food is horrible. it looks that they are re-serving the food as it often appears to be the same for lunch and dinner. Dining hall servers are very unpleasant. The best thing, if not the only thing, that this resort has going for it is the beautiful expansive beach. It is by far the best that I saw there. There's no doubt that the Bahama beaches are beautiful with the white sand and crystal water. This place however is far removed from any activites and restaurants of the marketplace and it's costly to take a cab each time. The hotel should offer shuttle service.

This is a property that "back in the day" was probably "The Place to be" it was clean, really good food, professional staff. But no bottled water in the room the only aminity was shampoo, would I go back? Yes, but now I know what to bring. Great beach!

it was a pure pleasure to stay at this resort. the beach as incredible, we met a lot of great people over there. the only complaint goes to the italian restaurant. we had to wait for our food for almost an hour and when it arrived, it was a real disappointment. reserve a table at the oriental one instead! other than that, it was an amazing experience. loved the bonfire beach party!

I made the mistake of booking a resort with Hotels.com. Upon arriving, I waited for 10 minutes to check-in since the only check-in agent was chatting with another employee. I was given a key to a room located about a 5 minute walk. I got lost a few times since the directions where as clear as mud. Keep left and you will see it, even if the room numbers weren’t displayed. I got to my room and my key didn’t work, I returned to the check-in desk. Another 5 min walk and similar wait. The receptionist didn’t apologize, just gave me a new key. I returned to “my room” and what do I find? Someone else’s luggage, shoes and personal items! They basically just gave me a key to some random room! At this point in time, I’m furious and I return to the front desk. I ask the receptionist for a manager, and my request was rejected saying that the manager would return later. At this point, another guest informed me, that while I had a bad time. He found blood residue on the bed in this room!!. I got a new key to a new room, even farther away… I get to my room and what do I find… A lovely roach on the floor (see attached picture with the resort logo)… Bathroom was full of mini-bugs… What a lovely place! Oh… the food could be described as low quality cafeteria food, lots of bugs/flies flying over the food (yes, I know we are in the Caribbean, but still!) A great place to send your enemies, actually… I wouldn’t wish such a hellish place to the worst of my enemies!

That the best hotel in freeport

Beautiful beach and great entertainment. I would not recommend the drinks or food . A couple of staff members were very nice and helpful. Several others not very nice or helpful. Limited food choice from 10:00pm to 2:30, Pizza is it.

I'm on vacation. I want service. No one in the pool area asking if you need anything such as a cocktail. Temp in room could not regulate. AC blew directly on beds.. Bathroom-when I arrived only 2 towels. No hand towels, no shampoo Shower area had mold. My balcony had a empty pack of cigerates on the table and was there when I left. Food was OK. People were friendly but no one went out of there way to make sure you were having a good stay. Overall price OK. Did not receive map of the grounds. Maintenance people worked hard and always buzy.

We really enjoyed our stay, 4-11 Dec 2011. I was skeptical, because of mixed reviews. -- the food, excellent, "A" minus, very satisfied -- the bartenders, a bunch of "goodies", not surly, just great, I can name 7 or 8 All inclusive -- the only one on the island, so glad we decided to stay PADI 5-star dive shop -- the best, dive masters Nazario and Mallory, and the best boat captain, Basil. Managed by Gio. We'll be back! Everything is close in -- room, beach, dive shop, hot tub, pool, beach bar, resort bar and dining, and water activities included (snorkel, kayak, catamaran, wind surfing) Loved the Vision Airlines direct flight from BWI.

I loved it. The hotel was clean and adequate. The people warm and friendly. Ours was a restful vacation though there was plenty to do around the resort., like live entertainment, games etc.I will definitely go again but in warmer weather. The buffet was very good with great selection. The only thing I didn't like was the weather. This is their winter time...not warm enough to enjoy the fabulous beach and pools. The beach is HUGE...and the sand so very soft and clean!!!

This hotel was nice that it was all inclusive. The RFID wasent very good but the staff was willing to make sure you had a good time and lots of activities. The shows at night were AMAZING! All in all a good place to go!

The only thing that we have against the hotel is the access to the two restaurants. We were told we could not make reservations on line or by phone. We had to make them after we checked in. We were there for one night. The desk and the restaurant said they were booked. We went to the restaurant to see if there were any last minute cancellations. He said no..... we looked around and there many, many tables vacant. In conversation with others that were there said they experienced the same attitude. The buffet was ok but not the greatest. We arrived a little ahead of check-in time (15min). They could not find our reservation, I had my copy in my possession. We got a room, not exactly what was reserved, but that was ok; however they would not give us the keys until after 3. We had to stand in line again even though we were registered. I did go to the end of the counter and motioned the clerk I only needed to pick up the keys and that we were already registered. She did recognize me and handed me the keys. I suggest that if people are registered ahead of time they should have a special desk holding the keys and avoid the inconveniece and congestion. I also would suggest that the hotel offer shuttle service to and from the port and also casinos. It becomes rather expensive. The resort has much to offer and we did have a good time. Rental cars are too expensive and driving is a challenge, opposite of USA lanes. Also a shuttle would be nice as they know areas of interest. David

this great hotel to do a vacation

This nice hotel, for the price, is the only all inclusive in freeport, the show is great and food also.

Property was decent - no bells and whistles. But right on the beach, which was nice. Great place for snorkeling. The food is ok - the main dining hall has no A/C. Nice spot for those who just want to relax and just hang on the beach, not much going on in town. Overall not a bad place for the price - just remember don't expect anything grand/opulent

Trés bien placé plage magnifique mais sale ( gobelet,déchets béton...sprint break?)ménage dans la chambre pas fait avant 15h30 16h et c'est une autre personne qui vous porte vos serviette de toilette ! Pas très pratique pour se doucher! Personnel sympathique tout est gratuit et à disposition génial surtout les activités plages paddle,canoë,catamaran ...vraiment génial repas très moyen pour le prix mais à volonté et à toute heure donc.Très bien pour quelques jours de farniente.

Kiva hotelli, hyvä palvelu, hyvä ranta, snorklausmahdollisuus suoraan hotellin rannalta, paljon aktiviteetteja hotellialueella, ruoka keskinkertaista, kuten yleensäkin all inclusive mestoissa. Ilmainen langaton netti toimi myös rannalla kivasti, suosittelen, vaikkakin vähän sivussa mestoilta, tosin Grand Bahamaksella ei paljoa tapahdu, hyvä paikka rentoutumiseen.

Allt var mycket bra, fina stränder bra med sportutövande, segling, snorkling, tennis, trapets, beach volly, kajak och allt var gratis. Tyckte dock att det var störande med musik på kvällarna för hög volym.

Bodde 3 nätter. Ville ha lugn och ro och ändå full service med alla måltider.Bad om ett rum långt från pool och aktiviteter/kvällsaktiviteter och fick ett rum högst upp i ett av husen längst bort och med en underbar utsikt över havet och en nästan folktom beach, härligt för själen.. Maten var bra, kul/gott, nytt tema varje kväll, grill, fisk skaldjur, bahamas kväll, och till alla mål mycket frukt och grönsaker. Något högljudt och lite dålig/ långsam service på personalen som dukar av borden. Hotellet ligger ensamt och det tar ca 10 min med bil till närmaste by med hamn och butike, casino. Lätt få tag på taxi. Som vanligt blaskkaffe till frukost MEN Ordentligt starkt kaffe fanns i baren, (baristamaskin).

mi estancia ha sido corta en este hotel. No obstante destacaría el buen ambiente que había y las numerosas actividades organizadas. La cena y el desayuno fueron muy completos. Todo el entorno es muy agradable completo...dos pistas de tenis...playa y piscina grandes. Las habitaciones necesitan reformas...la mía era limpia pero muy ruidosa(por los vecinos a quienes les encantaba ver la tele día y noche) y un poco antigua. Buen servicio en general. Muy buen balance calidad precio para una noche

Es un hotel de 2 puntos o 2 estrellas, si lo tomamos sabiendo esto, va a estar todo bien, pero si lo tomamos como un casi 4 estrellas o un 3,5 estrellas olvidate porque la vas a pasar mal sobre todo si llueve.

Leuk animatieteam, wifizone in lobby, autoverhuur op locatie. Relaxen kan hier prima, maar als je entertainment zoekt ook.

a praia é linda. o hotel também. os funcionários são altamente ignorantes, se voce nao souber falar ingles fluente voce estará perdido. a comida é totalmente americana, so servem hamburger e batata frita.

Een hoog amerikaans gehalte. Heb je last van tijdens het ontbijt en diner. Verder fantastische bediening ! En ondanks het amerikaanse karakter is het heel rustig en heb je er verder geen hinder van.

Infrastructure très bien, sports, animations très bien. Par contre côté nourriture très accentuée américaine, pas très variée et souvent froide. Restaurant annexe italien (sur réservation) très bien!! Le taxi est nécessaire pour sortir en "ville", attention au prix élevé!! Mieux vaut encore louer une voiture 24h et profiter de sortir le soir avec, ça revient à moins cher que de prendre un taxi...

Wir waren (nach 2005) zum zweiten Mal hier und erhielten eines der neu renovierten Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, ist allerdings auch recht laut. Dass für ruheliebende Menschen am Pool kein Platz ist (weil von ca. 09.00-17.00) sehr laute Musik läuft) wussten wir bereits, aber der Strand ist ja wunderschön und dort kann man sich sein Pätzchen suchen. Am Buffet hat's für jeden etwas.

Gutes all-inklusiv Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und einen herrlichen Strand. Leider sind die meisten Angestellten nicht sehr freundlich. Auch sind die Mietwagenpreise die man vor Ort buchen kann total überrissen. Schade, denn es lohnt sich die Insel mit dem Auto (oder Roller) zu erkunden.

Ett hotell där rummen behöver moderniseras men som i övrigt har allt man kan önska. Allt ingår verkligen med tillgån till mat och dryck i stort sett dygnet runt. Tom snorklingsutrustning od ingår. kanonstrand med korallreven väldigt nära stranden vilket medger snorkling även för de som inte vill simma för långt för att se alla fiskar. något taggig botten just på grund av de närliggande reven.

+ Bra all inclusive där ALLT verkligen är all inclusive utan undantag skrivet i finstil. Trevlig personal som ger ett personligt bemötande. Bra aktiviteter. Bra städning och bekvämma rum. - Maten på buffen var god men levde inte upp till förväntningarna.

- super Lage, direkt am weissen Sandstrand - All Inclusive (Frühstück, Lunch, Dinner, Cocktails, Kaffee, Snacks an der Strandbar, zwei Restaurant im Resort (Asiatisches, Pizzeria)) - Essen ganz gut, teilweise kalt, aber ansonsten für jeden etwas dabei, frisches Obst, frisches Gemüse, Fisch, verschiedene Beilagen, Pizza, Nudeln, etc. - super Freizeitangebote (im Preis inbegriffen), z.B. Schorcheln (kleines Riff vor dem Hotel, wirklich super), erste Tauchübungen im Pool, Kajak fahren, Segeln, etc. - "Guest Service" sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - negativ: viele Jugendliche die sich bis zum umfallen betrinken und dann auf den Liegen halb Tod herumliegen
