it was comfortable, clean, quiet, easy to get to. nice pool. I would stay here again.

I had originally checked into another hotel that was horrid and decided to try this one. This hotel was only 15 dollars more but wow...what a difference. The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. The pool and hot tub clean. The cucumber water in the lobby with free coffee, tea and ice tea was a nice touch. The bed was big and comfortable and the room size generous and lastly...the Milano cookies on the night stand were yum! A fantastic value for the price. I suggest paying the extra money for breakfast as it is well worth it. In San Francisco this room would have been 3 times more and...3 times as small.

Average Hilton Garden, Everything was as expected.

Hotel staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed at your facility for our Anniversary and were awaken at 6AM from the maintenance crew power driving the concrete walk way. We ended up leaving your facility and checking into another resort so we could simply get some sleep. I am really disappointed with the stay and let the gentleman in the front know as we were leaving. He was very polite and mentioned that he would notify his manager of the occurrence. For $230 per night; I expected a much better experience!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. They went out of their way to may our stay fabulous.

The hotel was ok. These comments are nitpicking. That said, the owner spent little on making this hotel worth the price. Bathrooms were very basic but clean. Carpets and linens were not worthy of a $250+ per night charge. It was a place to shower, sleep and leave. Not bad, just expensive for what it is. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel was clean. Location was very good.

Good clean room with a large jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Free parking. Convenient to West World. Would recommend. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker nice. Bed a little hard.

The hotel was more than adequate for what I would say was a 3 to 4 star hotel. You can't expect a 5 star hotel for That rate it was everything we thought it would be the people were courteous and efficient. Would stay there again if you are looking for a destination hotel this I'd probably not it but if your looking for a ace to come vAck to at night this is perfect nice pool and nice hut small bar and lounge but very pleasant.

You might think of putting a night light in the bathroom and a mat or rough surface in the bath tub to prevent slipping.

Hotel was understaffed for the weekend, free breakfast was very slow and late.

Absolutely one of the Best stays we've ever had. The Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and attended to every request immediately!

enjoyed our stay! I give it 5 stars!

We were told that we would have a king size bed and a queen pull out bed. The pull out bed was a single. It was very misleading. Next time we will book the two queens. Also the hotel keys were a big pain. You had to scan the card 4+ times just to get into the hotel or into the pool. Maybe an issue the hotel should fix. The staff was very friendly and more then willing to assist.

The hotel is in a good location, just off Hwy 101. The general condition of the hotel is fine, clean but not luxurious. What was significantly noticeable was how polite and friendly ALL of the hotel staff was. Not just at the desk or the bartender, but everyone we came in contact with. It was so above my expectations that I mentioned it to the supervisor/manager. because of our schedule, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool/spa or workout room. I would consider staying there again if I needed to be in that location.

I booked this room and asked for a ground floor room, as my husband had just had foot surgery. I wasn't aware that there were elevators when I booked... MUCH TO MY SURPRISE... We got a room overlooking the pool. Very nice view! Awesome! It was very quiet and clean.. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Layed by the pool and it was very quiet, with very nice music... Very relaxing. Did a load of laundry too. Also very secure. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. (perfect freeway access, but could not hear the freeway).

The grounds were wonderful! The location of our room was so far the the main grounds. I thought this might be because I booked with Hotels.com We were so far from the main quarters that we had to run the water in the room for at least 15 minutes before it became warm. Didn't complain to the management, but should have. Was a pain, because we were there for Spring break. Everything else, was good!

The only complaint I have is that when I went to check in... the front desk person didn't even smile.. didn't say Hi.. just asked for driver's license & card... didn't tell me what he charged to the card.. nothing. Not very pleasant for welcoming guests!

The TV remote would not allow us to watch movies. We asked for it to be fixed, they came to the room while we were gone to fix it, but was not able to. We did not watch any movies the entire time there. They comped us our drinks and snacks. The very tall cathedral ceilings were kind of odd. Felt like an auditorium. Everything else was great. Very comfy beds.

Nice enough hotel but for the night I was there, very overpriced considering the location, service and amenities.

Even tho our room was by the side of the freeway (separated by desert land) it was quiet. John upgraded us to a King bed Suite. It's a shame those rooms don't have more of a kitchenette, but it fitted our needs. Two bathrooms (unheard of), Huge jacuzzi in the bedroom. Nice long bathroom - bring a night light-the blowdryer (nightlight) didn't work. Didn't use the pool, but looked extremely inviting. Had the buffet breakfast $, FRESH fruit, large sausage links, crispy bacon etc ... all w/ service with a smile. To top it off, they gave me a later check out since hubby was golfing in Hot Humid temps

Nice hotel, however, pool was not in working order due to recent sand storm, only other downside, not close to other restaurants in area, hotel restaurant a little pricey and not very many items to choose from. Room was nice and clean, hotel staff nice and attentive to our needs.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. clean facility. a short drive from downtown scottsdale but overall will stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Situated in middle of business park with easy access to highway but nothing at all is within walking distance. Shuttle will take you within a 5 mile radius of hotel if requested

The hotel is very new. Great value; the rooms are extremely comfortable - studio loft like. Much bigger room than most hotel rooms. Shuttle service, complimentary breakfast and back in drinks in the evening. Great pool. I just loved this hotel.

Pretty average hotel experience for me. The service was good, but the rooms were pretty normal. I had requested a king size bed, and got two beds instead, but they offered to move my luggage to another room if I choose to do so, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Downsides - The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, which always bugs me, they don't have flat screen tvs, and the $10 breakfast, is just a little too much for me. Upsides - Good service, good location for TPC Scottsdale, and the lobby was comfortable. Overall, pretty basic hotel for the price.
