Room is spacious, bathroom was clean ,quiet n good location....close to everytjing...good stay

Hotel was dated... Parking was close... Room was clean. Shower curtain was torn up around the grommets (you would think they would replace that)... Fridge made a TERRIBLE humming sound, I had to unplug it to go to sleep, but we had a cooler so that was not a huge deal. The walk to the parkway was easy and fairly flat with a sidewalk, the location was right in the middle of the strip and an easy and quick walk to a TON of restaurants and attractions! There is a Walgreens down on the corner for anything you forget.

Hotel was nice n quite. We had fireplace n balcony . Pool did not have any water, but it was too cool to swim. Our car was parked under hotel out of sun, nice. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, right in middle of town. I would stay here again.

We stayed for three nights, the hotel was in a nice location to all the great things to do in Gatlinburg. BUT the hotel had their own wake up system....Every morning at around 8 am the building crew working on the other hotel rooms would be banging and tossing things around. IT was a horrable time to relax and sleep in. If you plan to watch a little TV in the mornings plan to watch only 1 of 3 channels. They only have local TV. The rooms are out dated badly.

Nothing fancy, but good room at a good price. Great location. A block off main road through town. So you are very close to everything but just far away enough to escape the very busy street.

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg which makes is great for walking the strip at night. The hotel is older and dated. They had recently painted the room and had just cleaned the carpet, but the bathroom looks like something from the 1960's. The breakfast had all carbs and no protein on it, but it is free. Overall a decent stay.

My husband, kids, and I stayed for 2 nights while on spring break. The location was great, we left the car at the hotel and walked from shop to shop. The people working the desk were super nice. Will stay again!

It was a hotel with a clean room and average accommodations. It was a good value for the price. A good location within walking distance to the main street in Gatlinburg.

The location was excellent and the accommodations were adequate. The hotel is older but generally clean and in good condition. Breakfast was OK but all carbs. The desk clerks were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were looking for a place close to gatlinburg strip to get away for a couple of days. We were very pleased with this place. If all you need is a place to sleep then look no further. I do have to say a special note about their integrity. I accidentally left a valuable piece of electronics in my room that could easily have disappeared. But was promptly given a phone call about it and they held it til I was able to make it back to the front desk to pick it up. That says a lot right there. Go try it!!

nice place-comfy bed-lg. room and close to all.

I booked four rooms, they put us in the very back and our view was terrible, we were looking at the back of some run down ,falling down trailers and building right off our balconies. Then our rooms were dirty with lots of hair, and if that was'nt enough, our neighbors had a brown Dotson (wiener dog) and it barked all night and the male owner kept screaming at it to shut up. Nobody and I do mean nobody in our four rooms slept any . I complained at the front desk and was blown off, I will never recommend nor stay here again

It's nice if you're trying to find something relevantly close to all the shops. Nothing special but I couldn't find anything wrong with the room. The breakfast waffles are pretty good!

Excellent Location. Parked the car and walked everywhere until our trip was over.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: reasonable price, very clean, adequate breakfast, friendly staff and right in the middle of G'burg. The only drawback: the garbage trucks that came by in the wee hours - very noisy. Will certainly stay here again.

My husband and I went for a vacation In Gatlinburg, Tn. We decided to stay to Econo lodge because we're on a low budget for our vacation. The hotel is very convinient to the place of attraction just walking distance to the downtown area. We didn't pay for any parking since the hotel provided the parking. the room is also very clean and nice. Except for the noise made by the refrigerator everything is excellent. they also got a friendly staff. I will recommend to a friends or people to stay in here.

Clean room and bathroom. 2 blocks from the strip. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was in the process of painting. Our room smelled of paint fumes the entire week. The bed was the worst matress I've had in a hotel. The bed sheets seemed clean but the cover had dog hair on it. The people were all nice and the hotel is in a great location.

Was clean and very convenient to our location. Only problem was T.V. did not work in one of the rooms. Hotel personnel came next day and fixed it. Staff was very friendly, even after lots of questions.

We stayed just one night before going hiking the next day. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was plain, quick and all that we needed. Close to main strip, free parking.

We only stayed one night, but liked it very much. It was very convenient to all the shops. It is an older place just like most hotels in Gatlinburg, but it was clean and we also had a nice view. The hairdryer didn't work but upon calling the front desk, a new one was brought up to the room immediately. I am not sure if breakfast was included in the price, but if it was, nobody mentioned it.. Overall, a nice place and we would stay there again.

We had a great time. Room was very clean for price. Parking was good. Staff was friendly.

Funny when I got married last year I hadn't even noticed the location, but I wish I had. only thing is, as a honeymooner, my husband required a jacuzzi. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and I plan to stay there again.

We took our 15 lb West Highland terrier along so we needed a pet-friendly motel close to the sites we planned to visit in downtown Gatlinburg. Rocking chairs right outside our door and a nice outdoor swimming pool also very convenient to our room.

The picture of the front of the hotel is not what our building looked like. We stayed in an older building that is conveniently not pictured. Our room overlooked a parking lot and a run-down back of the building next door, which is why I gave the surrounding neighborhood a two. We certainly didn't sit on the deck for the view. The location, however, was close to the main street of town and was convenient to all of the shops and restaurants. My rating of the hotel might be a little generous because it looked as if there had been some recent upgrades in the building, improving the rooms. The carpet in the hall needed to be replaced or cleaned better. The room was comfortable enough for a short stay, but the amenities were few. There was only one bar of soap to be shared between the sink and the tub and some shampoo, no other toiletries. The TV was old, and the picture somewhat grainy. No pen or paper was available. The ice machine was at the main building. Housekeeping could have done a better job with vacuuming between guests and cleaned better next to the beds and walls. All in all, it was about what I'd expect from an Econo Lodge. Our next stay will be at a higher quality hotel.

For Gatlinburg, this is a great place to hang your hate and walk to everything on the strip.

NPS GREAT STAY , QUIET , ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN WILL CHOOSE ECONS G BURG AGAIN

We did enjoy our stay at Econo Lodge Inn And Suites and we plan to go there again in future. The location was great – walking distance to the main street and all the attractions in Gatlinburg, but at the same time nice and quiet for a good rest after a long drive, fun day or hike. The people were nice and helpful. Good service. Clean. Everything was functioning according to the expectations. Pool was nice. The rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It had everything we needed for our vacation in the Smoky Mountains. We definitely do recommend it for your stay.

It is nice place, and it is right in the middle of Gatlinburg.

We were very happy with our stay. The service was great. Room was clean and staff very nice. It had a good continental breakfast. Not far from main street.

We were on the fourth floor and had a nice view. The room was clean and had enough room with-out feeling cramped. For the price it was very much worth it. We would definately stay here again.

We had a nice stay. Convenient location. Don't have to drive. TV tube went out and TV was promptly changed. Breakfast was minimal.

The Econolodge in Gatlinburg is clean, located in a great place. This is the second time to stay there and last year they had a fireplace in the room, but had removed them from 6 of the 9 rooms that previously had a fireplace. Great place to stay, stay very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
