Great location for reaching OHSU without using I-5, close to 2 Fred Meyers, close to bridge for crossing to east Portland attractions, decent parking, very attentive and welcoming staff at front desk, could NOT hear road noise from rooms (awesome), comfy beds, spacious room, very easy to settle in - microwave, fridge, hot tub room, 4PM cookies!, the waffle/cereal/fruit breakfast. Room for improvement (all were fine, just not great) - TV quality, showerhead spray, maybe update fitness equipment.

This hotel continues to be a great buy. We travel with our dog so must use the dog rooms, but they certainly are not doggy. In fact, it was immaculate. The managers and crew of this hotel keep it tip-top. We stay there at least 3-4 times a year as our son lives nearby, but we would use it if he moved across town. Although breakfast is mostly cereal-type options, McD's is next door as is Starbucks. We love this place.

Just needed a place to sleep near some events we were attending. Staff very laid back, easy to deal with and hotel was only 2 miles from the event. Nice size room for the rate and appeared to be clean. Hotel itself is a little 'worn.' Sunday breakfast only open until 10AM. Should change that to noon.

The room was clean, The service was good.

I have been taking classes in Portland once a month- hospitality inn has been my home away from home! Always a pleasure to stay!

Awesome. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful and always ready to lend a hand. The location was ideal for our purposes and the are is nice. There are several good restaurants within a few steps and easy access to I5 and several other major roads.

Top notch, except for the tv not getting hardly any channels and the fitness room needs to open earlier

This is the second time We have staid here. It is convnient,clean,comfortable and priced right. If you want a 5 star hotel,then pay the money for it . I get exactly what I want and pay for. I would recomend it to everybody that wants a place to stay a night or more that is nice, clean and mantained.

We will stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting our friend at OHSU. It was a GREAT place to stay. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful! The rooms were very clean and quiet, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and wireless internet. Direct TV wasn't so great, but that's a small item.

the hotel is within walking distance to mcdonalds and walgreens. The staff of this hotel is superior. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed here while daughter was in hospital and they made it a little easiet.

Clean, quiet, inexpensive, well-located - A great value for the money

The motel served its purpose well. Just the basics....clean and affordable.

Hospitality Inn has the nicest most accommodating staff!

It is a nice place but the TV station selection and at times reception is not good so if TV is your thing then you may not like this place. Breakfast is minimal but at this price who cares. McDonald's is right next door.

Very convenient for my trip out to Hood River.

My daughter attends Lewis and Clark College in Portland and I recently vi stayed 4 nights at Hospitality Inn while I visited her. It was great--10 minutes from the campus, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, good continental breakfast. Close to the expressway--very handy for exploring Portland. Best part was the friendly, helpful staff. I'll definitely stay there next time!

Very friendly front desk staff. Within walking distance to Starbucks, McDonalds & Walgreens. Very convienent location for what I needed.

I liked this Motel.The staff was friendly and helpful. it was easy to find and a pleasant stay. It was my first time here, however my wife with friends and family has stayed here 3-4 times before.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay with easy access to downtown Portland. This hotel fit the bill perfectly! The gentleman that checked me in told me that the hotel recently got new carpet, pillow-top mattresses and flat-screen TVs. Both were quite nice, though the TV service was certainly not HD. Free wi-fi was pretty fast. Breakfast was pretty minimal - waffles, bread/bagels/english muffins, a cereal bar, and coffee, tea, and juice. Overall the hotel was in pretty good condition, the room was clean but a bit dated, the AC worked great, parking seemed pretty well-lit and secure. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but you're close to a grocery store and right next to a McDonald's and very close to a Starbucks. You can easily take the freeway up to Portland or it's a pretty straight shot on the normal streets. All in all, this is a good hotel with all the basics. It's clean, cheap, and close to the city.

Spacious room, convenient to I-5, 99W and OHSU facilities, beds reasonably comfortable, breakfast average. Good value for the buck.

Stay Ok. Want to return for a longer visit cause it is a nice, reasonable hotel. The pillows were too big, but I did not attempt a fix. I am sure that smaller ones would have been provided DG

Never before has a hotel worker clean snow and ice off of my car's windows, not one but two mornings in a row. Outstanding service above and beyond the norm. Excellent Hospitality!

Very good value for the cost. Convenient to most everything. Starbucks, McDonalds, Round Table Pizza, and a Japanese restaurant all within 1/2 block. Easy off/on I-5 ramps, lots of gas stations, and even a nice sports bar not far away.

We have stayed three times in the last several months at this little gem of a hotel. I must be fair and give it a good rating but hope more people won't find it. At our September visit, it was full one night so we went elsewhere! Anyway, this is a great hotel in terms of its access to everything and price. It is kept up well. The breakfast is minimal (cereal, fruit, waffles), but hey, this is Portland and there are wonderful eateries fairly close. We usually bring our dog and always want a nice hotel that is not a dog of a hotel. This one is definitely the best we have found that allows pets, is affordable, and keeps itself up!

Very Nice and totally worth the reasonable price. Desk Clerk was very helpful with directions and even let us have a little later checkout due to scheduling hospital appts. at OHSU - will definitely stay with you again!!!

You get what you pay for! This hotel was relatively clean, but the front desk staff was unprofessional, the continental breakfast was limited to cereal and stale toast, and really the only reason people would choose to stay here is if it was in a location close to their destination. They advertise pet friendly and then tried to charge us $150. The lobby area had strewn papers everywhere and their cookie "welcome" was without cookies for 2 days. Overall, underwhelmed.
