Illusion Boutique Hotel - פלאיה דל כרמן

זהו מלון עם שרותים טובים של 3 כוכבים. מה שבאמת מבדיל אותו ממלונות אחרים בדרגה שלו הוא הלובי וצוות התחזוקה הנהדרים. המלון ממוקם בין השדרה החמישית והחוף, ולכן לא יכול להיות שקט לגמרי בלילות, אבל הוא בהחלט לא רועש מדי יחסית למיקום מרכזי כל כך. כניסה חופשית ל 3 מועדוני חוף כלולה, זה יתרון כי החוף בחלק הזה של פלאיה דל כרמן צפוף מדי אם אתה לא במועדון חוף.

אני והחברה שלי נשארנו ב- Illusion למשך 3 לילות. הצוות היה ידידותי וייעץ לנו מה לעשות באיזור בכדי לכייף. שלא כמו במקומות נופש אחרים שמנסים לגבות עמלה על כל דבר. הצוות מייעץ לך איך לחסוך כסף והדרך הטובה ביותר להסתדר. המלון ממש קרוב לתחנת אוטובוס כך שאפשר להגיע לקנקון או יעד אחר בממש פחות כסף בהשוואה לקרוואנים או מוניות. יש מספר דוכני למכירת טאקו ומסעדות קטנות בהן המקומיים נוהגים לאכול. והן ממש טעימות אם אתם אוהבים אוכל מקסיקני. במרחק של דקת הליכה מבחוף ובמרחת של 5 דקות הליכה ממועדון הלילה Coco Bongo. שאר האורחים במלון היו גם מגניבים וידידותיים ובאותה הרגשה שלהו, מוכנים לבלות, להנות ולהכיר אחד את השני. יכול להעשות קצת רועש במהלך הלילה, אבל מה עוד אפשרל צפות אם אתם נמצאים במרכז הפעילות ובמרחק 5 דקות מכל מועדוני הלילה. אני בטוח אמליץ על המלון ובטוח אשקול להישאר ב- illusion שוב.

המלון עצמו הוא מלון בוטיק יוקרתי, ובמחיר הזה הוא הכי טוב באיזור. במרחך של מספר צעדים מהחוף, התפאורה מהממת, ארוחת הבוקר (קונטיננטלית) היא מאוד טרייה וטעימה. הייתה לנו בעיה קטנה עם השירותים כשהגענו וצוות התחזוקה עבד על זה, וביום למחרת (כשלא היינו בחדר) הם התחילו לתקן ומאז זה עבד ללא דופי. המחשב באזור קבלת הפנים הוא זמין לכל האורחים בחינם והוא היה מאוד שימושי לבדוק את המסלול שלנו ולמצוא המלצות למסעדות (למרות שגם אנשי הדלק יכלו לעשות זאת). כל אחד מאנשי הדלפק היו מעולים : Cassandra, Cynthia, Jorge ועוד רבים אחרים שאני לא זוכר (אני מאמין שהם מתחלפים בין כל מלונות ה- Xperience). הם עזרו לי לנסוע מתחנת ADO בעזרת אוטובוס מעבר בכדי להגיע לתחנת האוטובוס, המליצו על מסעדות, הכווינו אותי ל- Wallmart בכדי לפתח תמונות. המלון הזה באמצע הכל. במרחק של צעדים בודדים מ- 5th avenue לעשות את כל הקניות. אני מאמין שלמלון עצמו יש 5 קומות, בכל קומה יש אזור ישיבה ומקום למלא מים במהלך כל שעות היום. בקומה העליונה יש בריכה ובר הפתוח בשעות מסוימות במהלך היום. הנוף נחמד מאוד וזה מאוד מרגיע לבלות שם. החדרים מאובזרים היטב, מקלחת טובה, הרבה מקום, תאורה נחמדה, למרות שהייתי מעדיף שיהיה יותר מקום למגירות, אך הסתדרנו גם בלי זה. והכספת עבדה יותר טוב ובקלות ממקומות אחרים שראיתי. באופן כללי, מלון מעולה עם תמורה הכי טובה לתשלום. אם אני אחזור ל- Playa (שיש לי כל כוונה לחזור) אני אשהה פה, ללא ספק.

שירות אישי מאד מאד נחמד, כל העובדים חביבים ובעלי תודעת שירות. תודה לכם!! זה לא מלון של מבוגרים, יש שם ילדים...אבל לנו לא הייתה בעיה עם זה. למרות שהמיטות היו כמו רצפת שיש....אם אתה אוהב להיות במרכז העניינים הוא מעולה, קרוב לחוף, מסעדות וחנויות.

את המלון רכשו Experience Hotels בשנה שעברה כך שהשם מבלבל מעט. בשלט על הדלת כתוב Experience באותיות גדולות והשם Illusion Hotel בשלט קטן מאד בצד הדלת. המלון מנוהל היטב והצוות לא יכל להיות יותר אדיב. אין תלונות. אנחנו השתמשנו בחוף של Alhambra Hotel והם שמחים מאד לארח אותך אם אתה צורך משקאות ואוכל. במלון יש מעלית וזהו דבר מבורך וסיפון על הגג עם שיכשוכית.

מקום נחמד להתארח בו. צוות ידידותי. לא באיזור המסיבות וגם ללא צעקות של ילדים קטנים.

המלון במרחק של מספר רחובות מה Mosquito Beach בפלאיה דל כרמן, מקום יפה למראה עם בריכה על הגג. נקודה נחמדה היא הידידותיות לסביבה של המלון והמיכל לאיסוף בקבוקים בכל קומה. מיטה נוחה ומזגן שקט. חבל רק שלא נשארתי יותר זמן כדי לנצל את הבריכה.

הזמנו את המלון הזה אחרי 5 דקות של חיפושים האינטרנט והתברר שזאת הייתה החלטה הכי טובה. השירות היה מצויין בכל ההיבטים. המלון גם מספק ספות / מיטות לשימוש על החוף בחינם !! אם כי הכמות מוגבלת. בטוח שאחזור רק בשביל המיטות האלו ...

מקום נחמד. ממש נהניתי מרציף השמש שבקומה ה- 4. המזגן עבד היטב. חנות קטנה ממש בסמוך עם בירות וחטיפים זולים. המלון לא מסומן כ- illusion, אלא כמלון Experiance . שני ראשי עץ גדולים על יד דלת הלובי.

זה לא מלון 4 כוכבים (כפי שכתוב באתר המלון), זה בית הארחה. נשארנו שם 5 לילות. דבר ראשון, האנשים היחידים שמדברים אנגלית הם אנשי הקבלה והאיש בשער. כשהגענו, האיש בקבלה אמר לנו שיש לנו חדר נחמד עם נוף יפה .. הנוף היה הקיר של הבניין ממול. הקיר היה במרחק של 2-3 מטר מהחלון שלנו, ובכדי לגרום לנוף "נחמד יותר" הם צבעו עליו חוף וים. החדר לדלת הייתה מזכוכית, מכוסה בפיסת חומר. למעשה, לכל החדרים בקומה ה-4 יש דלותות מזכוכית. לגבי ניקיון החדר, הכל היה די טוב עד שהמנקה ניקה את איזור הכיור עם חומר כימיקלי שחור. התיק הקוסמטי הלבן שלי הפך לשחור, קופסאות הקרם, הכל נהפך לשחור. אפילו מברשות השיניים שלנו נהיו שחורים. היינו כל כך מפוחדים להשתמש בהם, אז קנינו חדשים. לא הלכנו להתלונן בקבלה, כי ידענו שהם לא עוזרים במיוחד. לבסוף, כשעזבנו הם חייבו אותנו 10$ נוספים על השירות. העניין הוא לא ה- 10$ אלא שהשירות לא שווה 10$, כי לא היה שירות. הנקודה החיובית במלון היא המיקום שלו, ממש בין הים ל- 5th Avenue. בטיול הבא שלי ל- Playa del Carmen לא הייתי נשאר בבית הארחה הזה (לא מלון !!) ולא הייתי ממליץ לחברים שלי.

Outstandingly friendly and well trained staff, from front desk to cleaning. Very thoughtful appointments, 24/7 coffee/tea, free water, library selections, fridge, etc. Very tasty and healthy breakfast buffet, with fresh fresh fresh everything. Friendly chef assembled a tasty selection of healthy menu items as well. Location is best in PdCarmen. 77 paces to beach (I counted). In the heart of the action, but set back from 5th enough to be quiet to sleep. Clean. Best we've tried in Playa. Friendliest we've tried in world.

The hotel is right in the heart of 5th avenue in a great neighborhood. It's clean and they have free wifi. The beds are not the greatest in regards to comfort but they were clean. I would highly recommend. The beach is less than a block away.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was steps from 5th ave and the beach yet very quiet. A true gem. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Location was great (only steps to the beach and 5th ave.). The room itself was clean, but bare-bones...not even a dresser to unpack your suit case. The view from my room on the 2nd floor was horrible (looking into some run-down center area with lots of debris, a loading dock and ongoing construction), so I kept the curtains shut literally 24/7. If you are looking for a resort-style hotel, stay away. If you are looking for a clean room in a centrally located hotel at a decent price and do not plan on spending much time in your room, this is a good option.

We really enjoyed the service at this place they even held our bags overnight as we where headed for a day trip the day before we where ti check in . Service at the restaurant was perfect and its great they imclude a free continental breakfast and Wifi nice touch.Rooms are clean but could use a bit if updating larger T.V couch to sit on etc. But they have everything you need I really like the refill your own water bottle out of larger ones in the lobby creating less waste . The location is great if you want to party but you can hear music from the bars and crowds till about 3 am maybe a bit of soundproofing would help. My older other cimpaint is the venders they really should not be alowed to follow people to the hotels yelling at us to buy a doorman might help this situation.The pool I s nice to hang after the beach clean plenty of sun .

Very central loaction 50 meters from Beach, 50 meaters from shoping street and resturants. Nice and tidy hotel. Good cleanliness. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Staff spoke English. Brekfast consisting of fruit, cereal, juic, coffee etc included in price. Could also order extra from Menu, but I did not try that. The included breakfast was enough for me. I had room facing the streat and there was som noice from resturants but not more than one would expect from a central hotel like this. If worried about noice ask for room away from street. I had no problems sleeping in my room despite the music. Pool on roof is for children (not very deep). The beach was very nice. Hotel arrange day-trips to local sights - can recomend these

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach, very clean. The staff was friendly, though there were a few issues with check in. During our stay, it was the low season, so some work was going on in the hotel. It was noisy during the day, which was no big deal. But, the workers did start quite early, which we found to be quite a nuissance. If the price is good, I would definitely go with this place.

We will recommend this hotel to everyone! The location is PERFECT!! Clean room, super cold AC, an amazing location! Our corner had a great restaurant for breakfast on one side and on the other corner a very yummy one for dinner and drinks. Mariachi's at night, lots of little shops during the day. Don't worry about the hotel not being on the beach, there are tons of areas available for beds/chairs and umbrellas as long as you buy food or drinks, usually only $20. The only downside was the bed, it was a bit too hard for our taste. The hotel is older but very clean. We are already planning next trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Illusion Hotel, very friendly staff and an awesome continental breakfast. Clean, close to beach and action at night. A true gem to be discovered.

First of all this hotel has changed names and it is not called the Illusion Hotel any longer. We had a hard time finding the hotel when we arrived in PDC because of this. Our first room's a/c did not work but after calling the front desk they immediately moved us to another room which we were satisfied with. The convenience of this hotel to the beach is awesome and they have reciprical priviledges to a couple of hotels on the beach. The breakfast was disappointing as they have only a continental layout. We were also charged double for the environment of local community fee they charge, typically $2.00 US per night.

Pros: location and staff are very good, and of course cheap. Cons: cleanliness and breakfast! The rooms and specially the towels are not clean. I would expect from a low-priced hotel to not be perfect, but I don't accept the towels not to be 100% clean! You can clearly see stains. Their room service was weird; you put the "do no disturb" sign and leave the room, and she still enters the room, and moves the sign into the room! The staff are not professional at all, that said, they are very helpful and would do whatever you ask them to do. DO NOT TAKE THE BREAKFAST option, it's a joke! For 7 days, our breakfast was a jar of fruits (around 10 small pieces of the same 3 fruits) and 2 small bakery items. We used to go out for breakfast and on a couple of days we decided not to take the hotel breakfast. Their free continental breakfast as well is too poor. On my next visit to PDC, I would try another hotel.

Our experience was quite bad. We could hear all noises from room next door, because between rooms there was a door, which was closed. Neighbors TV was on till 2 am, after that we could go to sleep. Breakfast was also bad, only toast, fruits, yogurt and coffee, omelet was on extra price. Also our maid left our room door open as a full day, which we spend on a trip out of town!!! Hotels location was really good and little store next to hotel was nice, also amigo who work as a store manager. Also mosquito beach club was amasing!!

perfectly located- right by the beach and the downtown activity on 5th Ave. can't beat the price either! we had a little trouble finding it though, since it doesn't say Illusion Boutique on the outside.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel.

If you are looking for value, this place is in walking distance from the ADO bus station (if you are coming from Cancun). It is also as close to the beach as you can get. It is a short one block walk down the road to a nice clean beach. The only negative I would say about this hotel is the pool on the roof is REALLY small. We got there after the swim up bar was closed, but that would be the only reason to get in. Otherwise just hit the ocean if you wanna get wet.

Wonderful hotel staff. Fab location.

Nice, unpretentious hotel right in the middle of Playa's main drag. We had a roof top room with a nice view of the ocean and access to the pool. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The continental breakfast was a bit underwelming--just toast and juice/coffee. However, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. A tad bit pricey for the room.

What you'd expect from a mid-range Playa hotel. Had everything we needed. Clean, nice bathrooms, etc. Only complaint: we were given a large corner room (which is nice), but it was situated just above the open-air kitchen on the ground below, which led to some noise around breakfast time.

Well just hope nothing goes wrong that requires you to speak with the management (such as booming music so loud through the night until 7 am that you cannot sleep) because they will just call you a liar and say they cannot do anything to help you. Though the rooftop is pretty it is not worth staying somewhere where they do not value customer service. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and know how to treat customers whereas the manager here could use a course on how to treat people. Side note: The regular staff is very nice.

This hotel is located in the best part of Carmen, it's cute, clean and a fantastic bargain!! I would recommend it to anyone!! My only complaint is that they try to push tours on the residents a bit too much.

Nice Boutique Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decor is kept up very well. Continental breakfast was sub-basic but there is no shortage of food on 5'th ave. We expected a better view of the ocean from our room but the room quality made up for this let down.

hotellvistelsen i sin helhet var absolut inte bra. Vi hade bokat två sängar men fick endast en dubbelsäng. Detta skulle fixas men blev aldrig av. Poolen var pytte pytte liten ( fick knappt plats med 5 pers tsm. Personalen var dock trevliga

Fräscht hotell med bra läge nära stranden och femte avenyn. Trevlig personal. Helt ok frukost. Rent. Det enda som går att påpeka var att poolområdet inte motsvarade våra förväntningar. Det var mindre, poolbaren var helt stängd. Så det kändes lite off. Men havet var ju nära och fantastiskt.Man fick även biljetter till solstolar.

ビーチのすぐ近くで立地はとても良いです。建物自体はそんなに新しくありませんが、部屋は清潔です。ただ、ゴキブリがでました。フロントに言うとすぐ対応してくれて、その後お詫びに？ワインをいただきました。アンラッキーだったのかもしれません。手頃な値段でリゾートを楽しみたい方にはいいと思います。

Estancia agradable con muy buen trato. Destacar el ofrecimiento de diversos clubs de playa. Nosotros concretamente utilizamos el "INDIGO" y quedamos muy satisfechos

Precio / valor una muy buena opcion. Hotel sencillo pero limpio, ubicado y con todos los servicios.

El hotel esta en muy malas condiciones Anotaciones muy viejas.

El personal se porto muy atento y servivial, las habitaciones comodas, esta a solo media cuadra de la playa, apesar de que no tiene frente de playa nos permitio disfrutar de los camastros de otro hotel que si tenia frente sin cargo extra, definitivamente regreso.

El hotel es excelente, la ubicaciòn perfecta en pleno centro, a media cuadra de la 5ta.avenida y cerca de las vans para poder ir a distintos lugares de playa.
