clean and greatview

The room was very nice with a great view of lake! And location to Branson was only bout a six mile drive. The staff was very weird!

For the price and location this place cannot be beaten. Loved being on the first floor facing the lake with a screened in porch. Whirlpool tub was a nice surprise as was the flat screen tv. I will definitely be back! Hope to see the bald eagles next time.

Lovely condos with all facilities in scenic location, not too far from sites in Branson. Only complaint is noise - walls extremely thin! Could hear every conversation from neighboring condo.

Large rooms with very open feeling. Balcony has awesome view of lake. So quiet and relaxing. Will stay there again.

The Condo we stayed in was very run down, stains on the carpet and furniture. Bathroom had cracked tiles and we noticed cob webs in some corners. The Condo was well supplied with everything we needed.

We liked renting the condo. Having a second bed would have been nice, but we worked it out. The pull-out couch wasn't the most comfortable. Loved the view of the water! We liked having a tv, fridge and microwave. We would have liked Netflix or On Demand services for movies, but at least we could bring DVD's. Having a lower fee for internet services would be nice. Remember to bring everything, like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, because nothing is available unless you find Walmart. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are very nice, but make sure you get a king size bed room.. It's the only one that actually has a place to hang your clothes. The other rooms have a spot in the corner where you might be able to hang two shirts sideways. There is not much sound barrier between floors or walls, you can hear every footstep and voice. We had to go buy a fan to help drown out noises from around. Check out is at 10:00 am.. Not very pleasant to have to wake up early just to get out of the room.

living room furniture needed greatly to be updated. Bedroom spread was very old and in need of repair. Mattress was not pillow top that we had been promised and was like a rock. Dryer did not work- had to air dry clothes that we washed. Repair man was called but did not fix the problem. TVs were old. View was spectacular. Front desk staff were friendly. Maybe would stay here again.

1st I had no problems with the staff. They were what I would expect to be the standard at any hotel. That said almost everything else was a total letdown. The pictures on the site did not in any way represent the room we received. Most of the floor tiles were loose or broken. If you stay here expect to hear everything that goes on in the room next to you and I don't just mean noisy people. You will hear entire conversations. The walls are so paper thin that at one point we even heard someone placing a glass down on the table in another unit. If your room connects in any way to another you will hear everything. (Above, Below or Sides) We woke up to other rooms conversations each morning. The bed was awful! The first morning my wife and I both said that that was the worst nights sleep we had had in a long time. We booked this room because of the space. with 3 young kids we like the privacy of our own room with the kids on the fold out in the other room but this place feels like your neighbors are in the room with you. Will not be staying again.

The walls we too thin, we could hear a gentlemen coughing next door and kids running upstairs above us. Check out too soon. Probably wouldn't stay there again. The concierge and the front desk gal at night were great.

Such a great price and great place. Highly recommended!

We wanted a king bed so we had to take a room on 1st floor which was similar to a basement that was dug out. When people flushed it sounded like a flood coming through. When the people talked over us, we could hear what they said. It was a nice room in a lovely setting. The rooms on this website don't have a lake view.

Accommodations were clean, the room was noisy; you could hear everything that the neighbors were doing. It was pretty far out of town as well. The views were nice, if you can get one. Would be a great place to go if you want to stay on the resort.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Spider webs and a spider in the room and a few nasty spots on the tile in the bathroom and walls. Very hard to find at night if you are not fimilar to the area with long, narrow, dark roads but with it that close to the lake I guess it is to be expected. Don't have much to say about the staff as we didn't need anything but the check-in was nothing special. Indoor pool was ok. If your looking for something next to the lake though it is a excellent location.

The staff was very friendly and fast for checkin and service. Quick drive into Hollister for food and supplies. Stayed in two different units .. Both nice, but one felt more updated than the other. Was here after Labor Day so not busy, but not deserted either. Gated, secure area.

We didn't realize the bed was not at least queen sized. This was not specified on www.hotels.com. When asked about it, hotel staff said 'you are in a theatre sized room so that makes the bed look smaller." The bed was a double bed. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbors upstairs and adjacent to us. Hotel charges for Wi Fi yet does not specify this in their brochure. The resort is beautiful and room very clean. We would consider coming back if we could be assured of a queen/king sized bed and lakeside view.

ASK FOR THE LAKE VIEW

Our stay was only for one night, but it was fantastic. We would definely make a return visit.

The condo was clean but the bathtub drain was completely stopped up. The sink wasn't much better.

Outstanding. The suite was clean and comfortable. The view was perfect. The staff was helpful and cheerful.

The condo we stayed in could use a little updating. Example: larger tvs, newer carpet, fixtures, and decor. The view from the condo was magnificent and worth the price of the room. Hotel pools were great. Location is a little far from 76 hwy. but worth the distance for such a beautiful location.

We would definitely stay here again. It is 15 min from Branson Landing and SDC. The property itself is gorgeous and sits right on Table Rock Lake. The outdoor pool we visited (there are a few) was better than the average hotel pool. We would stay again b/c we liked having the separate sleeping area from our children. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great, too! The room was very plain and the bed/pillows in the bedroom were uncomfortable. The temperature control for the bath/shower was the worst I've ever encountered! Also, I was a little disappointed the girl who checked us in didn't write down our bldg #, so we had to return to the clubhouse check-in to get that information. All that considered we would still try it, again.

I thought the room was great but the check in was not so good. The one lady behind the desk acted as if she would rather have been any where but there, the guy was helpful. I ask for Ice and she said you would have to wait until the ice maker in room made it (24 hours) but stopped by and the guy told me to go up to there Ice maker and get all I wanted.

Beautiful surrounding!!!!!! not happy with internet usage charge.

Would definitely stay here again. We were looking for place on water where we could rent a boat. The marina on the property is not part of the resort but is so convenient and prices were good on the boat rental.

Wonderful stay, the lake view was better than we expected! Kitchen had every appliance necessary, and each room was well worth the cost for staying there. We give it a 110%, and are definitely staying here again.

We were in the the area for my daughters wedding. My husband and I were sharing the hotel with my mother. She had her own area and was able to keep the heat comfortable for her AND we were are to keep ours comfortable us. (Very Important). We had a great view of the lake. We had no problem with noise from other units, until the last day. The unit above us was alittle loud. But no big deal. Great Place ! Would stay again.

Only thing lacking is a restaurant on the hotel grounds.

We were there for a long weekend before summer and the crowds in Branson, but the weather was beautiful. The luxury suite we rented overlooked the lake and we sat out every night on the screen-in porch to watch the stars. Very relaxing. I'm sure there were way less people there than during a holiday or the summer in which case the VERY thin walls would be annoying... there was a family in the adjacent room and we could hear them sneeze and smell their microwave popcorn. All in all, if you can get there when it's not crowded this is the perfect place for a nice quiet and romantic stay.

This property is OUTSTANDING! Our room was unbelievable and the view breathtaking.

My family and I loved the resort. Two things that we didn't like was the distance it was from Branson and the beds. Other then that we loved this resort and would recommend it to everyone and anyone.

Very relaxing stay! Screened in balcony/porch. Breath taking lake views. i think the only bad things i would have to say is the whirltub makes strange noises when in use and they really need to upgrade on the bedding. Just ur traditional single layer sheets and hotel looking thin bed spread. Other than that we loved this place and it would b great for a large group or family. Almosy like being at home very confortable!

our visit was great at the resort, but just one thing , and that was the door that connected us to the other room on the other side you could hear very clearly their conversation. But the location of the resort was great Thank you

The pictures and descriptions given of the resort on the Hotels.com web site did not accurately descride the resort in my opinion. We requested a lake view room and instead we had a concrete retaining wall view room. The indoor pool was out of order, the outdoor jacuzzi was out of order, even the coke machine was out of order. All in all, not a good experience.

Bed was verage for a hotel. The property was very clean and was convenient to Table Rock Lake. Depending upon the unit had GREAT Views of the Lake from actual living and bedroom areas. Would be a great place for family vacation. Full kitchecn and laundry in each unit. Great value for money!

Way more than we expected! Front desk was Exceptional, very helpful, & very nice! We were very worried about all previous reviews about noise from next room-- WAS NOT a problem at all! No different from any other places we have stayed. It was beautiful & very clean! Staff were all very nice & helpful! We will DEFINATELY return! Worth every cent! Grounds were gorgeous! Would definately recommend! A+!

We had a great time in the pool and then just hanging out eating pizza and watching movies. We didn't do much but laugh and play cards...but that was the point. Plenty of room, great amenities and helpful service all around.

Hotel was great, beautiful view and great amount of space. Only complaints are that our fridge was leaking quite a bit, and our blow dryer was broken. But they brought a new one right away. I would have also liked there to have been room-darkening curtains in the bedroom because the sun was very bright and woke up my baby at 6am! But service was GREAT, and we will definitely stay there again when we go back.

Location was right where we needed it. Room was very nice, clean. Bed comfortable. Parking was handy. If anything was lacking the desk staff could have been a little better.
