The hotel was clean but not well maintained, not worth the rate. Pieces missing from the desk, poorly patched holes on the tub and a fixed shower head so high that it made showering uncomfortable. We could not get service in the bar/restaurant so we left and the front desk was almost always empty.

It was great. Very happy with everything. Would recommend it to anyone.

Room was very clean and quiet, we all got a good night's rest. Kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide.

Large, spacious suite - two televisions, a refrigerator, two bathrooms. It worked well enough for a place to sleep. For the most part, if you just need a place to rest and are not planning on wanting to walk to destinations within Jamestown - perfect hotel. If you are wanting to walk around -- it is in the wrong location. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance, but the roads are very busy. If you want something more "downtown" - you will need to drive there.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. I would say good employees most where friendly. They charge 10 per pet they should just do 10 for the night since the room is already 100. The only bad thing was the hot tube was not hot. The waterslide was fun. Great breakfast.

This was a first for my family to spend Christmas Day in a motel. I was the best time for all of us. The staff there is so friendly and helped with anything they could to make it a fun day and evening for all. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. And the children enjoyed the pool area. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone going through Jamestown. It is located right off Interstate with shopping and resteraunts very close by. We are planning another event and we will bbe staying there again.

This is the second time staying at this facility. It was a good location to the freeway, have a good continental breakfast, very quiet, and a decent pool area. It served our needs for the evening.

When I checked into the hotel, the greeting was not very pleasant. The girl behind the desk seemed very bored and she seemed irritated that I was checking in. While checking in I gave her my confirmation info and on the info it noted that I had paid for the room up front, she then proceeded to ask for my credit card and ran the card again. I told her that I have paid for my room on line and would like her to cancel that transaction. She just giggled and said " Oh ya I see that" I would recommend the hotel, but please make sure that your front desk staff is trained a little better and not have a high schooler working the front desk.

The hotel was under renovations but we were still charged full price. The halls and walls were stripped and there was construction dust everywhere, but the room was not discounted. Not good
