on the first night our daughter got to her room to disciver that her iPad, which had been in an iPad-sized purse, was missing. Since she couldn't remember whether she carried it out of the cab, we assumed she left it in the cab. However, the two incidents described above gave me pause to wonder . . . In general, though, i was reassured by a close friend who is living in Jordan that "Muslims don't steal," and that the iPad was probably dropped somewhere and whoever found it would not know how to return it to its owner. The rest of our experince was consistent with this view and we did not worry about the security of ourselves or posessions. But we did learn to keep very good track of them.

First of all, once I have arrived at the front desk, there wasn't any smile or welcoming gesture, and I had to wait around 20 min for my Hotels reservation was not on his system and he had to contact someone inside to update it. The elevator-card system did not work with me sometimes, and I had to visit the front desk to reactivate my card. Food tasted ok, but the menu needs to be improved and there should be more courses. There's a wedding party almost everyday, I could hear their noises in my room. The room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff did their job properly. Location is somehow not ok, the neighborhood is noisy. If I was out of the area, taxis refuse to take me back, their excuse was always: it's crowded! Complimentary tea/coffee making materials are not available. Spa facilities are good. But overall, I will not make a reservation again in this hotel.

The Kempinski is a decent hotel, and for the country, I suppose that says a lot. One should know that while the rooms and lobby are comfortable, clean, and well tended to, the hotel is lacking in its amenities. The gym is in disrepair, and the restaurant serves a terrible assortment of food with poor service to go with it. Overall, it is conveniently located, but there are many better hotels in Amman.

The hotel need new fernature and re decoration the staff slaw and don't understand the costomer orders

The hotel has no flaws. Terrific rooms, exceptionally clean, modern, restaurants fantastic, gym superb, sauna super, swimming pool prestine etc etc etc. Just that restaurants near by are either hidden from the eye, or not so good. There are places around, so make sure that you ask the Reception, and then you will have an unequalled stay.

Had the pleasure to stay at Kempinski for one night and got the chance to experience the Suite. Amazing room with 180 view of Amman. Great service, clean rooms and everything in top shape. Very much recommended!

It was comfortable and hotel service was amazing. Except when I first checked in, the guy on the reception desk asked me about my credit card and I declined to give it to him so in a way he was like threatening me that they will clean all fridge contents if I dont give them the card.

Personally, I travel over 125K miles a year and live in hotels across the world. This is easily the top 10 i have stayed in, which also includes the burj al arab (7 star hotel in dubai). All the hotels i stay in is 5 stars, but this should in my book be 6! Very friendly, willing to accomplish special requests, and hotel taxi( while a little higher than the street taxi prices) Ahmad is amazing. Very trustworthy and of future trips would remain my personal taxi driver during my stay.

My stay at the Kempinski hotel was mainly for business, and overall it was an excellent experience. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the service and quality of care was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel capable of supporting business purposes. At the same time, the facilities were well suited for someone simply looking for a place of rest and relaxation while in Jordan. Quite simply, I think this is a great hotel to stay at, and give it five stars as a rating

This is the second time i have stayed at the Kempinki in Amman. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the choice of english tv channels and sports channels is the best i have had in the middle east. The pool area is lovely and gets the sun right up until about 4 o clock. there are plenty of cafe's and restuarants in the surrounding area that you can walk to. The Gym is very good as well.

We stayed for One Night in kempinski amman And have to say that this Hotel does not qualify for a 5Star Hotel :( the rooms are rather old fashioned - the beds And matresses are comfortable. The Service is Not the One we Used to have in a kempinski Hotel. For a longer stay Not recommandable. :/

Super clean, great rooms, excellent service, can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The staff was highly service oriented. We received a room upgrade due to the fact that our standard room was not ready at check-in. Staff went out of their way to ask if our stay was going well.

A most comfortable hotel with all amenities on site as one would expect. Plenty of restaurants in the area but taxis are cheap. I found the staff friendly and helpful, security thorough and my only complaint was that I could not get the free internet service to operate on either of the two nights I was there in 2 different rooms. I didn't have a chance to sort this as short of time. Certainly no other problems and I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for business travellers and for tourists alike. As with any Kempinski the service was top notch as was the room. Laundry was a little over priced at $30 for a shirt and a suit but other than that superb. Good gym and good location for banks/financial institutions.

Vi har varit för tre nätter. Det verkade bra och vi fick bra bemötande . Min son var besviken pga poolen är stängd . Läget av hotellet är suboptimalt. Rummens service är bra. Vi är nöjda.

部屋の雰囲気もレストランでのサービスも五つ星とは言えません。ケンピンスキーなので期待していましたが少し期待外れでした。

يعتبر موقع الفندق رائع وفي منطقه حيويه كما ان مرافق الفندق متكامله وحمام السباحه في موقع مميز وجميل.. خدمة الكونسيرج رائعه ويزودونك بمعلومات عن كل متطلباتك..

Service minded personnel and great to be able to rent a car at the location, picking it up the first day of holliday and returning it on the last day. Very clean comfortable room and prefectly quit. We are form Holland and we loved the many cultures/nationalities staying in this hotel. Good winebar!

The Hotel has only one shop outside and one restaurant. When entering the hotel securiy person was watching her moblie, never greeting me and freezing my heart. I asked massage, but always full. Room is clean and neat, but nothing more. Restaurant menu is also boring.

Vi hadde to netter på dette hotellet. Flott hotell og god service. Nattmaten vi hadde i baren var kjempegod. Hotellet bestilte også en taxi til oss for å dra ned til gamlebyen i Amman. Sjåføren var så bra at vi bestilte han til å kjøre oss ned til Petra og via Dødehavet hjem igjen.
