Obstructed view after requesting a room high enough to see the ocean from afar. No direct access from the parking area to the hotel. It was cold and rainiing heavily! I will not stay there again.

This hotel had a beautiful view of the beach and strand. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff friendly. The staff accomodated us to make our room up late each day since we were on our honeymoon.

Did not like the extra charge to park at hotel.

The hotel was nice Great location and I thought good value The bellmen especially provided excellent recommendations and directions to me on a daily basis. Valet parking service was great value for $4 extra per day The hotel missed a wake up call for us one morning but asked frequently afterwards if we were well taken care of... A very nice touch I would definitely stay here again

Good thing about this hotel is the location and the view, if you book the ocean view room. The check in went very smoothly and quick. Anything else was not as we expected from Sheraton . And really we are not picky people ;) Overall was clean, but carpet in our room was full of big dark stains. The mattress was old, very used and collapsed to the center. It was very, very uncomfortable to sleep on it. But the worst was the condition of the swimming pool. The water was murky and dirty and full of hair floats. It wasn't our first Sheraton but definitely the worst one.

The beds are so soft and comfortable that you just sink away to a great nights sleep.

The hotel was very nice, staff pleasant and considerate. Pool was nice and warm, a nice workout facility. My only complaint is the rude people that stay in hotels and allow their doors to slam in the evening when many guests are asleep. Common courtesy is sorely lacking. Perhaps the hotel could remedy the way the doors close to prevent the slamming.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant. Good PC and printer access. Did not use fitness facilities or pool, but they were there. About a $20 cab ride from airport; no free hotel shuttle. Around 1/2 mile from beach.

We were at Myrtle Beach for a dance competition held at Myrtle Beach High School. Our reservation at Sheraton was perfect for this event and the price I got on Hotels.com was excellent. The customer service was excellent and room was very clean. I have medical problems and the pillowtop mattresses there provide a much better rest than the ones at a typical hotel. We could see the ocean but this trip was not a typical "beach" trip as we didnt have plans to go on the beach. If so, u would probably have to drive and park. Shopping centers were very close as well as nice restaurants.

This was a lovely hotel....the staff was so friendly...the room was nice and cozy....my overall stay was OUTSTANDING....

This was our second time at this hotel, and we were just as happy. Front desk staff efficient and friendly, room nicely appointed with comfy bedding. Though not oceanfront, it's a great business hotel, or one a few blocks from the maddening crowds.

This hotel is very nice with a great food menu that they will deliver to your room until 11. There is also a sufficiently equipped gym. The best part was the beds! Most comfortable beds EVER!!!

We booked a 2 double bed room thru Hotels.com to accommodate 1 adult & 3 children. When we arrived, the hotel placed us in a king room. After some discussion, the front desk folks gave us a roll-away at no charge to use for the night. And since we were staying an extra night, we were moved to another room (with an ocean view) the next day. Lesson learned - room booked thru Hotels.com site does not guarantee that room. However, the hotel at least accomodated our needs as best they could.

It was very nice.....the hallways were a bit noisey. But the convenience of the restaurant and bar were very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Thank you

I've stayed here a few times before and have always been satisfied. They do charge $8.00 for self-park and $12.00 for valet parking per day, but that is a City mandated thing I was told, since they own the property where the parking deck is located. The only thing that I would recommend is the parking deck elevators were very filthy and should be cleaned daily. The interior of the hotel, including elevators were very clean. The location is excellent and even though it is a block off the beach, you still have an ocean view from one side of the hotel. Broadway at the beach is just a 1/2 mile from there with many good restaurants surrounding it...pretty much anywhere in Myrtle Beach is a restaurant. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Other than one sort of non-chalont, disconnected (bougii) front desk woman, my overall stay was great. The rest of the staff was Cracker Jack!

Has wifi, great restaurant& comfortable.

Room was very nice. Room service was quick and food was good.

The beds are very uncomfortable,my back was sore after sleeping on the mattress.

Overall we give it an ok. Dirty plates lined the hallway, pay for parking in the parking deck is absurd and the walk from detached deck to hotel is less than pleasant. View was not impressive. Probably wouldn't stay there again for a date night...

Overnight while visiting Broadway at the Beach. Great hotel. Clean and very comfy!

I like everything in this hotel except the swimming pool.

Beds were not made during our stay. Garbage not collected. Had to pay for use of hotel parking lot. No direct linkage from parking garage to room elevators. People screaming in hallway 1:30 A.M. In the morning with no hotel security present. Other than that, the place was fine !!!!

It was nice, I rate it at about a 6/10. Some little things I did not like, like stains on the linens, tub was semi clogged, A/C didn't blow as cold as it should. Other than that the hotel service was good. Polite, very fast.

My wife and I wanted a weekend get away and booked a luxury ocean view room. We were assigned room 713. The hotel is 3 blocks from the ocean and there is a wall of high rise hotels on the beach that obstruct any hope of glimpsing water. When I asked the front desk attendant how they could market this hotel as ocean view....she replied it depends on how high up your room is. We felt the hotel misrepresented itself.

nice but could have been better for price we paid. check in at 3 couldn't get in till 430, trays of food in hallways that were never remover the entire time we were there. bed was worn out, had to sleep in divits. but not a bad place to stay. will prob stay elsewhere next time.

We had a great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside we thought there was breakfast included and it was not....otherwise, great!

so, my friends and i went to this hotel for spring break. the best time 18 year olds can have

we stayed in a condo. the property is so large that we were far from the beach, but shuttles were provided. The condo could not have been nicer. 3 large bedrooms, 3 large full baths. large kitchen, separate dining room, and back patio large enough to have entire family eat out there as well
