The hotel staff was wonderful. Friendly and professional. We had a birthday and everyone was helpful getting us plates and silverware for our cake.

The hotel had all of the basics that I could ahve asked for in a hotel stay. Teh location was great for someone interested in Outlet shopping, which I was... I had a good stay overall.

This hotel is very near from the outlets, easy to walk! Nice and clean hotel!

This hotel is in walking distance to downtown Freeport. The room was well-maintained and spacious. We had a great time!

The hotel is nice, however, Amtrak runs directly behind the hotel. The train passed by twice each night between 9 and 11pm and it woke the kids up. We stayed in a suite which was nice, but there were no paper towels or utensils which I have always had at other suites such as Hampton. Overall nice hotel and nice employees that always greet you with a smile.

Loved this place! Loved pool and hot tub and the beds were great! No back aches! Staff was wonderful!!!! Great location you can walk to surrounding stores!

The hotel was located within walking distance of everything I wanted to go to. The room was clean, staff was friendly and very accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the workout room and pool/hot tub on a cold and windy weekend. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. We will use this hotel again for our next trip to Freeport, Maine.

Our kids loved the pool and thy want to come back next year. The rooms, the food, the staff and the pool were all much better than I expected.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the center of town. There was hot and cold air blowing in our room the whole night which made it hard to sleep. We did enjoy it despite this

Our room was very clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location is extremely convenient for shopping in Freeport, dropping off purchases and shopping again! Hot tub, pool area and gym were clean.

Great location, Great Staff. I enjoy it every time I stay.

great hotel..stayed here many times. however a bit disappointed that the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was only available at certain times this trip. lasts trips it was all the time.

We were a party of 3 adults and a 16 year old. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and best of all was the location. We've stayed in Freeport before but most of the hotels mean a drive into town and back. HGI is located right in the middle of town so most of the time we didn't need our car.

We had a really nice stay here. The location was close to everything in Freeport.

We stayed in Room 331 for a family wedding that was held in the Chapel next door to the Inn. The Inn was great - as far as the room was concerned.The room was large/huge, with plenty of space and very convenient for a family gathering. Only hitch- the Ballroom, in which the wedding reception was held, was HOT!! No a/c!! I felt just terrible for the Bridal Party, and worse for the parents footing the bill. Food was excellent at both the wedding and the breakfast bar next morning, located off-lobby. All in all, a great Hilton Garden Inn.

Although this hotel was clean and close to the local attractions I do not beleive that this hotel is worth the price we paid. And the pool was closed. I am glad our kids weren't traveling with us. For this price I may check the inn down the street next time which includes a breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay.....Great breakfast without having to leave Hotel. Room was great. Close to Freeport Shopping so no need to use car. Will certainly stay with you again when I come back to Maine and will suggest you to friends that I know are coming from California to Maine in the spring. Could not have had a better location.

Great location, lovely hotel

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Location was excellent. Rooms were clean, loved the breakfast buffet in the AM. Very close to LL Bean which was what we had wanted. Look forward to staying there again.

The hotel staff is very outgoing and accomodating. The location is excellent, just a short walk to all the fabulous shopping! The hotel setting is very quiet, however, the train tracks run directly behind the hotel so there may be some impact to the peacefulness when it starts to run on a daily schedule.

Not the best Hilton Garden Inn we tried, but very good...

We didn't get to spend much time there as we checked in late and left right after breakfast. It is a little off the main drag but not too far at all. For what little time we spent there we liked it.

Hotel amenities, location, quality of service.

We really like the hotel, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Children enjoyed the pool. Hotel location was good for us to go shoping, because we walked to the outlet.

Great vacation, only complaint-my husband and I tossed and turned all night due to an uncomfortable mattress. Everything else was wonderful.

Every staff member we met was extremely helpful and always seemed very happy in their jobs. I wouldn't hesitate to book a room with them again.

We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. This was the third hotel we were staying in on this vacation and the service was outstanding. From moving rooms so we could be near to our in-laws who were travelling with us, to reducing the price of our breakfast as we supplied most of our own food (no gluten free bread or cereal - I would not reduce my rating as I expect this). We will return next year.

We highly recommend this hotel. Close to everything, very nice. Staff friendly and efficient !

Our family trip was off-season (week after New Year's) so the hotel was almost empty and we were given excellent service. Decent pool, hot tub, workout room. Not sure why, but they gave us coupons for free breakfast for our family of four for 3 mornings at the hotel DR, which turned out to be the best buffet breakfast at a non-luxury hotel that we've ever had. Convenient location for the event we attended, parking just 20 steps from the door, walk to shops and Starbucks, friendly staff. An all-around excellent value, and we'll certainly return there in we're ever in the area..

The amenities were great even though we stayed there 12/24-25. Wonderful people and the hotel itself was great. We had 2 incidents which required their attention which was handled professionally and promptly. I highly recommend this location if visiting the area for what ever reason...

We had four couples, staying in four different rooms. All rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was refreshingly superb from the service to the food! We enjoyed the spa and pool and loved being so close to all the shops on Main Street.

Every thing was fine, but we are missing two items that we may have left. We contacted house keeping, but have not heard back from them yet.
