Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna - וינה

Great location, helpful staff, nice hotel but the bed was hard and sunken in the middle.

This was a great hotel for a few days away. We had a fantastic junior suite which made for a great room. The location was right in the heart of Vienna and could not of been better located if you tried. If I was to pick at something I would say breakfast for a 5 star hotel wasn't as great as we expected, although it was included in the price and typical for a continental breakfast in a European hotel. I just felt there wasn't tons of choice and found the later you went down the slower things were to be replenished. BUT overall a GREAT place to stay!

I can not find the words to express how satisfied i was with this hotel,all i can say is it was all star cast of employ's that made it the number one hotel stay I have had in over 20 years of traveling. Well organized machine that catered to my every whim. Going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was flawless. And these are the words i can find to say,just image the ones i cant. Ill end with,Vienna would not have been Vienna for me without this hotel and its crew and its class act.

It was a supper location and a nice small boutique hotel. Perfect New Year's stay.

An excellent hotel in Central Vienna - would definitely stay here again. The proximity to key historical sites, main shopping areas, and the U-Bahn is certainly a big plus. Our room itself was outstanding: comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, and plenty of space. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and provided helpful assistance (including booking a table) for delicious restaurants outside of the hotel.

We arrived to our hotel early and were pleasantly suprised to know that our room was ready for check in. Located within walking distance to everything in this beautiful city. One of the smaller christmas markets is a stone throw away. The hotel staff were polite and attentive. Our room was clean and spacious. Only criticism was that there was no facilities for tea/coffee which is always welcome on a winter's day. Would stay here again!

It was wonderful. The hotel staff was always very helpful in any way.

Enjoyed the three nights (Sep 6-10) we stayed.The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very very cordial and responsive and did much to help us enjoy our stay.

The staff is willing to help you with anything, and the hotel is beautiful. It's less than a block away from a major underground station and if you like walking, nothing is that far away from here. The hotel is incredibly comfortable with a great AC system. I wish I could sleep there tonight!

Great location. Very nice staff. Good/safe area. The beds were very clean, but the shower walls needed a good scrubbing. The AC was not quite cold enough--cool, but not cool enough. I'd stay there again, though, just because of the staff and the location.

Although the hotel is ideally located for sightseeing and within walking distance of Stephansplatz it still manages to be an oasis of calm and quiet comfort. The staff were both helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it .

Efficient checkin - was offered opportunity to upgrade at a reduced rate which included breakfast etc, which we didn't take. Comfortable room - well serviced each day. We ate breakfast in the hotel a couple of days - good choice but expensive. If you need something less sumptuous, there is a very good little baker's shop on the road down to the Hofburg - serves coffee, croissants, pastries and sandwiches! Hotel wireless works intermittently from bedroom but concierge provided a cable which gave good access. Hotel is 5 mins walk from the Hofburg and Spanish Riding School and 2 mins from the nearest metro which allows easy access to all key sights. Several good value restaurants within walking distance - but make sure you book. We would use the hotel again.

Pretty good spot to visit the surrounding sights, nice breakfast where I had the waffles. Its just next to cafe central restaurant where I enjoyed a great dinner, the pianist there was absolutely lovely.

Nice hotel, but the first room we were given was very hot and the air conditioning didn't make any impact at all. The hotel staff responded well to our complaint though - and moved us to a nicer and cooler room.

Great location for the main tourist sites. Room very comfortable. Only thing lacking was tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast expensive but there are so many cafes close by don't waste your money and eat out.

We lovede the location of this hotel and it would have been great value for the price paid. However, reception service was curt and at times a bit gruff. Hotel breakfast was very good, but once again service was lacking. Here they tried but lacking staff. If they can clean up their service, I would recommend.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and the service wonderful. All the staff were very professional and accomodating. We would definately stay there again. This visit was a spru of the moment which we booked online in Europe; I would recommend making the reservation online as it saved us quite a bit. I know this becasue we decided to stay another night and paid more the second time around. But, they did throw in breakfast; which was fabulous!

Fabulous staff and hotel. They all spoke excellent English. They upgraded us to a suite because we were celebrating our 45th Wed anniversary. In Herrengasse, you are close to all the fab. sights, right in the centre. This was a boutique hotel but hotel.com got us a very competitive rate.

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious, well furnished and well equipped. Bathrooms are also very good. Staff service was really excellent. Parking was expensive - 31 euros per night - but this is to be expected in the heart of Vienna. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel in terrific location.

The hotel room on the web and the hotel room you receive is not the same and the room is does have air con but it doesn't work in winter. So we had to change rooms to have a window that could open, but the noise in the street woke us everyday day before 5 in the morning. Else everything was fine.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location couldn't be any better - really close to the main tourist sites, as well as lots of nice cafes and shops. You can walk anywhere from the hotel. Also, if you're there during the Christmas season, it's really close to the main market near the Rathaus. The hotel itself is really nice as well - very stylish. The rooms are very clean and comfortable! I'll definitely be staying here again when next in Vienna.

This location is very convenient to the subway and to sightseeing locations. The lobby is swanky looking, and seems popular with you adults. The receptionist was not helpful at all with information about directions, when we should arrive at the airport, etc. The bathroom had evidence of removal of something from the wall, and there was some mildew in the shower.

Bra frukost med färsk äggröra och nystekt bacon. Trevlig personal. Tysta rum och sköna sängar.Läget perfekt med närhet till allt och tunnelbana.Rekommenderas

Alting velfungerende på dette hotel, God service, rummelige værelser, skøn morgenmadsbuffet. Beliggende perfekt ift. centrum, seværdigheder, hestevogne, barer, restauranter og forretninger! Prisniveau højt men dog svarende til 5 stjerner.

Veldig fornøyd med Radisson Blu Style! 'Good value for money'! Nokså nytt og fint hotel, rent og god service. Bra plassering midt i byen og 50 meter til U-bahn! Frokosten var dyr (€20 pp) så den tok vi andre plasser. Lite liv i hotelbaren, virket generelt som det var lite folk på hotellet da vi besøkte i begynnelsen av mai. Alt i alt tipp topp!

Mycket trevligt hotell med fantastisk service, bekväma sängar och riktigt bra frukost. Läget på hotellet kunde inte vara bättre. Jag och min familj kan faktiskt inte hitta något negativt alls.

Väldigt fint hotell med trevlig personal!

Enestående behagelig, sentralt. Vanskelig å finne fram. Anbefaler drosje fra flyplassen.

Schönes Hotel im Herzen der Stadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Perfekt for en kort tur til den smukke by Wien. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til alt. Beliggenhed, hotellets service og pris er på toppen. Foto og virkelighed passer overens - og det er ikke altid man oplever det!

För en weekend och första besök i Wien kunde vi inte hittat ett bättre läge, nära till slottet Hofburg och Spanska ridskolan. Då vi också besökte operan var läget perfekt med gångavstånd till allt. Mycket bra service , trevlig personal och bra frukost. Sköna sängar och mysiga rum.

Super service! Kjempehyggelig betjening! Fantastisk frokost! Midt i "smørøyet" til alle atraksjoner. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Et hotell i sentrum i en fantastisk fin by i førjulstemmning med fint pyntede julemarkeder. En U-bahn som fungerer aldeles utmerket, slik at man kommer seg greit rundt om.

Hotelli oli siisti ja huone oli puhdas, kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut edes kalkkitahroja. Hotellin sijainti on myös hyvä, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ovat mm. Stephansdom ja raatihuone (ja talvimarkkinat). Ravintola jäi hieman hotellin yleisestä tasosta. Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä ja siisti hotelli keskeisellä paikalla jota voi lämpimästi suositella.

Veldig fint hotell med meget bra beliggenhet for sightsing/handlegate i umiddelbar nærhet. Litt varmt og noe dårlig luft på rommet trekker ned. Ikke all verden utvalg på frokost buffe. Men vil absolutt anbefale hotell.
