Great stay, but skip the buffet breakfast

Front gate security made me feel safe. Not an early riser so didn't like the 10am check out & didn't like no free wifi. Place was very clean & quiet. Would stay there again.

Nice Stay. Would do again.

I reserved a villa. The 1st line of the room description said "This room opens to a deck". The clerk put us in a standard room - with no cell service and a shower that ran out of hot water in 5 minutes. When I asked to be moved to the room I reserved, the clerk refused. I was forced to pay to "upgrade" to get the room I reserved. In addition, I waited in line 45 minutes to check in. There were 3 people behind the desk and only 3 couples ahead of me in line to check in. The hotel has potential, and it is unfortunate that the service is horrible. Will not go back.

Was a little hard to find. Nice little gated community tucked away just off the main road. Very quiet, the people were great. I was surprised to find they didn't have a continental breakfast, Not an issue as we would not be there for breakfast, My only real complaint would be that internet was $10 a day. Again we didn't need it but i generally standard now. The only Housekeeping issue was a bottle cap on the floor up by the head of the bed. Over all the room was clean and the property was well maintained. Would definitely stay again,

Room was nice (villa), bed was super soft, plenty of hot water for jacuzzi, nice walk on the nature trail (except it was kind of hard to follow the path a times). Fourth time we have stayed and will definetly stay again.

Great space, very clean ( and I'm extremely picky), just in need of a few cosmetic updates...carpet, wall covering, fixtures. But, overall we were very happy.

Our family absolutely loved the resort! We plan to stay again this summer and make this an annual place to stay. Awesome place to stay and feel like you are away from it all, yet very close to all the main attractions! I would definitely recommend them to others!!!

This property is beautiful!!! Our Grand Villa was outstanding!! And every person we came into contact with was over the top nice and helpful!!!

Our stay was excellent. It was in such a beautiful surrounding area. And so nice to be in a cabin vs a hotel! Loved every minute of it!

Very nice resort.

Close to the strip, staff was very pleasant. My first room I was not satisfied with the cleanliness, I called the front desk and they very promptly moved my room which was appreciated. The pizza place that is on site had great pizza, I recommend if you are in the mood. The fitness facility was so-so, there was no air moving around in the room, and the elliptical machine was questionable.. the treadmill was good. They do have an indoor pool which was nice, even though a storm kept us from being able to use it. Would recommend as an economical stay close to everything.

We've stayed at this resort before and keep returning because it's wonderful!!! The rooms are very nice, especially the new condos..they're absolutely beautiful . The resort is close to all the action but doesn't feel like it, it's so quiet and peaceful there.

This is your typical timeshare type location - great amenities, great surroundings but expect to be offered the tour and sold to - we didn't do the tour but did enjoy our stay and will probably be back if the price is right. Great place to stay in Branson with very helpful staff and multiple hot tubs that stay open late.

It was ok, expected more for the price we paid. The washer/dryer combination did not work, had to call for clean towels and for them to clean room, room was not cleaned to our standards, some days it was fine and some days it was not. Had to have them come back to clean the toilet, forgot to clean it. The restaurant on location was not good, only ate there one time. It was Room Service Only.

This resort is at a great location to avoid traffic. All in all I enjoyed my stay. Only issue I had is that I received a queen bed when I asked for a king

this operation is a first class, customer centered, family oriented operation that pride themselves in taking great care of the customers.......i will go back as soon as possible.....

We got excellent rates for our rooms and the resort was really nice. We will go back.

SLEPT GOOD... COULD HEAR NEXT DOOR ROOMS NOISE BUT WASNT TOO BAD..

Location was great. It all looks really good until you look a little deeper. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned and the comforter needs to be changed out. The staff was not great. The studio we had was situated with a flight of stairs which is very difficult for my husband. I asked if there was another without stairs and told them we were willing to take a lesser room for the same price as we were just staying for the night. He told me that ALL of the rooms had stairs. I asked perhaps if there was a room with only a few steps. no. We sucked it up. When I got to the room, there were MANY rooms with only 3 steps as opposed to a full flight. really? not happy with how I was treated. I witnessed them treating another guest with the same disinterest.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Westgate Resort in Branson. We initially had a problem with our key and the front desk sent someone right down and promptly corrected the problem! The service was great, the suite was very clean & comfortable, and the grounds are gorgeous! We'll be staying there the next time we visit Branson.

Room was nice with exception of a little dust. Stayed in a lockoff one bedroom unit and could hear everything that the people in the room next to us said if they were in the living room. Bathroom was small.

Nice place, clean, safe, quiet, service was great!! Very well priced. Location was great!! Very pleased, will stay again, hopefully longer next time!

The hotel was good. Our room was decent for paying $40 a night. It was just a cheap room. One of the door locks was broke and the air conditioner was frustrating. I woke up a few times to turn it back on. It was clean and I would stay again.

It was a very nice resort. The grounds were very well kept. Our room was very nice. We did notice the living room needed to be dusted. Otherwise it was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room because we didn't want to drive back to Springfield after seeing a show on the 76 strip. Check-in took too long. We waited in line for 15 minutes, then waited at the counter for another 10 minutes to get our room assignment and keys. After that, we were sent to someone for a "Welcome Packet." The room was clean, but outdated. There was a microwave and mini-refrigerator in our room.

room was long and skinny - not really enough space for a wheelchair or walker, but it was clean and nice.

Outstanding!! This facility was exactly what I needed! The staff was able to assist me with show tickets the day I arrived. The location was very close to all local venues. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cost-effective. I will be staying at this facility again!

Very nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in Branson.

Room small ,Heat & A/C unit verry loud , Room noisey could hear other people in rooms. Huge gaps around door.

The hotel was perfect for our family, we had plenty of room for us the kids and the grand kids to be able to stay together but still have privacy. Very clean, and comfortable, we plan on trying to stay here again as a family in the future.

This is my first choice when visiting Branson. Great location for getting to all of the attractions. Secure feeling when it's a girls outing, plenty of space when it's a family vacation. Only complaint is if your room is adjacent to noisy guests.

Family of 8 had a blast and loved the rooms they were perfect so beautiful and the kids loved the jacuzzi! Super easy to find and price was totally reasonable as well!! We will return thanks!

We booked this resort for our 6 year anniversary. We as smokers booked a smoking room but upon arrival we were told that we all rooms were non smoking. And that is fine, I've no problem with that at all, especially after the clerk reproted us that we had a nice outside pattion where we would be ablt to enjoy our cigarette. When we entered our Studio, there was no outside pattio and we were told later that this would only be at the Villa bookings. We stayed two nights, and our towels were not refreshed, the inside pool water was very cold, and the beds were HORRIBLE. In all honesty, I've slept in cheap hotel rooms that had much better beds than here at Westgate. Me and my wife both had two horrible nights and when at home we were exhausted. That shouldn't be like that. The resort itself is beautiful, with a lot of possibilities for activities to enjoy.
